If you're interested in ceramic coating and/or paint protection film, this the place to go. Louis is the man! He helped me pick out the right package for my vehicle, didn't try to upsell me at all, and really treated me and my vehicle with respect, which is more than I can say for most auto services in general.

Called last week to schedule a car wash appointment. I told Louis that I have a Tesla Model 3 and did ceramic coating on it a few months ago so just need a foam cannon wash. Louis said that’s not a problem but said that he’s currently not in the office and that he will call me back in the afternoon to schedule the appointment. I said that works and thanked him. A couple of days went by, no phone call. I called back, looking to schedule the appointment, maybe Louis forgot to call me back. Louis remembered me and asked if I was the guy that called a couple of days ago. I said yes and that’s when Louis told me that he doesn’t want to wash cars that have already had ceramic coating applied by someone else other than him. I asked why and he proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t trust anyone else but himself. He said that he doesn’t feel comfortable applying protective coating on a car that was done somewhere else. I clarified that all I’m looking for is a car wash, nothing else. Nonetheless, Louis said that he just doesn’t want to do it. No further explanation was provided. Overall, bad customer service experience. I ended up calling another place and they had no issues with washing my car.

Fantastic results with some significant paint correction, detailing, and a coating of ceramic pro on my 2013 Phantom Black Audi S6. My car was looking pretty worse for the wear and the dealer had given up on fixing it. Not only were they able to make the car look better than new, it stays looking clean all the time. Well done guys!

The guys here did an amazing job on my car. It looked almost better than when i bought it from the dealership. They are very detail oriented and got into every nook and cranny in the vehicle. They even got the "hidden" compartment in my trunk space. I would recommend bringing your car here for the best detailing job around. They even offered to pick me up and drive me to & from work while they worked on my car. If i could give them 10 stars i would.

I highly recommend Louis and everyone at Ceramic Pro Greater Boston /Danvers Hand Wash and Detail. Had my new Veloster ceramic coated this week, and it looks jaw droppingly beautiful. They obviously love what they do, and they take pride in their work. My car isn't a high end show car, but I love it, and they treated it with the same care and enthusiasm as they do for all the cars they work on. Edit (04/21/2017): Absolutely fantastic work from Louis and his people. A complete pampering of the car - wash/shampoo, dry, wax, sealant, vacuum etc. The effect could be seen immediately with the way water was beading like pearls. They are true professionals, honest and transparent. I absolutely recommend this place and also consulting with Louis. Louis was also patient to sit with me to go over regular maintenance details, what needs to be done, what isn't essential, things to get etc. I'm glad I found this place and it is relatively close to Boston/Cambridge and definitely worth going there. (Rev after 1st visit): I just took my new car to consult with Louis. Though I didn't get my car spruced up yet (I'll be doing it sometime in the next couple of weeks), I thought the first consultation visit in itself deserved a 5 star rating. Louis is a pleasure to talk with. No BS from him - just honest opinions, unbiased evaluation and suggestions for what needs to be done. He is very patient in both listening to all your questions and clarifying them with clear explanations. I went inside their work area to look at some of their recently finished cars and oh boy... They're stunning. I saw couple of red cars with a shine and finish that I haven't seen even in the dealer showroom on brand new cars. I'm looking forward to my visit soon and getting my car thoroughly washed and pampered. Louis was also very forthcoming in suggestions for what I could do for a weekly maintenance wash at home and to keep the car in pristine condition. Will update this review and hopefully with pictures in couple of weeks time. But I'd already recommend this place and Louis highly for anyone looking for the perfect place to get your car cleaned and shiny without the worry of scratches and damages.

I can’t say enough good things about Louis. I found him through a recommendation from a friend when I was looking to get my 2016 GMC Yukon looking a little better than what it was. A little paint correction and some ceramic coating and this thing was back to show room condition. I did the lifetime ceramic coating and over the year and a half I kept the car, every single time I washed it, this is what it looked like. I was in an accident in December of 2020 and the first person I called was Louis. He gave me a high recommendation for a body shop as I know he cares just as much about his cars as I do mine. The recommendation he gave me was right on point. When they were finished they shipped it back up to him for a re coat. I just can’t say enough good things about Louis and his crew. I recently purchased a new jeep and called him right away looking for a ceramic coat. I was able to drop it off and I cannot wait to see the results. I will post those photos here. When I pick mine up, my wife will be having her light interior seats coated. Customer service is phenomenal. Pricing is very reasonable and he is good to his customers. I refer him to everyone I know. He cares for each one of his customers car like they are his own. Every one leaves in show room condition, brand new. You can see my Yukon in the photos. "You get what you pay for" absolutely applies here. A detail here costs more than most places but you get so much more out of it, they do an incredible job. The owner Lou has a passion for cars and genuinely enjoys rejuvenating them. I've brought a few cars here over the years. I just recently bought a 15 year old Town Car and I really wanted to get the dust and years of the previous owner out of it, so I brought it to Danvers Hand Wash and Detail and they far surpassed my hopes for the car. They scrubbed the seatblets, and even cleaned the weatherstripping and doorjams, and even the gas cap! I had a ceramic coating done as well and water just rolls off the car it's amazing. I can't get over how clean every last inch of the car is, I thought I got in the wrong car when I first sat in it after the detail. They use different cleaning agents for every different material in the car, so everything feels and looks great. No streaks or haze on the windshield, which is really important to me, and they really deep-cleaned all the carpeting. I could eat off my floormats if I wanted to. Can you get a cheaper detail? Yes, but it won't be nearly as amazing. Right now my car is absolutely the cleanest it's ever been since it was factory new. You really do get every penny's worth and it speaks for itself when you get back in your car after. 10/10, I'll keep coming back.
