They offer multiple options to clean your car. Bebos allows you the option to vacuum out your own car or have the nice workers do it for you. I enjoy, when I have a little extra, to get the inside detailed and my outside cleaned. That offer comes with car freshers! But them trying to up sell can be a bit of a turn off.

I used to love this car wash until the day I went in with a very dirty car. I already understood how dirty my car was, hence why I came to a car wash.. when I refused a buff to get pine sap off my car the attendant was very rude and condescending, acting as if I'm just some unintelligent girl who doesn't have common sense. I explained to him that I did not have the money to pay for anything more than a $5 wash and would have someone else help me at home. The conversation angered me so much that I do not feel comfortable going here anymore. How can an employee treat people so rudely. His advice was irrelevant any ways because my car was spotless when I got out of the car wash. The car wash itself is alright but the customer service is not all that great. Also, I got stuck inside the car wash for 5 minutes for some reason.

Would have been a 5 star as it has in the past but since the change in management the service has gone down hill on the detailing. I will give 5 stars to Marx and Jordan who did my truck today. They did an exceptional job. Bebo's carwah its self is the most gentle around, I've lost paint at some of the others and that's the reason I keep trying there. Prices have increased there and the detailing is hit or miss. Ask for Marx and Jordan, they do great work.

Terrible experience! As many others have said, watch your wheels as they are notorious at scratching them and will take no accountability for it. Management is as sorry and lazy as they come, must be related to the owners to be kept on staff while performing at that low of a capacity! Anyhoo, thankfully many other car washes have opened throughout the city because this place should just shut down and clear out. The one on Moffett is okay if you prefer Beebos over the newer options but steer clear of here, you have been warned! Wash is mediocre and detailing is hit or miss consistently. Too many other options with consistent work to risk compromising the appearance of your vehicle you’ve invested thousands of dollars in. Keep driving!

My car hadn’t been driven in awhile and it was extremely gross on the inside. I didn’t need an appointment and they gave me a fair quote. My car smells and looks so good now, I wish I could show before and after pictures. Really an amazing job.

Best of the chain, perhaps because is the original, it gets pretty busy for detail on weekends and sunny days, good automatic car wash with monthly unlimited washes deals. Most workers are friendly and some fair with a good "get it done attitude" boss is watching. Don't forget to tip. Full convenient store with cold beer and table wine, there's also shoe shine service. I wish Foley car wash attendants were half as helpful.

I usually go to a Hand Wash Car Wash or Wash my Vehicles myself but I was in a Rush so I decided to go to Bebo’s. Bad decision. Now I’m all for giving these young guys a job that work here but someone needs to be checking each Vehicle when they say their done cause the job that was done on my Vehicle was terrible. I paid $25 for the outside only. This extra fee was supposed to be to hand clean the wheels and a quick wax. The kid only wiped my truck where he sprayed the wax lol and my rims and tires looked like they hadn’t been touched. That’s the main reason I paid extra was to get the wheels and tires on point. Not to mention my back windshield was still dirty and all the way around the bottom looked even worse. I blame management for not checking the customers vehicles when these kids are done.

Was not satisfied with the service performed. I waited 30 minutes before they started. The person cleaning my car ate cheetos as he cleaned. After I left, found my windshield had some type of film on it. Still trying to clean it. Will never use this place again. minutes before they started on my car. The person cleaning my car ate a bag of cheese as he worked. When he finished, I had to get him to clean tge sides of my windshield

I love this place. It’s such an amazing value, I have the pass with unlimited use of really good vacuums for the price I used to pay for one drive through wash at any gas station in California where I used to live. Everyone who works here is amazing, especially Hunter. They work so hard, so quickly, and with amazing value to their customers. Thank you!

UPDATE 4/22/2019: They have a very dangerous situation on their hands. I'm dropping my writing down from five stars to 4 stars. Mainly because of two reasons. 1. I went through the car wash. I pulled out and turned left out of the wash tunnel, and then right and then left up the little Hill This is a very highly traveled Side Road along the interstate. As I started to pull out, my back tires just spun and threw me out into the intersection but would not get any traction due to whatever wax they use in their car wash. if you get your car washed here, please be aware of this because I had several people that had to dodge me because I could not get traction coming out of the parking lot. Very dangerous. Sounds like a liability! 2. They closed down there oil change shop. I'm sure it's because of financial reasons but I'm really disappointed that they will not be servicing Vehicles anymore. ________________ When it comes to maintenance on your car, it doesn't get any better than this! Great value! Great service! You can get your oil changed at a reasonable rate, and then you can get your car washed and they even have free vacuum cleaners. Or if you want to spend a few dollars more, they have people that will clean out your entire car for you. It was well worth the $8 I spent on the interior cleaning.

I paid $45 to have my car hand washed. Not only was it still dirty when they were finished, but there also, inexplicably, was a 24" crack in my windshield. No refund. No apology. No offer to pay my deductible. Never again.

After many years of getting good service at Bebo's, I was very disappointed. I asked about the difference in the various car washes listed. The attendant read off the prices. No duh. The rear end of my car was not touched by their machine so my car looked just as dirty from behind as before I went through. I really wanted the interior cleaned also but the attendant didn't even mention that. Don't know that I will return. Much better service is at Alabama Auto Clean.

Automatic wash isn't bad if you're in a hurry. Go with a hand wash and wax, full interior if you want to get the best.

i want my money back!! i was told 1- 1.5 hrs and they had it 2.5 hrs and i got it back like this! doesn't even look like they did anything special to the interior or leather at all.

Hands down the worst and most expensive car wash in mobile. Save your time and money and go to Big Tuna. They could at least provide rags and spray to finish doing what their wash should have attempted
