This place started out great but now the last 4 times I've been, the carwash has been broken. Multiple sections of the automated carwash don't function properly. They either don't spin at all, they spin super slow, or they spin fast but never adjust to touch the car. Owner should shut the car wash down and make repairs instead of charging people full price for a half wash. Paid for the monthly unlimited but will be cancelling if the wash isn't fixed.

My brand new MDX was damaged at Bmore clean car wash in Rosedale MD. Their machine ripped my entire windshield wiper off and Phil who claims to be the owner has the worse attitude and demeanor. He was so unprofessional I had to call 911. He claims the car wash did not damage my vehicle but his worker found it inside the wash. He is refusing responsibility but they will pay for my damages if I have to get a lawyer! Not the way a member should be treated especially when they take money out of my account monthly!!!!!

Worst car wash. The guy who claims to be the manager. Stated no one never answers the phone. I was ringing the service bell for 15 minutes. He said they didn't hear it. Makes me wonder what him and the other male was doing. Then when I showed him my call log. He then says you have to send an email.TO REACH ANYONE. I said send a email I'm here trying to check my membership. He has no care and I'd rather go to Royal Farms for a wash. No one never answered any call. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now they. Only rinse one side. Not worth the membership..never see any kind of manager đ

It's a pretty rough machine....the driers don't dry your car. Try to find another one.

I have always liked coming here to wash my car but lately the vacuums are going down. I feel that now that barely vacuum, I had to move to three different spots to try different vacuums & the one that worked a little barely did the job. Considering another location going forward.

The car wash does a pretty good job but when they claim to open at 8am and there are still cones blocking the entrance at 8:15 shows the younger people working here to open the place donât care about how a business is suppose to be ran. I hate being that one but there are way too many car washes in the area and new ones popping up that Iâd not run better it wonât matter how good the car is washed.

One of the worst car cleaning service my car got scratch all over the front Bonet and in driver side of the vehicle and the owner or the person who works there have the worst attitude when shown the problem.

The service and quality have really gotten bad. The equipment failed, and I sat in the car wash for 7 to 10 minutes. No one came until l layed on the horn. This was after going through the was with no soap. After they restarted the equipment, the air dryer didn't work. I could go back through. However, I dont want to get stuck again. It seems like it's time to cancel my membership.

Nice place and the car wash works well. The vacuums have lost some power from age but still get the job done. Only issue i have is most of the vacuum hoses are getting shorter and it makes it hard to reach the back seat .

Hello. I had to get a new bank card so they could not get payment on the monthly fee. I visited the car wash and the kid told me to enter my new card in the machine. All good. But 7 days later I visited the car wash and again I was told to enter my card in the machine. So guess what. I got charged twice for monthly fees. So from now on I'll get two withdraws on the 20th and 27th of each month. I knew this was going to happen. I told the young boy that my first visit using my card should of triggered the sensor but he said to do it again. The tag that is in my window was not read the second time. Dah. Then I called the number provided and it is not taking messages. Half of the vacuums do not work. The trash around the parking lot is very bag. This car wash used to be amazing. But it's all gone to the dogs. Consider going somewhere else. Update: I was reimbursed after speaking to the owner. He was very nice. I am still going here for my car to be cleaned.

I have complained for a whole month in regards to the vacuum system located at this facility. Management has yet to address the issue. The vacuum cleaners do not work, the suction is less than 10% out of 100! You can wash your vehicle there but don't bother cleaning your vehicle's interior there. You will be wasting your Time!

It's the best and the service is great I like the fact that they provide u with the towels and cleaning supplies to really clean the inside of your vehicle the vacuums could be a lot more powerful though

This car wash is abysmal! The automatic wash tunnel seems dilapidated, the brushes barely move with very little gusto and frankly it seemed poorly maintained. Once I got to the vacuums, they barely pulled with any force and did a terrible job. I would not use this car wash again. Unfortunately, this is the second car wash I've tried since being in Baltimore and the other one was only marginally better, very disappointed.

Avoid this place if you value your car! The car wash tunnel routinely breaks down and when they are open not all of the cleaning equipment works. The final straw was when I was going through it with a friend and it snapped a mirror off of their car. When the manager "Phil" came over he said it's not our problem and refused to even apologize for the damage. He also refused to say his full name or provide any identification in case we needed to contact him in the future. It's not just the fact it damaged the car. It's that they were outright rude when we asked him about the damage.

This place was great when it opened and lately the staff donât want to work and when and if they prewash they hanging on their phone while doing so and do a half assed job when doing so one time they ran me so close to the car in front of me where we almost hit. The water nozzles are leaking very bad and the inside is discussing. Tried to get in touch of the owner a couple times but they wonât give me his contact info.

We had our gas tank lid completely torn backwards which cost us $300 to replace. I realize they are â not responsible for damage â. Have gone there several times since to discontinue membership ($39.95 month) and they tell me membership is not active. However the $39,95 is still being deducted from my bank account.

The good price and the drive through attracted me and getting there ,the staffs are so helpful, effective and very calm. The self vacuum service was so great, material supplied for the polishing made things easy. It was a great experience.

They steal your money!!! Tried to cancel monthly subscription after billing me twice in 1 mth. Sent 4 emails to owner Phill who never responded. Went in person 3x to cancel, employees said only owner can cancel. We texted my info to owner again with no response. He made an attempt to withdraw my money again today using a different account. This is theft!! DO NOT get a monthly subscription for your car wash here. Owner will not cancel it nor respond to your request. Unacceptable business practice.

I am canceling my monthly membership! This place used to be convenient and nice, but it has gone downhill completely! Not only do they no longer prewash your car, but none of the vacuums seem to ever work, and most of them are broken and on the ground! And if a vacuum happens to be attached, it has little to no suction anyway! They never have any clean towels to clean the inside of your car and the sprays are always empty! The kids that work there are extremely rude, and you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone to complain to an actual manager or owner of some sort! I canât imagine this car wash is going to be open much longer,thereâs hardly anyone there anymore cleaning their cars!

I used to like coming to this car wash because they were alright cool for the convenience. The vacuums never had good suction, today the nozzles werenât even on there. Many times have come no cloths (another lady ended up using a dirty oneâ wasnât doing that) and they stopped pre rinsing the car. Today when I went through and asked when it would come back I got a dry âprobably neverâ. Service again has never been excellent but that was a rude experience after I saw another customer arguing with the person on my last trip. Finally, the inside of the wash is extremely dirty and had litter both on the sides and under the car. Wonât be returning
