Please read this feedback.. If you want to pay $135 and go clean your car home right after, by yourself, go visit these guys..Each of us work so hard for the money we get and It’s a pity to through away money..The interior was awful! Dirty, no attention to details! Customer service turns to be very unfriendly, after you kindly ask them to clean something, which was not cleaned. Value your car, value your money. Just go to somebody else!

Unfortunately NOT WORTH $175. Please view pictures. Bad attitude and abrasive behavior when asking for customer service.. For DETAILING they missed a lot of details. This was a trial experience with my personal vehicle for a fleet of trucks to be cleaned regularly and this is definitely not the right company.

Best in town! After getting quotes of $300-450 for a job that required getting the sour smell of milk out of the carpet, this place detailed the car, changed the pad under the carpet and therefore got the smell out all for $200 bucks! Staff is very friendly and customer service is superb, don't waste your money on others go to goines and you will thank me later.

I had a 9:30 appointment today. I made it a point to get here on time. I am sitting in front of the business angry and frustrated as they are closed. Their sign says open Saturday from 8-5. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to cancel my appointment. Unbelievable! I also agree with the other reviewers about the unfriendly receptionist. I will gladly spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!!

Whooooooooooaaaaa🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 First of all let me go into the first phone call that I made to make an appointment. The receptionist, I don't know her name, was the most friendliest and kind person that you would ever encounter at a detailing shop. Secondly, the receptionist actually called me back for a follow-up! she was very knowledgeable in all the quotes and prices and the services available. Secondly, I recently purchased a 2004 Nissan Murano that had a lot of interior damage and stains from the dashboard to the back of the trunk hatchback area. The carpets well let's just say we're really bad as well they had no mats or anything to begin with. The engine on the inside was filthy and very dirty and kicked up with lots of I don't even know what the word would be! I honestly didn't give it that much thought I simply wanted the smell out of the car I wasn't counting on them to shake this car back at all on the inside I just wanted to smell out and maybe a few stains out if possible. So, I basically got the top notch service and surprisingly it wasn't that expensive at all! It was so not expensive that I left a pretty hefty tip for the people who took part and working on the car. The best thing about this is they didn't ask or request payment upon entering the shop; they waited until I inspected the car to see if I was content and satisfied with the performance and job of the employees that were working on the car. That impressed me a lot as well! Finally, when I arrived to pick up the car... I had goosebumps everywhere! 🙂 I couldn't believe the magic they worked on the car! Even the gas tank that was full of muck and debris was spotless! The interior looks brand new the stains were gone! That's right, I can't believe the stains were gone for the most part like really gone! She then asked me to open the hood to inspect the engine and I was blown away again I couldn't believe what I was seeing the engine looked brand new! I opened up the hatchback the same thing! And then when I looked down I noticed they had even included mats for the floor... FREE 💯!!!! that wasn't even mentioned in none of the articles or even descriptions of the detailing job! The wheels of the car appeared brand new as well! And the steering wheel was smooth like pure leather of the finest quality! They didn't even ask me to write a review! That is how confident they are in their approach, professionalism and detail work! And the smell I mentioned earlier? Well, that smell was completely gone and the car smelled actually brand new and fresh! when I purchased this car two weeks ago I purchased it used, of course. When I picked it up from the detail shop it was like I picked up a brand new car! I kid you not! Even my friends were like wow! The car looks brand new! The bottom line is this: If you have a car that you need to shake back, a car that needs to be detailed professionally and honestly then this is the place to go! They actually love what they're doing and love how we, as the consumer, react to the magic that they do! There wasn't a liquor left in that car and they steamed cleaned the engine so perfectly that I couldn't believe my eyes! I can continue this bubbling rant but I think I'm boring everybody already! 😂 It's crazy how one can find the best things in life off a side street in the most smallest of cities! Because this is exactly how I found Bob Goines detailing! The day before I made the appointment, I was at the car wash trying to shake it back myself and I couldn't do nothing for that car! And as I drove by on my way home I noticed Mr Goines' detailing shop! ❤️ I'm so glad I made that call.. What are YOU waiting for?🥰🚘🚗💎❤️

I have been bringing my car to Bob and his family for ten years now. Great service. Tip: if you want to sell your car, spending a couple hundred here getting it detailed and steaming the engine will help it sell much faster and for a better price. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Groupon for an SUV at Bob Goines. I picked up the car 45 minutes ago (5/13/23); terrible job. I have fingerprints to wipe down, bugs on the front of the car they didn't wash off, dirt on the floor mats and seats. Overall, for what I paid for the Groupon, I overpaid significantly. I can get a cleaner car by running it through a $10 car wash and vacuuming it myself.There are streaks/missed spots from the ArmorAll. I will be running this through a car wash and vacuuming it myself to get the car clean. Further, I will take some ArmorAll and fix up the spots they completely missed. Oh, did I mention that there was some hand sanitizer in the door pocket that had spilled a little? They ignored that and didn't bother to wipe it, or ArmorAll it. I had a feeling there would be a problem because I bought 2 Groupons for each of my cars. When I called to schedule, I was rudely told that I could not do both on the same day; I'm not sure why this was the case, since Bob Goines has already been paid for both. I overlooked the rude receptionist thinking that she wouldn't be detailing my car and that I really didn't care if she was rude as long as my car was clean. I should have cancelled the Groupon and gone somewhere else. I have already cancelled the other one. If you want to spend a lot of money for a still dirty car, Bob Goines Detailing is the place to go. If you want a clean car, look elsewhere.

Had to bring my car here after getting flooded on Canal Street. Did a great job, service was great, and the price wasn't too bad considering the amount of damage. Just be sure to bring cash if they call you to pick up your car after closing. Will definitely use they're services again.

Neither impressed nor disappointed. Got the exterior detail. Mainly I just wanted a buff and polish. They did a good job cleaning the outside but they still had some stuck on bugs on the sideview mirrors, and a few areas of polish buildup that hadn't been properly buffed out. They did a good job on the plastic trim of the bummer and wheel wells but left a gritty slimy residue on the chrome trim of the rear bumper. Overall the job was acceptable but definitely had to do some touching up with a rag after. If you need a decent detail I would recommend but for a great detail I would shop around.

The people are wonderful. Very nice, good people. I asked for inside and out cleaning/detailinga. And was disappointed. After I picked up my car, I had to wipe out the inside door handles,the inner console and the hatchback floor liner. While looking for my key fob I dropped the day after I picked up my car, I found trash between the seat and console. Trash, that, if a proper cleaning had been done, would have been found. I also noticed my ceramic moisture collectors (that catch the condensation from your drinks so it doesnt pool in the cup holder) were missing. When I called to ask about them, I was told they were thrown away. Love the people. Not so crazy about their work.

Waste of $$$ 175. Should not advertise as a detailer. Please view photos. You WILL be disappointed. How did they even miss this stuff. So I wasted my money and STILL have to clean my car. Just go somewhere else!

Woman at that front desk is extremely rude. She said a Groupon will only give you half the work done because you paid less; and then refused to accept them. My family had been coming here for years, but no more. She mocks the customers and berates them. They said my car was dirty, but they seemed to make little attempt to fully clean it, with pet hair still present (though I paid the upcharge). I missed years ago when the staff was friendly, could look you in the eye, and would give you a full cleaning like it was brand new.
