This store was a bit messy and prices were not marked on many items that I was interested in. There is no price checker machine and the cashier could not tell me whether they take manufacture coupons. Other than that, it is a typical Big Lots

Always great deals at this store. My biggest steals was a 7.5 prelit Christmas tree along with a Joy Christmas yard sign for the holidays.

Went in to buy a complete bed. They said they have the one I wanted in back. Came back a few minutes later and said they didn't have the side rails. I would have chosen a different bed but the guy that was helping me was more interested in kickin it with his boys. Sorry Big Lots you lost a sale I gave my money to Ashley's.

Everytime I have come in here over half the aisles have half opened boxes and products all over the floor and/or completely blocked by boxes and despite there usually being more employees than expected, they are more interested in hanging around in large groups and obnoxiously gossiping instead of making sure the customers aren't going to trip and break their neck. Never been in a Big Lots I didn't like, until this one.

pretty good. Been several times recently. Each time I've gone, it hasn't been terribly busy. No annoying children, etc. I've found really terrific deals on clearance items here.

Worst store to do layaway with. They cancelled my layaway September 2020 and to date they still CANNOT and HAVE NOT provided me my refund. Ive spoken to numerous personnel from their corporate offices and all I get is apologies and they are working on it. Its been almost a year. I am at the point where I no longer trust this establishment. Im am still waiting for them to issue my refund

I was very displeased today with an incident. My mom and i have been looking at a sofa at Big lots for some time now, we went in and looked at it not once, not twice but THREE times! each time the sales clerk came to ask if we were interested in the couch, we were giving delivery options, but disliked some of them so today we rented a UHaul 8ft bed truck for $49.50 after the sales clerk had told us we were able to pick the sofa up today, after we rented the truck went back, and asked about the order (THE SAME DAY) we were told the sofa on the floor was display (although the price tag clearly states “take home today!”) We were infuriated with the non sense of all this. On top of the incident the clerk was super rude and not understanding what so ever, he basically waved us off and continued wit the next costumer. I recommend somewhere else to buy you furniture!

We were here the first of November and had just moved from Tennessee. After discovering we were not cut out to be lifting and browsing furniture an employee quickly offered assistance. Joseph showed great customer service and assisted us with not only finding the right furniture, but also moving everything to the car for us! We were very pleased with our trip and look forward to coming back. Thank you Joseph!!

The store manager literally went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I was buying alcohol for a wedding and he even went as far as to tell us to wait until a sale since we were buying a large quantity. I'll definitely never shop anywhere else after this amazing experience!

Went to buy a large piece of furniture and the lady talking to us was an helpful whatsoever. We would ask a question and simply get a yes or no answer with no explanation or insight. The furniture was perfect however, incredibly comfortable and easy to install. Plus we found some bulk Himalayan salt for $3. Cant go wrong with that.

Edward who's the manager of the furniture department was great. He was kind and helpful. The only issue I have is that they do deliver but they don't set up the furniture which is absolutely ridiculous! Big lots really needs to hire a company that does both. To me there's no point in having a delivery if I have to set up the furniture myself.

I went to BIG Lot's store looking for kitchen accessories and was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a lady named Marie !!! She was very helpful and accommodating in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very courteous and professional !!! If you go to the College Station store hopefully She can help you all like she helped me. I will return because of her great and good natured attitude.

Ive always had a positive shopping experience here but my visit today was AWESOME!! The cashier was super friendly and helpful. She, the manager, and another associate were so fun and enjoyable!! They seem to enjoy their jobs and certainly made me enjoy shopping there and leave with a huge smile. This was hands down the best shopping experience I've had in a while!! Way to go Big Lots Team - we need more people like y'all in the retail world!!

They had this price on the box for this chair and would not honor the price. The man up fron claimed that it was for the chair without the foot rest. But this sign was on the box with the foot rest. He did not even apologize or offer a better explanation. I'll probably just stick to shopping at target. I won't be shopping here anymore.
