It's alright...I just wish that they would do more than just spray a little suds on the front window when you first go through...use the broom soap on both sides of the car..which would help to clean it even better..I've seen that in Georgia when I was there & a person was on both sides of the car doing that..just saying..no place is doing that here in Mobile..that would be nice to see it being done here at all the car washes guys!🤪🤭😉

I take my car in usually once a week to get my car washed. I am a member of the monthly car wash team. For the low price I pay each month, it is well worth getting unlimited washes... ESPECIALLY here in the South, where pollen is high and the bird target practice is frequent. Lol ;)

The staff at the Bebo’s on Moffett Road in Mobile was very accommodating, especially in regards to informing me of the presence of black mold due to a leak in the cab of my truck. It is thanks to them it has been removed, along with the dirt and dust on my seats and carpet; they did an excellent job returning my truck to the cleanest it has been in longer than I care to admit. PSA: (THIS) BEBO’S NO LONGER DOES OIL CHANGES! So, you know, don’t go up there expecting one. And keep in mind if they’re busy, service may be a tad slower, but the service is still exemplary.

They do not check or fill fluids during an oil change. My car still said the wiper fluid was low. They do not check tire pressure either. Only thing they got going for them is how quick they change your oil. However, they miss stuff previously mentioned. Gotta wonder if they're taking short cuts under the hood.

Very poor service, they won't even spray your whole car with the pre wash spray. Half of the vacuums don't work, they always offer a $2.95 special but then if it rains that day they won't let you wash it again at no charge. After going through the machine it didn't even get the bugs off the front of my Ford Edge. I'm not coming back and I don't recommend that you waste your time or money there.

Garry has treated me and my husband so well. There’s a big turn over there.and I have seen some slack employees smoking in the lobby and staying on their phone. But Garry does the best job.

Was told vacuuming is $2 and has “always been” but I go like every two weeks and Ive never been charged, it’s suspicious. Plus I watched like 5 cars come after me and vacuum for free. The price isn’t the problem cause what’s $2 but the policy should be enforced and if that’s truly the price why are the free vacuum signs still up? I only paid it because I was on my way to pick other people up, any other circumstance I definitely wouldn’t have paid.

I paid and went through the car wash but the brushes were not working. I asked the attendant and was told the brushes were not working right now. I asked for a refund or maybe a coupon for a free or discounted carwash on another day. I was told the manager refused. I was polite but I won't be going back. I just wanted the service I had paid for. I'll wash my own car next time.

Equipment is maintained very poorly. Even if you choose their very best car wash your car doesn't look that good after. Typically 1/4 of a tire might have a shine on it and the other three will not. I highly recommend Rich's car wash right down the road

I brought my daughter in laws car up there today to be detailed because she just had my first grandchild and she’s been in nicu. It was already my plan so I called up there and spoke to Gary (the manager) to make sure they’d be able to do it today. I had no idea he also had a child in nicu before so he was very understanding and compassionate. Not only did he complete the car himself but he also gave a gift to the new parents. Thank you Gary for making this experience and gift to her so amazing. You also left me with a gift of kindness that I wasn’t expecting. We call our granddaughter our little Super Girl because she’s been such a fighter and has a birthmark of a Diamond on her chest. He made this to give to the parents. I’ll definitely be back.

I have a monthly pass and have had one for years. This is the worst Bebos location in the Mobile area, unfortunately its the most convenient location for my daily commute. I'm thinking about changing to another one of the newer, better managed and better maintained car washes.

Paid a good price for a top performance wash but my car looked the same as it did when I came...only wet! Either they need new equipment or better soaps and shines because I could do better just hand washing it myself. Two of the guys are nice though and the vacuum center area is a plus but that’s all.

WOW, what a great experience I had yesterday at the BEBO'S on Moffet Rd. Great carwash and very friendly professional service. Especially Gabriel at the entrance and also Wearby who did the actual detailing of the car. He did an outstanding job and made sure that I was satisfied when he finished. The manager Gary introduced himself and made sure I was pleased with the job. Thanks for a great job and I wil return.

When this place opened the service was really good it's not bad now .. the car wash may need some maintenance. Pull in dirty pay 10 pull out car still dirty. Pay for tire shine Tires still dry .they use to spray the car down really good before you enter the wash now they barely put something on your front and back window

I previously had been going to riches car wash but i can say i’ll be choosing Bebos from now on. Gabe was extremely helpful with getting me the right wash and the manager Garry took the time to explain the fast pass program to me and go through my options. The detail staff was quick and thorough, I will be bringing my car back through here again soon.

Paid for the basic car wash. Would expect to at least get a basic wash. Left lots of road grime on the front of the vehicle and tires looks like before I went through the wash. The employee said that it was the owners policy not to go back through with the basic wash. I've had the same situation at other automatic car washes and they happily sent it back through. Bebos will not get another penny of my money. Horrible customer service Mr owner!😁

The car wash was quick and the detail people people do a great job. We come here quite often and are always pleased with results. I am wondering when the Springdale Bebo's car wash will open back up. When I passed the location a couple of days ago the site had been razed to the ground and was fenced off. In the meantime we will continue to come the Bebo's here on Moffatt Rd until they open back up at Springdale.

Ok I was the 2nd vehicle for the entire day so zero rush.. I took the 40.00 package.. I explained what I wanted this is was recommended.. wash was great.. Great attitude.. windows ckean..door jambs great..fell super way short on cleaning the dash.. I really needed this to be done. We even directly spoke about this specifically...maybe they simply overlooked the entire dash.. just really wanted this done.
