Took my car, paid $23 for a full wash, they call me over when my car still has spots on it and tell me to leave. Guy is still cleaning my car and still removing stains when other guy tells me to leave. Tells me it's done and to go. Don't pay more than the $13 otherwise expect disappointment

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Big Lou's. I am a long time customer who recently moved across town, but I drove way over to this location today for a car wash. I paid for the top of the line wash at $25, but when I got home it seemed like nothing in the inside of the car had been touched at all. There was dust everywhere from the dashboard to the console, etc. My wife and I ended up doing a complete detail of the car ourselves once we got home. Right now, I can't think of a reason why I would ever return to Big Lou's.

AMAZING! Let start with the work they do here, always on point, trustworthy and professional. I love how they give out different scents for the car after a wash. I personally like the jasmine ones🥰 Price is very inexpensive for such a great service. I rather to drive a few extra miles to get my car done here than any other places by my house. Literally, I refuse to go anywhere else because Im sick and tire of being ripped off by disappointed car wash. Oh, I didn't mention how they always treat their customers like they are VIP. Very exclusive experience whenever I pull my car into this place. A bottle of cold water is such a simple thing to please your customers but how many car wash actually figure it out?!? Honestly, 5 stars isnt enough to describe how good of a car wash Big Lou's can be 👍

Good work extremely fair prices. Customer service was acceptable. Did a good job, had my German shepherd in the car and she left hair in every crevice... currently no noticeable hair left in car! Detailer expressed appreciation for tip.. DONT FORGET TO TIP! they work hard in this heat to keep us looking good! Did not go into interior of location so unable to rate the appearance and/or cleanliness.

Came in for the first time and was shocked by the price! Not many places offer a hand wash and wax, much less without an appointment. $100 for a high grade wax and hand wash is a great value for me. Got compliments before I even got out of the parking lot

Terrible service. I paid to have my car cleaned inside and out and the dashboard polished, but when they returned it, they hadn't polished the dashboard. When I complained, they acted like they didn't know anything. I don't recommend them.

You need new car wash attendants. Ones that don’t scream and shout at you when you can’t understand them because they can’t speak English. Your male attendant reached into my car today and grabbed my steering wheel bc I couldn’t understand what he was shouting and motioning to me entering the car wash trying to get my new truck aligned on the belt. When I tried to smooth things out and rolled the window down to hopefully get him to stop yelling at me he grabbed my arm and literally shushed me , put his finger up to his lips and laughed at me. I’ve been getting my other car detailed for a while with yall as the prices are good and employees have always been kind and helpful. Never have I experienced such aggression and anger simply trying to get an $8 car wash. I’d say avoid and go to car spa

I definitely would NOT recommend this place. Firstly, I went through and my car ended up being SCRATCHED all over very badly & before they try to play me no it was not like that before I came through. I told them about it and nothing was done. Secondly, my car didn’t even come out very clean as there was still water drops that were not fully dried & stains that weren’t cleaned. So not only did I get a terrible wash but they also ruined my car paint and of course will not take accountability for that. DO NOT GO TO BIG LOU’S

Just paid $55 and tipped $7 on a mini detail. Said it would take about 40 minutes, took them 20. Walked out and there was obvious bird poop on my black spoiler, it was wiped off after I pointed it out. The interior is still dirty, and it didn’t come in in bad shape whatsoever. Can’t say any of this feels very detailed and unfortunately won’t ever go with an upsold detail again. Many things were missed and I wish I would have said something while I was there. If you go here I’d recommend sticking with the basic wash. About all they’ll do anyways regardless of what you pay.

I absolutely do not recommend it. This was the first time I had my car washed outside, and they ruined the hood. I showed the scratched areas to the technician, and he just said these things can happen. Let's see what the court will say. Never again.

Two stars because they wash trucks. Other than that stay away from these guys. They ripped my passenger side mirror off in the car wash and then ghosted me, forwarding me to an email to which I could not reply and Denying their responsibility for the fix. I had purchased a package of 15 car washes so went back to use what I paid for even after the mirror incident. I have found their exterior and interior cleaning to be substandard. Today, four people spent 15 minutes on the interior of my truck, but failed to wipe the seats with even a damp cloth and told me that would require an upgrade to a detailed package. I asked for their interior cleaner and a cloth to do it myself at the car wash and I was handed Windex. The worker told me the Windex is what they use to clean all interior including leather seats which is obviously damaging to the leather I got home and Removed the mud myself with a light Application of a damp cloth. It was easy and would’ve taken no time at all. I believe this is emblematic of the lack of care and concern for their customers and their property. If you respect your vehicle and your money, you should go somewhere else. In response to your reply: - the email and contact you provided is the one I emailed and the individual I called the first time - perhaps 1 side of your line was out of calibration? I couldn’t tell you why your equipment malfunction damaged my vehicle but I saw it with my own my eyes, as did your workers. - I Used one of the vouchers that came with the package I bought so there is no receipt unfortunately, of which your management is aware - rather than questioning the people whose vehicles you damage and skirt financial responsibility for, try offering assistance. Your reply is indicative of your dismissive attitude towards your customers and underscores my point perfectly. Not to mention the awful condition your team left my interior in as ‘clean’. Super low quality work and service for customers’ hard earned money. Stay far far far far away, folks

I do not recommend Big Lou car wash for detailing. I dropped off my son’s truck to be detailed. It cost $125 when he bought it back the inside was not clean very well. Please see the photos. The back window was not clean, the dashboard was not clean. The seats were not clean that well. It’s very poor quality of work.
