On April 22 I took a company car to this car wash all thought I have to say place is clean and convenient But for a $20 charge not so good ! Left few spots and the manager said it’s a only exterior like I complain about interior 🤌🏼 anyhow maybe a misunderstanding , also I had to dry the car myself for the $20 I was expecting better job and not a vet car and attitude.

This place has updated since I last visited. Feels much more premium, the gas station is now full-service and the car wash itself has updated parts, all the employees in clean white uniforms. I think it's structurally wider and might fit most full-size pickups. Note that it's card-only no cash for the car wash, and there's no longer a menu with different levels of wash just simple one-time or subscription pricing. My filthy car is nice and clean now though, so it's still getting the job done! Staff was friendly and professional.

For what it is, we are delighted. Basic monthly, go as much as you want, and no tipping allowed. The workers are all friendly and do a great job. Now that the vacuums are working again, even better. I had the car fully detailed, inside and out, once, and it was great!

It is great for what it is. Staff is always friendly with smiles and waves. I get the quick drive-through option with a quick towel wipe down at the end. Rarly, do I find an area that they missed, but it has happened. Still, exactly what you would expect. Other options are available if desired, vacuum, wax, ect. 👍

Their monthly service is a great deal and now includes interior cleaning too. Gas prices are much lower than a typical car wash. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they pump your gas for you.

I had a subscription for a year and a half and was happy with the nice job that they did. But I moved and their location was no longer convenient for me so I tried to cancel my subscription. They say you just have to call a phone number to cancel as they don’t accept cancellations in person! I tried calling, but no one ever answers the phone and there’s no way to leave a message. The employees are not able to do it in person. In the meantime, they charge your card every month whether you use their service or not. I had to dispute the charge, I won and was reimbursed, but the following month I was charged again so now I have to go through the whole dispute all over again. I would be very cautious with this company.

Switched from Robertsville due to a price decrease for exterior wash only. I built up 25 full services and still get to keep them and was told I could use the full services at Robertsville, I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue , well WAS an issue with Robertsville . They had nothing on file. I did get it corrected however I had to initiate a call between managers from both locations. I had to do the footwork myself. The Blossom Hill is a quick wash , unfortunately my car comes out very wet. I always go during non peak hours and have parked it by the vacuum area to dry off due to the poor job the staff does and was told during my last wash I am not allowed to dry my very wet car on their property. It takes me an additional 3-5 minutes to properly dry my car. I’m guessing it makes their business look bad to onlookers since they don’t allow their staff enough time to properly dry the vehicles at the end of the wash. They only have 5 seconds to “wipe “ cars and if no one is using the vacuums, why should it be a problem to park my car and dry it on site because your system is lacking?

I used to come here for the cheapest Chevron fuel in Almaden area, now that Classic took over operations the gas is the same as 76 and Shell.. bring your gas prices back down and I will be back. Why even bother posting your prices?

Fist time taking my vehicle to have it washed here. It reminds me of the movie Car Wash. I know I'm dating myself but it has a similar atmosphere, except there's no 📻. 😀 Awesome job cleaning the int & ext of my SUV. Will return again.

I signed up for a membership with this car wash based on the pricing in the agreement, but I was charged significantly more than what was agreed. I called customer service and was told the back office would get in touch with me — but no one ever followed up. Very disappointed with how this was handled. A company should honor its agreements and follow through on its promises. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I have been a member for almost two years. I am happy with their service, but it is just hard to contact the management company. After the first 3 month, the monthly fee initially was $19.99, and lasted for a while. July 2024 it increased to $24.99 without any notice, and not, as May of 2025, it increased again to $29.99. I guess no such thing to remain my membership fee at the original price, which I do understand because of inflation. But I don't like it to increase the price for 30% within a year and no notice at all.

Car Wash is okay and the staff are nice. BUT 1. They change plans without telling you in any way. No visible signage. 2. Their promotional offers expire before the promotional period. And they start charging you double. It is up to you 3. When you call them for this, after a LONG wait to get somebody to talk to, they feign ignorance of the problem and refuse a refund. They offer vacuum vouchers instead of refunds. You usually have to call several times to get what you want. 4. After they promising a refund (after many calls), I discovered that the refund never came. This happened 3 times in a span of a year. Definitely not coming back. To the management (if you are listening): Please provide clear up-front plans that you can abide by. What you are doing now is DISHONEST and SHADY. If you want to offer more expensive plans, it is fine.

Decent car wash. I wish they would post a menu as your driving up so you can have time and not feel rushed to choose options. Instead they just give you a card through the window. I always choose the cheapest option due to this...their loss. Staff was quiet and didn’t talk. The pre wash was too quick. But the automated wash was good. Overall this is a step up from a standard gas station car wash. From the employee stand I saw multiple jugs of Costco laundry soap. I guess this is cheaper than car wash soap for cars. Not sure what it’s doing to my car. And no reason they would use detergent to wash the drying towels.

They scratched my car, I guess by rusted pieces fallen from ceiling. Of course they refused any liability. UPDATE: It was not a scratch but very harsh chemical spots. I had many of similar curvy decorative pattern spots easy to remove by thumb. But some of them really hard to remove, I could do that only by detailing liquid. Also surprised that they did not recognized the case when I showed it to them. Summary - just very old unreliable equipment and bad service there.

Yes, I got the basic wash exterior only because a bird decided to bomb my car. Just got home and I’m having to wash it myself. Why? Because the easily spotted mess left by the bird just above my drivers door handle is still on my car. I’d guess about 90 seconds was spent between the wash and the dry. Seriously! They displayed zero and I mean zero attention to detail. 16$ flushed down the their drain. I will not be going back to this place, ever.

If I could give them zero, I would. I pay a membership fee for the car wash service. Yesterday, November 17th, I went as usual to wash my car, which had no scratches, only some old ones in specific places that I knew about. I have photographs of them because I had to take pictures of the vehicle's condition for my car insurance.On November 17, 2025, I took my car to the car wash as usual. After the wash, I went to a nearby store to return some packages. While parking there, I noticed new scratches on the hood of my car, as well as some on the sides! I went back to the car wash demanding an explanation. After reviewing the security camera footage, they told me the scratches were there before, which isn't true because I have photos of the car before they appeared. They didn't give me any explanation and simply washed their hands of the matter. THEY ARE THE WORST! I HATE THEM!

We've been coming here for a couple months since this new location opened. Their promotion was definitely solid, but more than that, their customer service has been exceptional every single time we come. Every person we've come in contact with has been very kind, helpful, and smiling. From the check in to the exit, each team member has been so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
