Yanni is extremely rude chased me down in the store because I used a paper napkin to wipe sweat off my face. "Next time use air hand dryer" he said. I didn't bother buying anything at that point I had only been in the store 1 minute.

Customer service is the worst, bathroom is always shut down, guy at the counter with a gun on his hip makes sure to be seen when asked why the bathrooms are always closed….. you’re better off going across the street and give your business to them….

Pathetic...noone should spend their money here. They mistreat everyone and they are very rude...I will not spend another penny here( used to gas only) I will continue to use their window cleaners to get the bird💩off of my car. Just for everyone they've mistreated. People like the owners of the store do not need to work with the public period.

If I could rate them a zero I would. They are soooooo racist!! You can see their whole mood change with a black person walks in. If you try to carry a conversation with them they will literally look at you with a death stare and not say anything. This place needs to be shut down or new people hired.

My experience at this establishment was horrific. I'm very disappointed to have experienced discrimination at any level from the clerk "Yanni". He is a racist and he refused to sell me an alcoholic beverage, due to the fact that I have a class A cdl and I am an African American woman. He told me this is not me on the license and that he could get into trouble if he sold this to me. I am outraged and appalled at his accusations. He also stated that this is his establishment. I will never go to this location again and I advise others to do the same. When I left this location I went to Food Lion which is next door. I purchased my alcoholic beverage with no problem.

The management in this store is very rude sometimes. If you buy lottery tickets there & go back to get what you’ve won, he won’t give you the money if you choose that option. He makes you get more tickets. That is insane. Also my husband & I went there. There were at least 15 college students in there without masks on. But there’s a sign on the door that that says masks required to enter. Then when my husband voiced his concerns about it, he was told it’s alright don’t worry about it.The rules should be for “everyone”. So not fair

I wouldn’t even give them a star, since the new people took over it’s been awful! The guys that work there are very rude and unfriendly to certain people! I’ve had several people tell me about there experiences with the brothers that work there and they were all negative! I will never go back in there! Please don’t send you kids in there either they’re the type to accuse them of something they never did be very careful! Something needs to be done about these guys especial Angel he is very disrespectful to black women and kids from what I went through and hear about! And there family owns the store so they won’t lose there jobs!

The alleged owner is very rude. It was the 2nd I entered this establishment within in the last five months and he has been rude each time. He doesn’t understand tone and word choice goes a long way in the customer service business. I will never return to this establishment. The ironic thing is the last time I was there I received a $500 scratch off and $2600 on the pick 4 in January. So as a consumer purchasing those things further increased their revenue because they receive a portion on the proceeds.

Went in today to buy a lottery ticket and told the guy at the counter that I wanted $10 on a single ticket. The clerk instead runs a ticket for $20 and when confronted with me requesting a ticket with the proper amount he refuses and tells me to take my business elsewhere. This is my second time going into this store this week and both times I have had some issues with the people who work at the counter. Save yourself the energy and just go to the marathon gas station across the street, even if it is shady as hell.

The male customer has no customer service rude and seems to not like black people or something I came in for ice asked for a bag he looked as if I said something wrong he literally said no because it doesn’t fit which is a lie and I told him I need it double he said no which is ridiculous I will never come if he is working I asked for a manager they both were rude no name tags it sad

It was my first time going inside. I asked the man at the register a simple question and he responded very rudely and told me if I didn’t like his answer I could go somewhere else. I was literally shocked at his response because there was absolutely no reason for him to be rude. Now, after looking at other reviews it makes sense because he is obviously racist. I did not make a purchase that day and I would never in the future.

Always quick and easy, in and out. Staff doesn't say much of anything but at least they wear a smile .....(😑) Always clean parking lot, store, BATHROOM has not once been under par anytime I've ever been that is a wonderful thing.

Never have I EVER been treated so terribly by a business owner. Even though the pump line quickly popped loose from the fuel dispenser, hitting me on my back, one day, I chose to return to this station on a different day. Even though the bathrooms are always "OUT OF ORDER" yet the owner will allow certain people to use it to eliminate others, I chose to return. I needed gasoline & products and after arriving at the counter, the owner began explaining why I should not enter my loyalty ID number. I told him I understood him but I did not understand his wife two days prior to. As I walked to the fountain drinks to pay for an ice cup, a customer was making coffee and looked at me shaking his head at the way the owner was speaking to me. I said to the customer, "I simply did not understand the wife when she was telling me this." The customer chuckled as I returned to the counter. The owner aggressively snatched the products from me and began to, loudly, tell me that he refused to sell merchandise to me and to leave BUT return on a different day. I am so embarrassed, hurt, and disappointed at such treatment. I ALWAYS maintain a kind, professional attitude at this location and everywhere else. To know that BP would allow this type of behavior is shocking. I needed gasoline so thankfully an Exxon was down the street. I hope this message does not fail on deaf ears.

The out of order sign on the bathroom has been there for over a year. Even though I have seen the staff go in and out of the bathroom on multiple occasions. One time I asked to just use the sink to wash my hands and they said no the sink is out of order too. The staff is extremely rude and I advise any person of color not to go because they are extremely racist. The cashier keeps a loaded gun on his hip and will follow you through the aisles if he feels like you're taking too long. Don't even feel safe shopping here. They also routinely lie about charges not going through and try to get extra cash from transactions. Horrible staff I sincerely urge no one to go here.

We ran out of gas close to this gas station. I walked about 3 blocks, bought a gas can, and filled it up here. When I put the gas nozzle in my car, gas drained down the side of the car. I shoved the gas can nozzle farther in, and was able to get a half of the gas can’s gas in my car. When I pulled out the nozzle, it broke off. We brought the gas can back (half full) a few days later. The manager refused to either give me my money back, or credit us toward gas, claiming we had waited too long. These people are rude, and they don’t stand behind their merchandise. I will never get gas here again.
