Paid for the deluxe wash but seemed like it only sprayed water, no soap. Zero smell or color of any kind to indicate soap, seemed like it just kept spraying water, still dirt on the windows and roof. **Reply to the response** Would I be able to just get a refund for my $12 wash or another wash?

The soft touch was not available so I did the touch free. Although I like the soft touch better, this one did a good job. I like how powerful the sprays are, however, it left 2 streaks that I never touched the whole way back my van.

Nice car wash! This car wash does a pretty decent job of getting my car clean. The equipment seems to be well maintained. I’ve been to several others that are either not working or when you get home, you see that it didn’t do a very good job. I think with this one you get more bang for your buck!

I think this is the best car wash around, employee was there work on the one bay, he saw that I had lost a quarter in the snow not a big deal but he was kind enough to just give me one out of his pocket, class act thanks. July 5 2025 still a happy customer thanks

I decided to try this car wash despite the bad reviews, and all this managed to do was piss me off. The card readers barely work. The chemicals take at least a minute to begin dispensing when you change settings, so prepare to fight the card reader multiple times. Some of the settings on the wash didn’t even work, and when I wanted to end my time it just kept adding more and more time and charging more money. I ended up leaving with a half-washed car and you can believe I won’t be coming back. What a joke.

I like this soft touch wash a lot, but I think the pay system could be better cause I think the car in front of me told my wash. I called the customer service number and told the person who answered the issue, and he refunded my over charge in just a couple of hours. Updating my review to 5 stars because my car is clean and I received excellent customer service!!!

If you enjoy cleaning your car yourself-this place is the best. It’s cheap. Takes cash, coins or cards. Vacuum spot is right next to car wash area. If you have any issues there’s a number and they actually answer. Great customer service. Kept clean. Don’t have anything negative to say!

Touch free didn’t work, but company was very attentive and put us through the brush wash right away. Pretty good job cleaning car. Spot free rinse and blower for drying not great. Did the job and got the road salt off.

Not the best car wash in Hagerstown, the touchless option doesn't do much for bugs on windshield. Also, the dryers are also pretty rough. Compared to other options in town, this is the worst one I've been to and it's not close.

Paid for the $14 car wash, and got this.. I'm VERY unsatisfied with my purchase. Dirt all over my car still, brid poop didn't even come off. Literally pulled next door to waffle house to wipe it off the window. I don't not recommend this place, the rain foes a better job of cleaning your vehicles exterior. Ridiculous!

I have been to many car washes in my life and have a membership to a touch less car wash at home. This is the first car wash I have seen in six days so I stopped immediately. Pretty sure. The track that the machine sits on damaged one of my rim covers. There is no direction which would help only a large beeping that sounds like you just got yelled at at Six Flags or Cedar point. I’m not happy!

Decent self drive through car wash. They have touchless and touch bays as well as self service cleaning bays. These kind of car washes are always a compromise but it serves my needs. I do wish it did a better job drying (even after 2 passes) and spreading whatever the blue liquid is on the entire vehicle, not just on the right side.

**Great under carriage wash for salt removal** We had issues with the card reader for the Touch Free wash bay so we called the customer service number on the machine and someone picked up right away and fixed our problem immediately. The wash was fast and effective. We are interested in coming back and purchasing the 'buy 3 get 1 free' package for $39. The only complaint is the blow dry part of the wash was sub par.
