Excellent service by a friendly and efficient crew last Tuesday night! They did a great job with the basic wash on our campervan. Once finished they took the time to make sure we were satisfied before heading out. The clerk inside was super friendly and had us checked out in no time. Not my typical Blue Beacon experience. The guys who washed my truck, despite being understaffed, took a reasonable amount of time on my truck. I even saw one walking around with a flashlight checking all the nooks and crannies. Excellent service, young men.

For this reason of Jamel and his team on 06/21/2024 before noon knocking out so many trucks and making sure they clean I must say the other side was slacking. Priced my 33' RV and tow vehicle in the $90 range. You drive through- like a small car wash except several men have long brushes to clean as the water sprays. They recommended 2 washes because it was dirty. I added the rain-x spray treatment and tire polish. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. They were nice as could be and worked fast. I rated them lower because the side windows were about as dirty when we finished as when we started. If we had noticed they probably would have corrected. It was confusing getting into it. Go PAST their sign. There is another large-door truck service building before their sign so I wasn't sure which building the sign was marking as an entrance.

They should make their motto to: "Hit at it a little and let it go". I've never seen 7 trained professionals wash one dually and miss about 30 percent of it. I use them fairly often and its 50/50 at best.

Waited 47 min in line, to be told they are out of ComData checks. 🤔. Guy comes to truck to ask you what you're getting.. Maybe have that guy let the drivers know that! (Outta checks today) Would be easy enough! Pretty sure ComData is pretty common. Anyways, not the only problem. . Don't expect 5 star service here. Everyone but me thought it was real funny too! Annoying, childish HERE.

I was immediately disappointed with the conversation of the guy that was supposed to be in charge of washing my truck. He asked me what wash I want it? I told him Classic Wash no acid and a motor wash. He immediately tried to talk me into getting acid on my wheels and tanks which I told him my tanks and wheels have been polished. I did not want it then he told me it was necessary to put acid on the truck and trailer. This is where things changed for me. I told him it didn’t make any sense to put acid on the truck and trailer I would never do that. He explained to me they do it all the time. At that point I really wanted to leave, but they had already started washing my truck before I even paid for it. I told him not to put any acid on my truck or trailer or anywhere else on my truck. They did a sorry job of washing the truck because they were pissed off at me because I told him not to put any acid on my vehicle. They didn’t even wash the top of the truck and after it dried, I could see Streaks where they didn’t wash the trailer. I wasn’t expecting much when I went there, but this was a very bad experience.👎👎 If I could give negative stars I would.

I've been in line 1hr with 5 trucks in front of me and can believe that this line haven't moved yet??? Managers (2 extra ppl that work here at Blue Beacon), walked by inspected the grass for a very long time and i asked, why isn't this line moving, I've been here for an hr, they replied, " We don't have the man power here and we're getting to you fast as we can! You don't have the man power here but 2 of Blue beacon workers are working around??? Why want you hire some more people or if you can't hire more people, so wasting drivers time because these people are slow as a turtle with enthusiasm about there job, therefore causing drivers like myself to waste time and being late, at this moment here, AL i want to do is go thru the bay without washing now, I'll catch INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA BLUE BEACON, because those guys value their jobs!!! I just want to go thru, but all Blue beacon trap you here where you can't turn around and that should be against the law!!!!!!!! I ADVISE NO ONE TO COME TO THE BLUE BEACON HERE IN COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA!!!!

Pretty disappointed. Yes… I guess you “get what you pay for”… we wanted a wash for our 37 foot motorhome…. And they got most of the top layer of dirt off… but it still looks like it needs a bath. The truck that was in front of us looked shiny and new… would love to know what he paid for, so I could have what he had. I will give them a try again on our next trip… but if it’s as bad the next time… I will go elsewhere.

It's a typical Beacon . The lead guy used my license plate holder as a spot to brace his foot to put the hood down . He could've flipped it up so it would t get damaged AGAIN . When I spoke to him. About it he didn't apologize for it just said ok . The wash its what is expected from the Beacon . Got most of the bugs off but doesn't wash the truck . It's a good rinse off . Two photo's of license plate show the dimples from pushing his foot on the bracket

Terrible as usual. Paid for an engine clean and a wash job. The guy running the show asked me if I wanted to look the engine job over and I just paid the cashier. Terrible, terrible job. The first picture is oil that was left in the wheel well and that's the reason why I wanted the engine and wheel well cleaned.
