The Staff here is far and away the BEST representatives of ANY company I've ever encountered... I will be writing a letter to the Regional rep. Ordered online. Email said to bring photo id, email receipt and credit card used to purchase. They only asked for your name and what the product was. No greeting upon entering, employee seemed like didn't want to help. Quick and easy, got my product so can't complain. Pick up was ready in less than 30 minutes.

This place is so unprofessional, while I was here trying to buy oil for my car, i heard a bunch of yelling and cussing, one of the managers with a grey shirt was trying to fight one of the managers that’s pregnant from what I can pick up from the argument. Completely disturbing. I don’t recommend this place at all.

They only have like one guy in there that knows how to actually help customer's. He is very knowledgeable. Unless like the rest of them.There is usually long lines there. Even though they seem cheaper than advance auto I still hate the fact that you gotta wait so long for help. I usually send my honey in there to deal with them. 😂 He doesn't seem to mind and he has patience as I do not. I like to get in get out as quickly as possible.

Took 5 minutes to answer my call inquiring about break pads and then proceeded to put me on hold for 30 minutes, just ridiculous.. definitely don’t know what they are doing but it sure isn’t their job!

I came here to get my battery checked. The service was prompt and friendly. But I was told that my battery wasn’t the issue, it was most likely my alternator. I went to a mechanic to get the alternator checked and turns out my battery did need to get replaced. The staff at this AutoZone were completely wrong. Very frustrating.

Jeff at the Green Bay, E. Mason Street location was absolutely incredible and restored my faith that there are still great employees in the retail sectors. Not only did his knowledge assist me with my stressful headlamp issue, he was very hands on through the process, all with an amazing patient attitude, which put my mind at ease, and saved me money in the long run! Jeff, thank you. Your patients and kind nature was very healing to me. Even your co-worker was very kind through the whole process. I couldn't have asked for more. Definitely gained a long term customer!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Everyone at this store is SO unprofessional. One manager with a grey shirt & has no teeth is the worst of them, she kept cussing and yelling while I was shopping at the store to the other employees, she had a horrible attitude when she attended me, I don’t know why she still here, she seemed very comfortable talking like this at the store. 10/10 DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE AND WASTE YOURE MONEY unless you want to get treated like garbage.

They gave us the wrong filter more then once for my car then we had to drive all the way back to exchange it and then we had to pay more for the correct filter and then he didn't even give us back our correct receipt he gave us a new receipt with the extra money we had to pay so we don't even know what our total was. I am very displeased with this as I try to keep my receipts so I can acutely recode my spending and budget Correctly

Declan helped me out at AutoZone today and did an awesome job with changing the battery in my truck. He’s only been there a few weeks and found out he’s just a sophomore in high school but he really knows his way around a vehicle! Very impressed. He even pointed out another issue with one of my wires that I hadn’t noticed. Super helpful and respectful — this guy’s definitely going places.

I want to sincerely thank Jacob F. at the AutoZone on the East Side in Green Bay. His service was exceptional: he helped me with professionalism, patience, and kindness, resolving my issue with my truck lights. Jacob made sure everything was in order and truly made me feel valued. In contrast, at the West Side location, the young man was negligent. It was cold, and unfortunately, he told me, ‘I can’t help you.’ It’s important for the team to understand that such responses can drive customers away. Thanks to employees like Jacob, AutoZone stands out. I hope all teams follow his example!

Store manager, Jacob F. Places an order for me on January 28th. On January 30th that order, That I had already paid for, comes in. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but 10 days after it came in, 12 days after it was ordered I call and they tell me it’s in. I have ordered parts from AutoZone plenty of times in prior so when Jacob told me I should’ve received a text about delivery I was shocked, Especially since When I ordered the parts, I asked if I would be called and he said yes. Even if the circumstances are that parts that are ordered in will keep you posted on their status over text, I think a good store manager is smart enough to recognize when a part has been sitting on a shelf for almost 2 weeks. On top of that, I think a good store manager would be proactive about taking blame for Miscommunication or lacking communication from change. Another example of common sense, not being so common.
