After driving all over town trying to get a battery and have it installed I was pretty frustrated and worried but everyone at the Riverview store was in good spirits and Ryan was immediately on it! Purchased rear wiper blade for 2013 Subaru Forester. Got home and the instructions were totally unhelpful, led me to believe I had the wrong part. Returned to store to return the wrong part and correct part. Aaron made sure part I had was correct, and then helped puzzle out how to get the part to fit. Great help from management! I was having a terrible time getting the refund for a bad battery. It appeared it wasn’t in the system for some reason. After getting help from a manager, William, we found the issue, fixed all the info, and I got the replacement completely free. To top it off, he even replaced my battery right then and there for me! He was extremely helpful. All of which was done in 30 minutes. Great service!

I had an excellent experience here the men were extremely helpful! Aaron the manager is super nice and helped me and gave me advice on my car as I was fixing my throttle body. Amazing staff as well all of them we so friendly. I wish I could have remembered the name of the other gentleman that helped me but I have a horrible memory. Amazing people and I’m glad I moved to parchment closer to this amazing store. Bless these people 🫶🏼

Shelly the Manager and Katie were a great help and relief to me on assisting me with getting a battery for my 2015 Buick Verano. Under normal circumstances she could not install but she made it happen for me, so thankful for going over and beyond to get me on my way. Katie was very understanding on my concerns, she recommended a battery that she personally has so I went with her suggestion. Thanks again Ladies!!! You definitely made my day.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ricky Bobby at this AutoZone is the real MVP. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, just pure expertise and great customer service. Yesterday was the first time I came to this AutoZone, and it will be the last. I bought a magnet and returned about two hours later wanting to return it because it was too big and I needed a smaller one. They refused to return it. It was strange. This is the first time something like this has happened. When I asked why I couldn't return it, they said, "This is a new system. If you open the item, you can't return it." Only here,!!!
