What a wonderful experience! I did not wash my car for 8 months and when I finally saw that this place was open, I thought what a test this will be. Well they passed the test. My tires, rims, trim, door panels, bug guts that dried hard all summer and and whatever else caked on was now off. Now snow has fallen and salt was laid out on the highways since the first wash (went for the high-end wash) and to my surprise it still looks great. Whatever after wash & wax they use is top of the line nothing is sticking to my vehicle. Very satisfied with this Auto spa!

I’ve ran my car through the automated car wash twice now and have been very pleased both times! I was greeted by friendly, helpful employees. I have download their app and prepaid for the second visit. Very convenient and easy. Wonderful service, great price!!! I won’t be using any other car wash!

The manager on site was very friendly and created us when we came to get our truck washed. Very nice and conversational man. True customer service was displayed. The staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We will be back and I highly recommend you give this car wash spa a try. I'm certain you will be a returning customer.

This new car wash is very nice. Vacuums are very strong and FREE! I have yet to notice anything untouched after I come out of the wash tunnel. Even the cheapest wash gets everything, and they also have an app with coupons. The best part is when you pull in, a worker comes out and greets you and assists you through the process. They have met my expectations here at AW Auto Spa. I highly recommend!

The water is so powerful it removed my license plate. I had to velcro it to my car after the wash ripped a screw out. This isn't a negative review. It's one of the few car washes that I know will give a good shine. Their vacuums actually work as well! My only complaint would be with the top of the line wash it advertises towel dried, but there's never any employee to actually towel dry.

Unfortunately I’ve had bad experiences at AW Auto Spa on both of my last two visits. The first was when the wash stopped about two thirds of the way thru. I finally had to drive out because no one noticed. I couldn’t go back thru without paying again to lift the gate so tried to call the office. No one answered so I left a detailed message about what happened and no one ever bothered to contact me. Then tonight I pulled in at 7:52 thinking I would sweep out my car real fast since I was already dirty from cutting the grass, and then return tomorrow morning to get it washed. A gentleman walked up and said “we’re closed ma’am…we close at 8:00”??? Ok now granted they were due to close in 8 minutes but it wasn’t 8:00 yet and would have only taken me about 5 minutes to vacuum my car. They were really a great car wash when they first opened but their customer service has gone way downhill. I’ll be going back to Maumee to get my car done from now on.

I’ve been twice and both times my Tahoe was still dirty on all sides. The shammy dry option seems like it just gets your car dirty at the end. $25 for a wash that leaves visible dirt and is still wet after you pay extra for a “shammy dry” is not something I’m coming back for. I’ll say the one kid that started my wash was friendly though.

Don't waste your money on the upgrade. Just do the basic. I paid more for the tire shine and they came out looking like I've been driving through the desert in July. I would call that a scam.

Friendly staff, but I have found of recent that the wash isn’t as good as it was even a few months ago. Seems like parts of the car wash are malfunctioning or they are out of certain products. I have a top level wash subscription and I am possibly canceling my membership

They have cut back on some of the extras like free dash wipe and prewashing, but still presoak and during the winter got all the ice from the wheel wells before sending through. Great little car wash all in all

I recently got an interior detail here and I couldn't be happier with the results! My car looks brand new, as if I just drove it off the lot. The attention to detail is impeccable. On top of that, the owner and employees are extremely nice, friendly and helpful, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this place!

Been here twice. Both times I have left there very disappointed. I paid for a tire shine and like other reviews, my tires didn't even get cleaned. My vehicle came out VERY dirty all down the one side. The car wash also pulled my door trim off on one side. When I spoke to a manager, they told me they could file an incident report and rewash my vehicle. I asked for my money back (which I got) and I made it very clear that I will not be back! Moral of the story, don't waste your money!

Stopped in here for the first time and was really pleased with the service. They offer a number of different washes with each one increasing in the amount of details that it hits (such as hot air blow dry, tire shine, hot wax, etc). If you're looking for the perfect gift for someone who wants to keep their vehicle clean, they offer unlimited wash packages starting at just $29 a month. They also offer car detailing which I did not do this time. Aside from that, there are car wash stalls if you prefer to wash your own. I was really pleased with how my vehicle looked after it was washed and felt the price was fair. The staff working was friendly and seemed like they enjoyed being there which is very nice. Will stop in again for more washes!

If you like a clean truck, look elsewhere! I've been here multiple times trying to support a local business but the truck will never come out of this business clean. For $17 wash, you would think your vehicle would be spotless.

I could cry right now! A day after buying my brand new car, I decided to run it through the car wash to keep the shine of a brand new car. After my car went through the wash I decided to get out and take a look. Upon first glance, I was in deep shock. My car was scratched and gouged. I would not recommend this place! Their machinery is too aggressive. Canceling my membership.
