After going through the wash with only my tractor, I checked my truck out when I got to the truck stop near by. I found enough dirt inside the frame near the rear which made it look like it just went through a dirt field. When I called to complain and brought this issue to the manager, he told me that to wash the inside of the frame is an additional charge and considered a "Detailed Wash". So something that is totally visible & would take 5 seconds to wash off is NOT 🚫 part of the Classic wAsh...??? Yeah, okay👌. I won't be back. Thanks.

Never been turned around at the entrance before! F-250 with a truck number on it. Was told I couldnt get serviced because of a new policy. Told to turn around and exit through the entrance.

They may do a decent job when allowed to use brightner but when brushing with soap and water only Absolutely horrible wash job spoke with both GM and manager. They got it back in for a rewash. Even after rewash they still missed a lot. Looked decent while it was dripping wet once it dried you could see the soap drying on a white truck. Black frame turned white. From the amount of soap left on truck and frame I'll stick to other locations they do a lot better job in Denton Texas north of this location, Ennis Texas south of this location and Weatherford Texas west of this location.

The Big truck was pretty dirty when i went in, they did a pretty decent job. They informed me that to scrub the exhaust smoke off the trailer it would be between $5-6 dollars a minute.! Thats way too much i think. Its a smoke trail not tar. The guys doing the work were pretty attentive and had good attitudes.

Rushed through the wash, manager was pleasant but had me pull out to start the next one before inspecting my truck first. I have attached a few pictures of obvious spots missed. The manager had to come out with a towel and wipe both my steer tires and lug nut covers.

Everytime I have been to this truck wash there is a huge line and the wait time is long and slow. The entrance ti the truck wash has no exit and as soon as you enter, you are stuck! Definitely dont recommend this place unless you have time to kill.

Sometimes maybe good here sometimes maybe bad. Today not a good job. Will probably just go to Weatherford from now on. One would think they would they would at least attempted to wash it.

For the price of the wash, I expected better. They hit 2 stars for speed but (less than 10 minutes) but I'd rather it take a few more minutes and be done right.

Damit Blue beacon just once I wish I would get a good Bus wash you completely missed back of bus Fernley, NV....missed it to....125.00 85% washed skipped the rest of the bus....8 guys washing and that's the best you can do so disappointed I wished you had a competitor to go to

My first time i say something not good about blue beacon, I coming this location in Dallas the guys leave my truck very very dirty, I leave the truck wash right away for my next pickup ,when I stop see all bad job, I call the manager, he say coming back for clean again, but I say not because I have to continue my ruta, OK please when return dallas come to rewashed the truck, so today I coming back to Dallas I explain the overnight manager everything and show the recipe and pictures he say not i can't do nothing for me because my truck is very dirty because of rain, I say it's not my fault in fact I am here because the one team don't didn't good job , so never coming back, and I recommend check you truck before leave the bay .

My polished truck, they didn't cover my tanks or wheels even after being asked. I have bugs everywhere. They missed everywhere. They just acid and spray water. Don't go here. They suck worse than anywhere in America. They did alright last year but not now. Atleast try to make us think you tried. Bugs on chrome is very easy to wash off in the winter.

Another wonderful screw up by Blue Beacon. Came in for a wqshout on the company's dime and a truck wash on my own. The washout was as usual, but not the truck wash. It looked okay while it was still wet and I didn't have time to check things over too closely. Got a few minutes down the road and took a better look while dry and it was pretty bad. My truck was very dirty when I arrived to be honest because I'd spent a while up north. If there was an option to wash it more thoroughly to get rid of grime from the salted roads, I was not offered the option.

The Blue Beacon Truck Wash Associates were polite, friendly, and informative. I purchased the Tractor and engine wash with Rain-X. They washed and rinsed my Tractor then applied Rain-X over the whole Tractor and my Tractor still is shining after traveling through 4 States and encountering rainy weather and dirt filled winds. I’m glad that they suggested the Rain-X protectant.
