Good place to drop your car off for a wash or detail. If you need to wait for it I wouldn't suggest it. It's hand wash but they do a good job.

When I couldn’t find this place (it’s located at the back of a parking garage underneath a building) I called and asked for directions. The man that answered the phone asked if I had an appointment. I said I didn’t, and he said okay and gave me directions. 15 minutes later I find this place and then he tells me he’s too busy and I need to make an appointment... frustrated that’s he could’ve told me this on the phone and not have wasted an additional 30 minutes of my time driving there and home. I was polite and made an appointment for Monday. Now here I am. It’s Monday morning, I’m here for my appointment and the shop is open but the guy is no where to be found. I called their number and someone else answered saying they would get someone down there when they could, but I don’t have time for that. Between sitting, waiting, and driving, another hour of my time wasted, and to top it off, I had to pay the parking ticket that should’ve been validated had someone actually shown up for my appointment or had the decency to call me if they were having issues. Unacceptable behavior for a business.

I have been using B2 Carwash for a little over six months. Recently I had an incident with my vehicle that could've happened at any other carwash but I doubt very seriously it would've been handled as professionally and diligently as B2 handled it. I informed them of the issue when I got back to the office and within 24hours it was handled no questions asked. When I spoke to the owner he appreciated me bringing it to his attention because he knows our field gets busy and vs bringing it to his attention most just don't return as customers so he often doesn't know if improvements are needed. That stuck with me because he is a small business and feedback good or bad is necessary to achieve top notch service. So here is my feed back...they really do a phenomenal job however if an issue is to arise Rob is more than willing to make it right. Thank you, B2.

Herbert is now my go-to guy for a full detail. I brought my SUV to him in horrible condition and bought the full pinnacle package to make it look pretty before returning it (as it is a leased vehicle). I was hoping for the best but he exceeded expectations in every way!! This thing looks better than it did the day it came off the lot - no joke. I do recommend the pinnacle package if you want to experience 'out of a showroom' feel. Totally worth the money I spent, would definitely go back to them. They are located at the basement of RIVERGATE TOWER GARAGE near the loading bay area. The security at the entrance can guide you to them.

I was/am tired of doing the machine car washes (Mister, Woody's, etc), and decided to take my 2012 Fisker Karma to these guys for the first time based on a recommendation. Even though I only went with the "Splash and Dash" package (simple exterior wash), I was blown away!! After this experience, I'll gladly take BOTH of my cars to them once a month!
