I wasn't a fan this time. I paid for the Ultimate and my soap was just the yellow.. The soap may have changed, but it used to be tri color. The scent from the soap did smell amazing coming through my air vents. My car did come out nice and clean, minus some of the soap that didn'trinse off completely. The dryer stopped working with almost 30 seconds left of dry time. That could have been my fault though. I did back up a little to blow the soap off of my side view mirrors. Next time, I'm going to try the touch free side. The bay was clean and free of debris. The spinning things were nice and clean also.

Its a cool place to wash and clean your car, it’s very clean. I really recommend this place to go wash and clean your car, I personally come here to wash my car.

I had to take my review down to 2 stars because it says if you leave a review you you receive a free car wash. I left a very good review. Because I do like your car wash. But I did not receive my free car wash, and I'm not sure why my son said, mom, they just want you to leave a review they ain't gonna give away no free car wash, and i'm starting to believe him.

Editing my review* So I got my bank statements and I was only charged 7 for the carwash. I guess when using credit cards,they put a 10 hold on your card but only charge 7 when it goes thru. Im glad I was not overcharged* I like taking my car to this carwash because its near my home. I had never had any issues until recently. Second time getting charged $10 for a basic car wash. Its supposed to be $7. Its only a few bucks difference but if prices went up, the sign needs to be changed. I choose the cheapest because I have to park my car under a tree that releases these annoying berries in the winter and I don't want to spend a lot on car washes since its just going to get full of berries again in a few days. Went online after scanning the barcode to get my receipt but that doesn't work either. I see that I'm not the only person that this has happened to. I would love to keep going here but only if they fix that problem.

Love it. 12.99 a month I can wash everyday. I can spend almost that much in one wash. Love the monthly all you can wash and there’s always plenty of soap coming out of the brush

I have had luck at the other Beaver Creek Car washing, so gave this location a go and was not disappointed! We did the $14 touch free option and it got a ton of bugs off our windshield that other locations failed to do so. Definitely worth the price and will be back, probably the best car wash in the Hagerstown area!

The dryer doesn't work very well. It used to get car pretty much dried, but now it barely dries car. Windows and car still pretty wet after driving out slowly.

Been looking for a place to get a membership and options on my car wash. This place has it all. Has a touch-less, soft touch, and a self washing station! I got the membership for convenience and it has not disappointed! Limitation on 1 carwash per day and only 1 vacuum available at a time. Nevertheless still better than dealing with other places where my license plate cannot be read. The quality of the carwash is as expected for machine washed, but still great! The only downside is the time it allows for drying. I always have to hand dry my truck as it runs out of time. One thing I do like about this platform, I can use it anywhere in the United States! Works well for when on the road for vacation or traveling for work. The value you get is phenomenal. I got my membership in Maryland, and it covers all the way to Washington State! Definitely think this is a carwash to keep!

Good deal on the car wash subscription, but the rinsing/soaping is uneven and the jets put high pressure on a few areas instead of evenly covering the car. The undercarriage wash is only a few feet wide so completely misses your wheel wells. Also, they are closed exactly when you need them most, when salt is built up on your car. I guess it's because their water lines froze or something?

Absolute waste of money!!!! Compared to other car washes this place is bottom of the barrel. I went to wash my car in the self service bays and they didn’t even have tap to pay, fine I used my card. When switched to the pre soak, nothing comes out, fine. I switch to the tire cleaner and it’s just green liquid not even foam, fine again. I go to rinse then switch to the soap. It takes a while to come out but then the smallest suds you can think of came out. FINE!! My last straw was when I switched to the foam brush and NOTHING CAME OUT!! I had to wash my car with the little bit of soap that came out of the pressure washer. Negative stars I told the person behind me save his money and go somewhere else. I want a refund!!!
