Had a horrible experience. Took my car to get a tag and the old guy immediately said my tint was too dark. All seven years I've had my car(tint put on by Toyota AND LEGAL because I prefer to ride clean) never had any problems. So I asked him to put the machine on my window to show me cause I'm from Missouri- the show me state. Well he was disturbed like how could I challenge him. He walked over to get the machine and said he didn't have to get anything and never came back to provide the service. That's how I know he was pissed that I asked him to get the machine. I'm not sure if he wanted to work or not and I would hate to THINK he was being racists because he did the same thing to the man in front of me who wasn't there for a tag but was simply asking him what time they close. He kept telling the guy his tint was too dark and the guy simply said he wasn't there for a tag just wanted to know time of closing. BTW he was a black guy. I am furious. I actually drove around looking for a JP police officer so they could check my tint! He was horrible and unprofessional. I'll never use that car wash or get a brake tag or recommend anyone to go there. Louisiana has to do better and stop letting these bitter business owners run law abiding citizens away! If he didn't want to work, he should have called off and God forbid if he's the owner! HORRIBLE!

This place was awesome to work with. Helping my elderly dad get his brake tag was made actually pleasant. The young lady working there treated him so well and went above and beyond to assist us. The car wash was excellent and left a beautiful shine. We will definitely be going as often as needed to this place from now on.

20MAY23 ~ Behrman Highway High-Tech Car Wash does more than just wash & vacuum. They are an excellent Brake Tag/Inspection Station. The small shed on the south side is where the brake tag inspector is located. The young woman that inspected my truck was nothing short of outstanding. She was articulate/well spoken, intelligent/fast on the uptake, genuinely pleasant/friendly, and professional. She was very invested in her job and doing it well. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of her job as well as the peripheral aspects of her job. She knew which nearby municipalities used their own specification stations, and openly shared her knowledge. Thank you. If I were a supervisor I would want employees with her technical & intrapersonal skills. I highly recommend this brake tag/inspection station.
