I stopped by this location while it was pouring rain because my Bronco needed new windshield wipers. I hadn't bought any for this vehicle before and needed assistance with what size and type I needed to get. Tyler S. was a HUGE help in ensuring I had the correct product with my vehicle in mind. I know it is customary for them to be installed on site if you would like, but being as it was raining I did not expect this what so ever. Tyler S. insisted he install them, despite the pouring rain and me ensuring I could do it when I went home, and was such a huge help and blessing! Thank you to Tyler S. for the exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for the guest even in extreme weather circumstances.

My daughter and I were traveling through Ocala in a Dodge Ram. The truck developed a troubling noise and we stopped to ask for help at Auto Zone. Mike came out to check the brakes and listen to the noise. He was incredibly knowledgable and helped us make the right decision regarding our trip. In addition, he didn’t hurry us and we were able to ask all our questions. I highly recommend Auto Zone.

Will the Manager was awesome he helped me with replacing a blown out fuse for my cigarette lighter showing me that my car had an extra fuse so I did not have to purchase a new one. So I purchased a cabin and regular air filters from him as well as a new phone charger Cord for the replaced lighter. A+++++++ so nice and extremely helpful the way costumer service used to be. If you are in Ocala FL go to the 1717 pine AutoZone! Thank you Will you made my Day 🥰

The manager (troy) was very unprofessional treating clients with a very bad attitude and the other guy that was there treat the people like they don't want to be there working. Horrible stuff,manager that doesn't know how to talk to people and horrible service.

Great customer service from Michael. Went there for scooter lights. He helped me find the right ones and even took the time to put them in for me. I stopped at mopeds and more down the road they tried to rip me off saying 150 to check lights and relays and fuses. All it needed was new lights...thank you Michael for saving me money. These workers know how to treat customers. Honest and very helpful. Best place in town...

Never seen employees trying so hard not to work went in for two batteries we are a local dealer takes a week to set up a tax exemption and they wouldn’t change the batteries because they said it was to tall it’s a stock 2500 with slightly taller than oem tires maybe 3 inches over stock height I know it’s a free service but really! left went to Oreilly’s they had me in and out in 10 minutes no complaints about hight of the truck and all I needed was my tax form not a week waiting for an application in this economy you think they would be all in for customer service apparently Oreilly gets how that works but not Autozone at least this location might be the staff who knows even called in advance to going in told them the trucks hight and was told to bring my tax cert so someone is eager to please but she wasn’t at the counter when I arrived. I don’t usually have the time to review but this got under my skin. It’s not like they were busy I was the only one in the store at the time.

I want to thank Mr. Michael for his help. Some weeks back my alternator went out, he told me right away that he thought the alternator was bad. And he he was right! I purchased the alternator from here. He helped me Jump start my car a few times! He went above and beyond to help me out. Also he was out there on the heat helping me🙂. Thank you Mr. Michael. Super friendly and helpful staff - this just became my go-to stop for my automotive needs! I stopped in about 8am on a Monday morning in October 2025 to get new windshield wipers for my wife's car. I went to the wiper aisle but the book I used to rely on to confirm super size was not there. I rolled my eyes a bit and thought "Okay now I have to go talk to these guys and they're gonna try to sell me a new engine and warranty on a bag of M&Ms..." I walked up front and Will G. asked how he could help. He told me the correct size and then asked if I needed any wiper fluid while I was getting the wipers. At checkout, he noticed that I got a slightly different variation from what I needed, so he got the right one for me. Best of all, he asked if I wanted them installed and then walked out and replaced them and sent me on my way with a smile! Truly outstanding service by Will and the rest of the crew. I'll happily return to this store from now on.
