Service is generally okay, was a much more Service oriented business in years pass. I'm annoyed when even I pay for a $40plus wash with exterior hand (spray) wax only to find dirt still on vehicle that i can wipe with my fingers. Don't get me wrong there a day when they've been better!

Can’t speak for the car wash, but the mechanics here are crooks ! Came here with my boyfriend for a NYS Inspection yesterday, and was told the inspection failed due to my brake system. The mechanics wanted to charge me $600 dollars to order new brake pads through them not including whatever labor they would have charged. Clearly they overcharge 2x the price as we were able to purchase the brake pads for less than half that price at an auto shop and get them repaired with another trusted mechanic. When I came back today (by myself) for my car to get reinspected, they now made up that my back tires need to be changed and asked if I wanted to purchase new tires. Now why I ask, wouldn’t this be said yesterday if I had an inspection literally the day before if there was actually something wrong with my tires? These guys are scammers who want to force you purchase services under their shop for double the price. I definitely felt that as a woman they also tried to overcharge me because they thought I would just listen to what they said I needed. Will never be returning. Big thumbs down 👎🏾.

This place is horrible, I paid for the Deluxe. My front grill still had stains, I had to go around my SUV and removed the stains myself. They did more of a rush job. I will never go back there. As a new customer I rate this company D+.

During my visit for a vehicle inspection at this facility, I found the mechanic's ethical standards to be highly deficient. "They requested unnecessary modifications to the car in order to squeeze more money out of me."on me Their exorbitant prices do not align with the subpar service they offer.

Excellent job they did on my car. They washed inside and out.. The Employees were great. They took they're time. And did not rush like other car washes do. The Glass was so squeaky clean. They clean the seats and Armour-all the leather. The inside smelled like it was brand new. My Maxima was looking real good. I am going to be coming back. I really like this place. It is good for my car! The prices are not bad either. You get your money's worth here.

I just came to get an oil change and they broke my hood latch. When I got back in my car and saw the loose wires I had my mechanic try to fix it. Unfortunately the wires were yanked out from the front as well and I have no way to get into my hood without expensive bodywork. When I contacted Bilal the service manager he told me that it was a preexisting issue… said he is not responsible for a million people’s cars and that they get this all the time. Then hung up on me. I will never be back and I was a frequent car wash/inspection/oil change customer. Lived in the area for 15 years. 10 minutes cost me $200+ and I still need an oil change

Car wash is good. The mechanics that work here are really good. I had an issue with water leaking into my car from the sunroof drain tubes and they took care of it right away. No hassle at all. Also got an oil change done here too and didn’t have to wait forever. Prices are fair too. Just be warned that on a hot day the car wash will be crowded.

I pay 27.99 for a wash and I ask for lava and is add on for 6.00 dollars. The car went in the wash and soon it got to the lava nothing came out so I talk to the Manger why the lava did not came out when my car went threw it and he seat there and tell me it did where it comes out it was dry as a bone. So , I my money back for the lava the guy in the back did not push the button to add the lava in the only he did is push the button for the 27.99 wash if you do add on the guy in the back must push it in for the computer knows what the car is there for and put the right ones in what the customer ask for. They need more training and also the people who dry the car need to dry the car better other then this the service is good. It could get better if the workers do there job better

0 out of 10 highly DO NOT Recommend!!! $123.00 for an oil change that comes with a free car wash but i have to pay an up charge for armor tires and certain wax. After that price for an oil change i should automatically get the second or maybe even third package on the car wash list. Then after the oil change i had to move my own car to the car wash line, while other people cars were taken for them. Horrendous Service and consideration for the customer. Try a new place they said it would be good they said, lol. No wonder there was no line for service here.

Came here for an oil change. A week later, all my oil leaked out because they didn't tighten the screw enough. Then they sold my information to the places who call you trying to sell an auto warranty. I left a bad review and they replied with give us one more chance. So I did. I went back for a car wash. The car went in dirty and the car came out dirty. Their car wash does nothing. Even the spider web that was under my mirror was completely untouched. Had to pay someone else for a real car wash. Just don't go here. These people are are not only bad at what they do, but they are also crooks and scammers. One star is 10 times more than they deserve. Just don't go here. You'll be blowing your money for no reason. They'll screw up your oil change, their car wash leaves your car completely filthy and they will try to screw you out of repairs if you come there for an inspection. You will end up with a loss.

Car was dirty with water marks on the exterior. Also they used a dirty towel to dry the windows because it’s full of streaks. $20 for dirty windshield smh next time I’ll pay $5 and do it myself at the gas station. (Worker used a Gray for the windows so it’s possible.)

Upon entering the wash there rail causes curb rash on the rims.. Very disappointing, My car was spotless until today. You need to tell your employer to manoeuvre the car straight into the wash zone!!!

I recently visited Best Auto Spa and purchased the Deluxe Wash ($28.99). Overall, I’m happy with the experience and results. This package includes a car wash, vacuum, windows cleaning, hot wax, sealer wax, triple rainbow wax, chassis bath, wheel bright, tire shine, and Rain-X treatment. It’s a lot of services for the price, and my car came out looking fantastic. The hot wax and triple rainbow wax gave it a beautiful shine, and the Rain-X treatment was a great bonus for keeping my windshield clear in bad weather. The staff paid close attention to detail, and the interior and exterior of my car were very clean. However, the wait time was a little long, so I’d recommend visiting during off-peak hours if you’re in a hurry. I also noticed a couple of streaks left on the windows, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a detailed car wash at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back!

How about WORST AUTO SPA. I used to come here consistently but stopped coming when the prices went through the roof and the care for your vehicle went through the floor. Returned recently and the result of the service was poor and left my car with permanent discoloration as it was not as pictured when I arrived.
