Came here looking for vacuums and was very happy to find that they worked well. It's $1 for 4 minutes of vacuuming and they're strong enough that you don't have to make multiple passes over the same area in order to clean it completely!

Been here a handful of times all with the same end result, a black car that looks worse than it did coming in. Car wash ALWAYS leaves a with film over my car no matter what I do. I’ve tried blow drying it completely dry and I’ve towel dried it completely drain. It is either poor water quality or he is reusing dirty water. Don’t waste your money if you have a black car or a paint that shows impurities don’t bother with this wash.

Hands down it's one of the best car washes that I've ever found in Southeastern Connecticut. If you like washing your car this is the place to go. The turbo dryers are awesome 👍

Best self-serve I've ever used! The CC option was nice because I can't stand having to deal with cash or change. Facility was very clean and the water being heated is a huge plus even during the summer. Will definitely be back any time I'm in Groton

Only one lane open with 4-5 cars in line. Bays and outside are all covered with debris and garbage. None of the bill changers work. This was my first and last time here. Drive a couple miles further if necessary to avoid this place.

Doesn't allow you to wash if your car or truck is too salty or snowy. Apparently you must wash your car before going to the carwash according to the owner

Took my money twice, the vacuums don’t work. The least they could’ve done was put an out of order sign. Had been going here since I was a kid now it’s just going downhill. Sucks it get so bad.

I came here today to wash the salt off my car and normally everything is good but today I put money in the machine with my car and didn't realize that the whole nozzle was frozen and didn't get to wash my car and got charged for the self wash I didn't get to do to my car

Went to the car wash to clean my car after the snow storm. The bay closest to the office ate my $10 and wouldn't turn on. No one was in the office. I came back a couple days later and the owner apologized and didn't hesitate to give back my $10. Very nice guy! Highly recommend this car wash! They use WARM water!
