I love this location, the manager is very friendly. I was able to switch a car in Arizona with no problem, and he made sure they had everything ready before me, my wife, and our infant even arrived at the airport to switch cars. They even had the same kind of vehicle waiting for us, same color and all, lol. Very nice Buck Lacrosse. The original one we had became due for an oil change, so it was nothing major, we just wanted to have one with no worries.

Rented beautiful car with AAA discount. Their computers were down when we picked it up and again when we returned 4 days later. When their computers were fixed and they were able to enter the info, they neglected to deduct the AAA discount and then couldn't fix it. I had to call Customer Service, but they fixed it right away, returning the overpayment to the account. We will use them again, just hope their computers are up and running.

The worse customer service ever. It is unbelievable, the company does not have backup when emergency occurs such as electricity going out or systems going down. Need better systems and procedures in place.

Yahya, the employee working, was so wonderful. He was extremely helpful, accommodating, and willing to support us however he could. Initially we went to drop a car off but because of Yahya’s help we ended up getting a different car and used it for the duration of our stay. Thank you Yahya!

Made a reservation for a one-way rental a couple of months ago. Got a call the day before the pickup time that they ran out of cars and that I'd need to call their corporate office to check nearby locations. Corporate found me absolutely nothing. As the old Seinfeld bit goes, they're good at taking reservations, not at actually holding them.

Do not rent from here. I called reservations to be picked up. The day of my reservation I was waiting to be picked up and I called the store and the gentleman told me they don't do shuttle service. So I told him I was on my way and I got there 5 minutes before they closed nobody was there. So i had to take a lyft the next morning. Then I get there later they don't have the vehicle that I wanted to rent and tried to give me another vehicle. We when to do a walk around on that vehicle And the license plate was missing. Then gave me another vehicle That was completely dirty. Then I was told I had to change my rate because of the vehicle that I was renting. I tried numerous times to call customer service to have the rate changed. Was on hold for over an hour numerous times never got ahold of customer service to adjust my rate. Never again.

Reserved a van a month in advance. I’m in San Diego county, and this was the closest location to me. Got a call the day before I needed it telling me they didn’t have one. Rather unsympathetic and unprofessionally I was told I was out of luck. Countless hours on the phone, had to pay more, and drive to Palm Springs to get a van. The initial rep told me he’d discount my total, but ‘couldn’t do it’ when the time came. The entire company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ll never deal with them again. I was cheated, and lied to. This was my first and last time being an Avis customer.

Honest and fair pricing. No gotcha's. Staff gets 5 stars. Have had all positive experiences. Highly recommend. Update: I have used this place to rent cars several times . Still a great staff . Have been given upgrades many times for free and not pressured to buy the insurance. Although I usually do with my one day rentals. And I wont mention any names but it Hertz to be charged for insurance the day you pick up the car. And again the day you drop it off by other Enterprising companies. I'm a satisfied customer.

This location is one of the worst locations to rent cars from; unfortunately the only one existing in Hemet. The hardly ever have vehicles available and always without exception give you the vehicles very dirty. Costumer service is really bad, they are not welcoming and the associates don’t pay attention with details when they hand the car to you. BEWARE about fuel levels. I have literally fill up the tank before returning vehicle every single time and they have told me that level is below to make me go back and put gas into a full tank. Ridiculous!!!!

This rental place has definitely made a change for the better. I've rented cars here before and they were always dirty inside, gas tank on E, and surprisingly I was never charged a deposit. This time around everything was so much different. It was more of a professional service, car was extremely clean, gas tank full, they were super quick with the paperwork, and I was charged a deposit. I'm glad to see they have changed for the better. I'm guessing it's under new management. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I will never rent from this agency ever again. They do not tell you important info that you need to know about keeping vehicle longer and their customer service is rude. Also the upgrade I received was very nice even if it was plain as plain can get. I paid more money for a vehicle here that had no extras like the vehicles at enterprise for cheaper. They couldn't even bother to clean the seats which were filthy with stains which I worked on getting stains out myself on front seat. No pride in vehicles they rent out.

I needed to rent a car while mine was being repaired. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and professional. The car was very nice. I had to extend my contract because the repair took longer than anticipated. It was easy to do over the phone. Thank you for making a stressful time easier. I would definitely rent here again.

The most affordable rental company you can choose for it's daily rates. The option of a $200 deposit hold if you use a credit card, instead of the traditional $300 hold on a debit card was the deciding factor for me.The rental was clean, my dissatisfaction was check out. I returned the vehicle 5 hours early without a thank you even though they were in desperate need of returning vehicles I wasn't asked if I had checked all compartments for my belongings so I forgot something in the center console. I was waiting there for 20 minutes for my ride & they could have let me know when I was there waiting. They didn't even call me & when I called I asked if they could hold it for 2 days because I was still w/out a car I was told no, only until the end of that same day return. Doesn't sound legal or ethical to me but I will choose them again because I am on a limited income I just won't be returning the vehicle early & will take more time checking out, I won't be rushed by them.

Drop off / return from a prior days rental in Los Angeles. Quick drop off and checkout. Nobody in line. As with all things Avis, take plenty of pictures to keep em honest. $52 1 day rental of a prius with 60k miles on it, originating from Los Angeles

The absolute best!!! I had to have major surgery and wanted my wife to have a smaller more nimble vehicle instead of our dually truck to drive. Reserved on line and at pick up told the gentleman that the end date might need to be extended. No problem at all. My wife came in a day before the scheduled return and added two days. The process couldn’t have been easier. If you need a car in the Hemet area this is the place to go. Full Marks!!!

Beware! This place is ran by a bunch of scammers! I brought in a vehicle from a different location, which had preexisting damage on the windshield. I handed the damage report to the employee there and he acted like it wasn’t anything important. He took it and said I am good to go. Then I received a letter from Avis saying I’m on the hook for a new windshield ($599) that I never broke! Turns out, they filed a report against me thinking I didn’t have proof because they took my copy of the incident report. Thankfully I was able to get it resolved, because I had a photo of it. But what a headache! Do not rent from these idiots. And if you do, get a damage report for any minor defects!
