Update: I got them on the phone this morning and they gave me 2 codes for the same car wash selection that I had the problem with last night, so I ended up getting 2 for the price of 1 instead of getting shorted. They had some equipment issues last night. They aren't really fast about returning calls, but they did set this right and even threw in an extra wash. I've used this carwash before and I've always been happy with the results. They came through for me. It doesn't get any better than that. Original review: I got off the highway last night after a long trip home and wanted to wash the salt off my car about 9PM last night. They had the two "touch free" lanes open so I pulled into the one closest to the exit. I made my selection. I chose their top of the line wash since the car hadn't been washed or waxed in a while and it asked me to scan a gift card, then to make payment. I didn't have any gift cards so I went to payment. I put my card in and it never recognized my card, so I figured my card had too much pocket rash and I tried to put in $22 in cash, but it wouldn't even take my cash. It just kept cycling me to scan a gift card and to make payment. Ok, no big deal, looks like they're having some computer problems but it hadn't accepted my payment so no harm, no foul. I backed up and went to the other lane where I'd just seen another car pull in without issue. I still had the cash in my hand, so I didn't try the card., I just used the cash. I made my selection, fed in a $20 bill and two $1 bills and waited for the other car to get done. When the other car pulled out, instead of the light going from yellow to green and the door opening, it throws up a pinkish purple screen that reads "Not in Service". I pushed the help button after waiting a few minutes and it gives me a number to call and leave a message. While I was on the phone the thing reboots and comes back to the selection menu, ignoring the fact that I'd just paid for a wash. Bummer.

I've been to this carwash maybe three times and today I was definitely disappointed. I drove home from the touchless carwash about 2 miles away and noticed there was still bird poop on my hood. I went to wipe it away and the cloth I used was black after just one wipe. Definitely not worth 24$

Really liked it up until I realized that when you're purchasing the under carriage wash for extra, my car has mud snow ice and salt underneath, freshly after pulling out.. have my receipt and all..

So the two that were there only one sprayed my vehicle instead of both of them being on sides. So I didn't get a good spray all around. And no one used a scrub brush for the front or back. I went through and you can't stop in the front so you have to go down that road into the parking lot and look and I still had dirt on my car. That has never happened to me before through a car wash. So I called them and they gave me another car wash and it still wasn't good. I've never been like that before through a car wash work it doesn't take the dirt off. And my car wasn't even filthy like with a lot of mud. So yeah I will never go to them again.

As far as automatic car washes go, this one is pretty decent. For a couple of reasons. Two regular bays and a soft wash bay. There are 5 options ranging from a basic $10 wash up to a $22 wash. Two of the washes offer an under carriage bath for those salty roads in the winter. I went with a $20 wash that also waxed. Ceramic coating is offered on the highest end. My vehicle came out looking great for a machine that did the cleaning. What I took away from this is that there are choices. From rinsing to cleaning and protecting. There are also membership washes to help save more and keeping your vehicle clean.

The car wash is too rough, the brushes banged against the car and it broke the rear wiper housing on my car and I had to reset the wiper pivot mount. I wouldn't recommend this place, I've never had damage from a car wash before trying this place. Told the attendants but of course never heard back from the owners.

Everybody knows that touchless car washes aren’t miracle machines, if you have a year’s worth of built up brake dust, it’s still going to be there after a touchless wash unless you get down there and scrub it by hand. With that said, I typically wash mg car by hand, but in a pinch, I’ve had good luck with this car wash in the past. Today when I used the touchless bay on drivers left, the left side of the sprayer system was very obviously not working, and as I suspected, it left my car looking like a car wash zebra. I called and left a message, asking to simply get a free rewash using the other touchless bay in hopes that it will do a better job, but I haven’t heard anything. Fingers crossed, will update if anything changes Update: received a call from the owner explaining what he thought was the problem. Offered me a comp wash code to come back once they have the issue fixed. Amended by rating to 5 stars for the prompt service.

This place is usually alright. Today June 24th 2025 at 8:30am was TRASH, I payed for the premium wash or what ever it is, $24.00 the most expensive car wash. The guy was on his phone. Usually they will at least half ass scrub the front and back of your car, this guy didn’t even bother. He sprayed part of it with the suds and sent me through not even shutting my mirrors the way they typically do. Usually I’d rather them keep them open so they can get washed and I don’t have to open them back up when I leave…. Today I found out why they fold them in “THE MACHINE HIT MY DRIVER SIDE MIRROR” and now it has a little scuff on it”. And to top it off it’s 8:30am and the water STUNK!!!! I can’t imagine what it’ll be like by the end of the day. I’m sure there’s something they can do to drain it or refresh it that’s not being done.

They decided to cram in a coffee shop and sign says right lane carwash. Left lane coffee.but was opposite. No vacuums unless you pay more and says no trucks. Advertise as touchless but NOT main bay. People were nice and polite but the setup is terrible. Tons of soap left on my truck.

The car wash is great. It does a good job. The vacuum is expensive and strangely placed because it's not evident how to exit the business. That sorted, I recommend vacuuming first and then go through the wash. Otherwise you'll wait in the coffee queue to return back to the vacuum area.

Took my car through this car wash and paid $11 or $13, can't quite remember. When I got home I saw that the wheels had hardly been touched and the overall job was poor. Went back and complained to the attendant who took pictures (as did I) and promised that the owner would "definitely" be in touch with me. That was a month ago and I'm still waiting for a call from anyone. Terrible service. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW...Owner, or someone in charge, called and offered me a second wash at no cost. Needed to know when I could make it back to have it done. I opted for Saturday, 9th June, '18. I arrived at 1.57 to find no-one in attendance. Checked the office and wash areas but nobody there. Went shopping and returned an hour later, still nobody there so it's obvious that these people simply don't care about negative reviews and just want to take in the money. This is just an insult to the general public.

negative stars. scratched the paint, bent the license plate, wax made a dirty film on the glass, and broke the wipers. payed for the best wash they offer. I called immediately after to complain when I noticed my wipers weren't working, and the guy had extremely poor customer service and wasn't helpful at all. I never take my car to washes but I just got a new used car that I spent a whole day on scraping off old pine sap that covered it because of the idiotic previous owners parking it under a pine. I needed to get the residue from cleaning the sap off right away which is why I went. never again. Save your money, and I don't just mean the $20 to get it washed, I mean the time and money put into it to keep the exterior looking clean and nice. EDIT: I cannot reply to the owner's reply, so I will reply here. I told the guy on the phone multiple times, as he had asked me , NO, my wipers were not on during the car wash, I absoluetly DID NOT 'admit' to them being on. I saw them get flipped up by the wash. And yes at the end of the wash I started driving toward the right because I COULD NOT SEE since the wax was coated on my windshield and the sun was shining onto it, and my wipers as I said got damaged from the wash so I could not use the washer fluid and wipe it away. My exit of the car wash has nothing to do with the effects of the damage from the wash. I pulled into the lot adjacent immediately after the wash to check on things and move my windows back, meaning it was a minute after I saw the wax coating leaving a residue, cold weather not affecting the wash. And you not owning up to the numerous scratches to the paint on my car? Yeah, even less impressed now. Do better.

Tends to be be long waits, super helpful, friendly and hardworking staff. Touch free does a perfect job and never an issue with soft touch. Easy to use auto pay.

Overall the touch-less isn’t bad, but it’s a bit pricey. However, I went a couple of nights ago and was double charged. There was only one lane open so it was a lengthy wait. I pulled up paid for my service and waited for the car ahead of me to finish. When they finished nothing happened, and I was prompted to pay again. There was a line of cars stacked up behind me so I really had no choice other than to pay twice. I called two times regarding this issue—both times it went to voicemail. I left messages both times and have received zero response. I finally had to have my credit card company reverse the duplicate payment.

There was plenty of soap, so that's good. The mechanical arms that wash the vehicle, could definitely be more gentle, per what the description of the wash is. But they hit and rode the vehicle with such force that it was moving my truck all about. In closing, with all of the soap that is used, the rinsing could definitely be a heck of a lot better. So in the end, my truck does need to be rinsed again. Edit: After reading all of the other reviews prior to submitting this one, I'm not surprised that the owner had such a long reply to my review with a bunch of excuses and reasons. The thing is, is that he goes on about the open truck bed and all the suds that fly up. What's funny about that is that my truck has a tonneau cover. And it was on the truck at time of going through the car wash. My advice to anybody that reads the reviews, just don't pay attention to the owner's replies. As he'll say anything so that his car wash and him are not a fault.

The touchless wash does pretty well. But they need another lane for soft touch cars. Also at night time it's difficult to see where the card goes. The screen is so bright it blinds you and there is no area light

This is a 24hr touch-less and power-cloth vehicle wash facility. It’s hidden behind Aroma Joes and can be difficult to reach due to the narrow road. The quality of wash and availability is excellent.

The day I went the place was busy and there was a line that moved fast. They have different lines for different washes. I got the Tunnel Car wash premium which is surprisingly fun and long. The cost for which gives you everything, including undercoat and drying was $24. It is important in Maine to get salt off cars. In warmer weather I usually use the booth sprays. In the winter your vehicle needs to be thoroughly cleaned after the heavy snowballs to remove the road salt. I look at as necessary maintenance.
