Hi everyone I just have to get this review and this is a honest review today. I was driving on the freeway and I realize that the car was giving me this rumble feeling little shaky so I’ll just turned around and went home safely.. I thought about it what could be the problem and my answer was just call AutoZone so that’s what I did. This guy answered the phone named Zach and right from the start. He was very concerned and very polite and he also needed more information to solve the problem that I was having and my wife will be mad and unsafe if I didn’t get to the root of the problem which was a axle and this will solve everything for her and me and drive safe and Zach helped and it was only one available and he’s gonna hold that for me and I’ll make sure I go get it now But I appreciate all the kindness and all the care that I get from Fairfield alone because this is a caring community that I love being a part of thank you Google for letting me express myself

I hardly ever write reviews that are bad but today is an exception. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I stood in front of a locked cabinet for some time making sure I was in the correct area. There were three other people who started to stand near the same area. An associate came to assist us. He completely ignored me and stood directly in front of me with his back two inches from my phone I was holding. We barely had room between us to where I thought he was going to back up into me. He asked a man next to me if he needed help. I politely waited even though that guy didn't even know what he wanted yet. After he walked with the man away from the area after locking the cabinet back up, I said "excuse me?" No response. I know he heard me. Then the associate started organizing things behind the counter not once looking up to see about me or the other people standing there. So rude and just absolutely horrible behavior from that store person who I think should've at least said excuse me to prevent from being so close to me with his back almost touching me as if I was invisible. Never EVER have I been treated that way or seen others treated in such a gross manner.... Never going here again! FYI the gentleman across the street at O'Reilly's was the absolute best customer service person and well mannered and wouldn't give up on helping me until he found what I needed and had it waiting for me at the counter of a different location.... Had to pay a little bit more but I'd do it a thousand times over then to ever step foot in that AutoZone again!

I kinda have mixed feelings about this place. A little over two years ago I bought a new battery for my second car that I don’t drive too often. Battery was good for a while then it wasn’t holding a charge so after a year they replaced it. Well after the 2nd year it died again and unlucky for me I was a month past the warranty so they would not replace it. Soooo I bought a new one, a bunch of money later I got their “gold” battery with a 3 year warranty. The employee who helped me was nice so we shall see if this once doesn’t give me problems. Keeping fingers crossed.

The store is decent. On my last visit I waited in line for 15 minutes. When I finally made to the counter the sales clerk said this register only accepts card and no cash. I was purchasing a 6 dollar item from the ailes. I told him it's not worth the additional wait. I went across the street and purchased the same item at O Reillys. In and out in less than 5 minutes. O yeah, it was less expensive.

Great customer service. From the start to finish. I already went from one autozone to another because this store had the battery I needed for my vehicle. I arrived to this store and they had the battery set aside for me. The first employee I had made contact with and the store manager. They were both great on solutions for me. I know it was very busy at their store and all staff went all hands on deck. I appreciate the store manager letting me use their tools to replace my battery.

This Autoparts location was extremely helpful and efficient! I came in to replace a headlight and the Parts Manager Mauricio helped me find the part and replaced it for me. I know nothing about cars so he took the time to explain how I could do it myself and what to look for if one burns out again. Really appreciated the great customer service!
