First of all, a basic carwash is $9 to start. Secondly the wash didn't even get all of the soap off of my Chrysler 200, talk about a large vehicle. Third and finally the basic wash doesn't include the air dryer. Biggest rip off and waste of time yet!! Stay away!!

Ugh. $17 for a car wash, and it doesn't even look clean. Paid the extra for the salt wash. I don't think I even got it. The whole undercarriage is still dirty.

Went here because my dealership gave me a free wash. It's pretty basic drive thru car wash. Good location and not busy during midday weekday when I went. Remember to roll up your windows. I saw green light and went before rolling up mine and got wet before rolling them up quickly. Whew close call 🤣

Out of all of the car wash choices around this is by FAR the best touch-free option! They even have a special add-on for an extra $2 called "de-salter" which ACTUALLY works great (as much salt as they put in these roads around here!!!) -- Best bet is to get one of the monthly packages which are discounted if you pre-pay online.

Happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to give this wash a try. So glad i did! I have to say its the best touchless wash i ever used. Dryer actually stays long enough to get my car fully dried. Clean and well maintained place,i can highly recommend.

Tried the new flashy car washes and went right back to Auto Spa for my regular washes. Boardman and Struthers locations are convenient, provide a great wash and are hardly ever have a wait. Much better quality than we experienced at the new washes.

I like the convenience of it being open 24 hours and the ability to purchase a membership. I do not like the dryers, car isn't even close to being dry. If you don't get out and wipe it down, you will be left with white spots everywhere.

I find Auto Spa to do the best job as far as automated car washes go, especially for large SUV's. I have a Tahoe. When I experienced difficulty re: charged twice due to malfunction of payment bay, I couldn't contact anyone as the website kept freezing. I entered a review about it, got an quick reply, and was told to call them. Andrew was very helpful, promised to reimburse me, and offered a complimentary carwash. Overall, the wash does a very good job on my vehicle

I went to the Boardman location right before 8am on Saturday, September 20th. I was extremely disappointed by what I saw when I got home! There was balled up black grime all over the hood, windows were filthy, and so was the rest of my car. It looks like it never went through a car wash. You can see all of the grime lines from where the windshield wipers reach. I spent the $18 for the ultimate wash thinking I would have a sparkling car after. Not the case at all! I wasted $18 when I could have done a better job myself.

Bleh. Got the highest wash and didn't even get all the bugs off the front (edit: or dirt off... Anywhere?) Vaccumes only accept quarters and most were broken. Quarter machine gave me $.75 for a dollar. Very run down I think. Vaccumes didn't even work super well.
