I’ve been coming to Beverly Car Wash since I moved to Beverly back in 2001. It was always very well ran, everyone was very Kind and Courteous. My car always came out perfect and very dry. I moved out of Beverly in 2006 however I still found myself driving back to wash my vehicles regularly here. In the past year the owner has completely updated the tunnel and the 24/hour touch less bay with all state of the art equipment. Beverly Car Wash is by far the best place to have your vehicles cleaned to perfection!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'll never go back here. I'll never recommend. One and done. First, the attendant tried to talk me into most expensive choice. Then, my side view mirror fell off. My rim got scratched. The manager blamed it all on me. Said I put my brake on and popped out of the track. There was no sign for where to drive off. My tires didn't feel like they were going along smoothly the whole time. Which is why I noticed the manager watching my whole trip through the wash. I'm in my 50's, I know how to go through a car wash. If you like this place, more power to you, but my experience at the automatic car wash was the worst I've had in my life. And on top of it all, my car didn't even come out that clean. Back hatch still looks filthy. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Of course I’ve been to many car washes throughout my life.. but Beverly car wash is by far the best! Not only is it local and convenient to me but the service is excellent & the staff is friendly! Todd, the owner, is just the best guy ever. Super friendly and really cares about his customers/services. I will never go to any other car wash again :)

Best car wash around! Staff is always professional and friendly. My car always comes out of the tunnel looking shiny and new. My tires and rims are sparkling when I leave there. Their prices are reasonable and there are plenty of vacuums available. The setting is pleasant too! Definitely worth a visit!

Scratched my rims. I saw manager walk to the end of car wash while I was going through to look at the track system. Of course he blamed me and said I must have hit a curb.

I very rarely put out these kind of statements, I thought it was necessary. This car wash is definitely one of the most expensive car washes out there. I still go there often and have for 40 years because it is convenient. Today I went there with my mother's car that I don't drive and had some problems because it has a feature that has Auto locking brakes. I'm not sure if it was the manager or the owner who came yelling at me and swearing at me and I was trying to explain it that it was not my car. There is no excuse for such behavior for any business do not care what it is. And for this reason I will never go back to the car wash.

I've used the full serve and self-service washes for my cars. Both are great. The self-service stalls run on a timer which I dont like, but figured it out okay. $3 get you about 6 min of water or soap or whatever. They take cards are open 24 hours for the late night wash urges. Staff is friendly and let me stay an hour in a stall while I took my time drying and putting on a spray wax, so that's cool.

I went to this car wash and paid $20 and the quality of the wash it gave me was terrible. It did not clean the paint well at all, and did not clean the brake dust off of the rims. Save your money, this place is a joke.

I was very disappointed with the car wash I received at Beverly Carwash on Sunday August 20 2023. I paid $29.00 for the best cleaning option, which was supposed to include a thorough cleaning of the exterior car However, I noticed that they did not clean the roof of my car at all. There was still dirt on it, which I easily wiped off with a cloth and water. When I talked to the manager, he was very rude and dismissive. He said that it was impossible to clean the roof completely and that his staff did their best. He refused to offer me a refund or a redo. This is unacceptable customer service and a waste of money. The car wash should have done a better job or at least apologized and tried to make it right. They should also train their staff to be more polite and professional. I will not be going back to this car wash again and I do not recommend it to anyone else. I feel so sorry for the owner who might don’t know what kind of manager he hired.

I went there today, and my tires looked the same as before I went to the car wash. I always had a good experience here, but today I didn't get out to dry my car, so I didn't notice until I got home. I'm not sure if I can come there and have my car rewashed at no charge. Please let me know. I never leave reviews like this. Ps. The man who greeted me was very nice, though.

It’s alright triple the price for the same basic wash at other locations. Touchfree or otherwise. Employees love to watch your every move especially while vacuuming, which is not what people go to a car wash for. If you have an option to go to Salem or even the one on RT one you’ll staff and pricing a lot better, people mind their business while you clean your car lol which should be expected unless they’re helping you clean it IMO

I like to come here because I have a tall sprinter van and they have nice tall wash base where I can get it super clean. I've used the drive-thru car wash as well, which does a good job also if you have a regular sized vehicle. There are also vacuums on site.
