Went to exchange the wrong car battery after waiting in line for 20 minutes. So called manager charged me a $22 core charge even though my receipt showed I brought an old battery in. He said it because it was a different store bs. He was just mad because he didn't want to help me carry the batteries to my car since I have a bad back. Find a different store!

I went into AutoZone looking for help with my car key battery which was completely dead and I was having difficulty opening it. I was very fortunate to have a salesperson named Gregory offer to help me. He was no at all annoyed at my request and was very patient and helpful. Also only charged me the price of the batteries.

It was even worse than my initial review. I attempted to bring in my old battery for the core charge. After waiting in line an unreasonable time, I got to a clerk, Angel, who has no idea about anything. While waiting for a simple refund, another fellow came in and came up and showed Angel a part he bought. Angel then disappeared for about five minutes and came back with another part. Then the phone rang, and Angel disappeared again. I waited for 10 minutes and finally just left. As far as I know, he may be gone forever, if not, he should be. Someone should tell your clerks that customers in the store come first, not someone on the phone checking to see if you have parts which they may or may not buy.

Last night and I really dont have time to put this out there but considering I have a business, in San Diego. I have my own business account and information micheal the manager said "because I don't know you i can use your account" I have my own account business seems Auto zone wants me to take business else where I buy many many parts for my business in sandiego and the day I come to buy a part im denied my account . Micheal you should really use your brain and really see where this is going. It seems I will start doing business with other stores, my shop is in sandiego and I will start using your competitors. I've use my account here before and ive never had an issue untill today. Again micheal really needs ether a demotion or just fired.he Loves to give an attitude to custome Its your loss autozne for hiring individuals like this and my shop will now use Napa O'Reilly's etc. Sounds like you dont want my business. Thanks all to micheal you are not even a good manager or have skills to talk to people. If I can give this place 0 or below I would and I will be letting your distract manager know about my situation. Such an inconvenience for me to be writing this but I hope they take this on an account.for hiring individuals like this.

I needed a key fob battery and I didn’t know what size I needed. They asked me if I knew the size and I told him I think I wrote it down somewhere but I’m not sure and he said OK as he waited and I had to look it up myself so I just left after that cause he was no help and he was just standing there.

Everyone there was helping customers. Briefly asked where mirror isle was. Replied 2nd to end on right. Found my mirror paid at self service kiosk. Quick and easy. Props to the staff and knowledge of the store. 👏

I had a really bad experience at Auto Zone . The lady manager was extremely rude, racist, and has no business being a manager and also used foul language. I will never go to such an unprofessional place again. Went to ORileys and had such a nice and pleasant experience. Auto Zone has definitely lost my business!!!! The manager needs to be FIRED !!

I would put 0 stars but not going to lie I have had good customer service before today, and just because I had the worst experience in our life’s with customer service today with manager Michael. He needs below 0 stars ! Walked in because we received the wrong stuff for our truck and just told him gave me the wrong items, he proceeded to tell us that he never makes mistakes, we just told him ok oil is open it’s ok we are here just to get the right ones, we will pay … he just kept on and on and on with same thing I never make mistakes if you wanted the right items you shouldn’t of jsent your wife and he was starting to raise his voice I said you know what we just going to get some else to help us, he told us with raised voice no one else is going to help you here , he started laughing and saying I probably make more money then you what do you carry? This kind of car ? I carry a bmw get out of here no one is going to help you ! He just kept going with the same thing I make more money than you ! Wow ! All I’m asking is check your cameras from today 9:20am and 9:50am may 20th and please check your schedule and talk to the gentleman employee that was also there , he’s the one that gave us his name and told us he was the manager. If he is honest man he will tell you the truth because I’m sure your manager michel will most likely lie

Stay away at all costs. At least at this location. Always a long wait time, never enough workers to help customers. 3 people left including myself due to waiting around whole other employees were filling orders in the back. Better service at other auto parts stores , shorter wait times , and nicer staff . I do have a AutoZone card and the reason for this 1 star is because this is begining to be a habit at this location.

Amber❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰 excellent customer service, the best that I've experienced in a while and l think she deserves a raise because of her experience and her patients that's why I love this location, not taking anything away from the other guys but Amber stands out every person in front of me in line that I saw her deal with (about 9 people) left the store satisfied and so did l, I am very impressed and she should be proud of herself. If she ever left Auto Zone l would hire her in a heartbeat so watch out Auto Zone you don't know what you've got until it's gone😉

I asked for help to find Trailer lugs and lug nuts, and the guys like "oh well I mean, we ha e them in yhe back, but I would have to go to the back and go through everything to be able to find the right ones..." so I just sent them politely, and said I would go somewhere for somebody would actually try to help me

Usually don’t do reviews. But this one is totally worth typing out my honest opinion on this AutoZone. I’m super grateful with an employee, his name is Donny. He was super patient with me, understood very well what I needed for my car. He didn’t care to get wet in this rainy weather but he offered to help me change my wipers. Super kind and cool guy to be honest. I also had a hard time finding tools to change my brakes pads and he found them in less than a minute. Offered myself to tip this employee and he refused. He told me, anything that would help me would be his pleasure. Thank you one more time Donny! You really made my day after a jobless week due to the rain. (Hope I’m not writing your name wrong lol)
