Great car wash as long as you have a new car. We took our 2009 Land Rover through the wash, and the jet dryer blew off a piece of our side trim. The car wash professional showed me a picture of the car going in (from their security cameras he said) that showed a SMALL air gap in between the paneling. He said it was enough for air to get in and do damage because “the jets are really powerful.” No kidding. We’ve never had an issue at other car washes obviously. The plastic clips holding the panel on were destroyed - luckily the panel itself should be able to be reattached at a body shop. Anyway - great wash, but watch out for Dan’s jets. (We reached out through their website’s submission system for a response but never heard back)

Clean and well maintained car wash. Employees are professional and always working. Update: The staff at the Columbia location is exceptional. I had car trouble this morning after cleaning my car and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my car , offering water while I was stuck waiting for a tow. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!!!!

Friday night I can to Big Dan’s car wash (which I have been a member of for 2 years now) and I always have a good experience but Friday helped me to understand why I choose Big Dan’s over other car wash companies. As I was pulling around to a vacuum station and I got out of my car - noticed that I had a sticky / tacky substance on the surface of my hood. I thought it came from the car wash because I didn’t notice it earlier. I attempted to remove myself, but I found it difficult. I went to office area and found Isaiah Terrell. I explained to him what I saw on my hood. He wasted no time, grabbed a rag and cleaning supplies and cleaned it off and was extremely nice about it. It took about 10 minutes but he was patient and also educated me on how I could clean it if it happens again. And he deserves a review because the average person would have just told me that it wasn’t the fault of the car wash and told me that I would need to clean it on my own. He even was willing to check the cameras to see if the spot was on my camera before I went through the car wash. I appreciate Isaiah, and that’s the kind of customer service that makes people continue to come back!

Great customer service! Antonio was very helpful with breaking down the options. He definitely has great customer service and this was my first impression of the car wash. I’ve been meaning to try it and decided to go today based on the reviews. Everything was stocked and functioning for the vacuum area. Plenty of vacuum cleaners. My car looks nice and clean. I also appreciated Antonio coming over to check on me after the car wash. 5 Stars because of him!
