Had an appointment for a window tint. Stated would take an hour maybe hour and half. 2pm rolls around still NO call. Went down there to see the process as I had another appointment. The rude Older and younger cocky rude Boys at the front counter. They hadn't even touched it after sitting there for Two hours. Stated would be another 2 hours!! If you can't honor your appointment tines, maybe not overbooked. The two boys at the counter could care less. So unprofessional and sarcastic!! Will never do business!! Needless to say I didn't get my windows tinted. Complete waste of my time!

I just bought a new car dealership set up the appointment right infront of me he said all windows and the front they quoted him 99.00 with the discount He confirmed price again, I called them 3 different times before my appointment having to move it one of those times no one ever asked me anything except the last lady and I confirmed what I was getting done to see how long it would take and and made sure my discount was moved with my appointment change which she said it would be what I was quoted. I show up they inform me its going to be an extra 60.00. They were not friendly I left my car walked next door then called and told them don't touch my car I didn't appreciate how I was treated and the guy behind the counter when I went to grab keys was super unfriendly and snarky.I quested him about why I was quoted one price for my bf he was quoted400 and today they quotedme 350 so needless to say they are loosing both cars . That guy who handed me keys needs more training and better people skills I recorded it all too. heading to dealership now to tell them how shady those people are!

The salesman here will tell you anything to get the sale. I was told they could get me right in for service and the job would take less than two hours. Almost four hours later they gave me my truck back. If you have an appointment, maybe this place is great, but if you're a walk in, you better bring a lunch. Lot's of time there to Google their products and I can tell you confidently, this is not, "the house of bargains ". I recommend you shop elsewhere.

At this point, if I could give a negative rating I would. Purchased a topper for our Tundra, they installed it, when I got it home I noticed a 3-4 inch gouge on the side and then when I really looked it over there were also scuff marks and blemishes on the top. Took it back the next day to show them, they didn't have time to remove it that day so I made an appointment for them to take it off and resolve the issue. That has been 3 month ago, no communication. Called and left messages several times, no one called me back. I finally went in a week ago and talked directly to the owner, he still has no answers for me. Very poor customer service.

I had the worst experience here. The minute I walked in the door for my appointment the customers service was poor. The old man manning the desk was really harsh and did not have a clue what he was doing. I had two appointments to get two cars tinted, for only 112.50 per car. Sounded like a an awesome deal. When we finally got our truck back which was the first appointment, the tint looks horrible. Lots of bubbles. Oh they assure us they will go away, but I have seen tint too much, I already know we will be taking it back. The second car couldn’t even get done because the didn’t have a window template for it. I had this appointment for a week, and you didn’t check to make sure you could do the job? That was a big disappointment when they said they would call me weeks later if they can get the template. Then when they tried to refund the money on the job, the old man messed it up again, refunded all my money, and then they had to charge my card again for the proper amount. As all you know, money comes off your card just instantly, but it does not go right back on instantly, so these people ended up overdrawing my account. In the future I will just go to Mars, they might be more expensive but at least they know what they are doing.

I tried to give these guys a 2nd chance to fix my window tint! It was even worse the 2nd time and now half my rear defroster does not work! They took my car for a joy ride also and I have proof! On top of that when i picked up my car the side skirt on the passenger side was broken off and i had to go to dealer to get the clips to fix it! The customer service was very poor and unprofessional. I will never have a vehicle touched by these guys again!

I recently worked with Autotrim to put a new grill guard on the front of my truck. I worked with a guy named Brandon we discussed over the phone what grill guard I wanted, the quote, and when to bring my vehicle in. He wanted payment before I brought the truck down for the grill guard. So after payment was arranged and I brought the truck down I found out the grill guard wasn’t the one we agreed on over the phone, it was a different one with a wench attachment that I didn’t ask for. Now I come to find out from my Yellowstone bank app that I was charged $300 more than I was quoted over the phone. I called Autotrim and talked to Brandon and I explained my situation and how I believed I was over charged for a grill I didn’t ask for. I and now notified about a 3.5% interest for credit card uses I wasn’t made aware of before all of this. Overall this was truly an upsetting experience, I would not recommend this auto repair place to anyone. I believe I was cheated and I regret this whole ordeal because I didn’t take necessary steps to prevent this so I suffer the consequences. This place conned me and I won’t forget it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. They struggled to complete a simple task for me, and I can’t imagine relying on them for a major purchase or customer service. The manager was unprofessional and handled the situation poorly. The store itself looks unkempt, with an empty sales floor lacking accessories. They ordered a part from Ranch Hand, but when it turned out to be the wrong one, they shifted the blame instead of taking responsibility. Overall, not a professional operation. I’d recommend going to Northland Automotive or Mars instead.

They shouldn't be in the window tint game. Scratches all on the tint, bubbles everywhere that never completely went away. I don't have time to keep going back and fixing these issue. I'll take the L on this one. $700 for a very poor install. Plz save your Money, Go to Mars

Ordered the grill guard I needed for my Tacoma and they had it delivered and installed when they said it would be. With that said be sure and remove anything of value to you as when I returned home I noticed my console had been ransacked. Missing my Grandfather's deerskin pouch with old silver dollars and silver coins and his first gold nugget. A handmade red coral and hematite necklace along with a box of Hornady 9mm shell's. Never did I expect this.

If I could give this place zero stars, I certainly will. They advertised this huge "Upside down and payoff sales event"--it went on to say, "We need your trade and will do whatever it takes to get it"--apparently they didn't need my trade. I messaged back and forth with a rep who was working remotely. Went in for my appointment. The woman who waited on me-not sure of her name-was so disorganized and focused on other things, it was ridiculous. At one point, she literally stood up and said to me, "I'm going outside to call this other customer, be right back"--when she finally did come back, she went over to this guy's desk-maybe he was a manager? He had other customers at his desk and then started to talk to me-a desk away, in front of his customers, telling me that I should just refinance my car. Talk about being dismissive and rude. Such poor customer service, not to mention a violation of my privacy in front of that other customer. He was even rude at one point to his own customers. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Don't get me wrong-I understand the reasons they wouldn't do a trade with my vehicle, but still-everyone could use some customer service lessons there.

Terrible experience here. Came here on a Wednesday. Took the morning off of work for tint. 4 hours later with bubbles everywhere and the banner not sticking I wasn’t very pleased. 3 days, 12 hours in total and still have terrible looking windows and no banner. Banner was cut unevenly, not sticking to the windows. I called them and I talked to Mike. Mike told me “just whenever you’re in town again, bring it by and we can fix it for you at no cost”. Except it did cost me. I took ANOTHER day off of work for MIKE TO NOT EVEN BE THERE. He’s there Mondays-Thursday. So I plan for ANOTHER DAY FOR TINT. I get there at 9 am. I tell them abt the windows and the banner. They say “we will get this taken care of” 5 1/2 hours later, passenger window has bubbles at the bottom, in the middle, and the driver side window wasn’t touched at all. 5 1/2 hours for them to fix the one passenger window. STILL NO SUNSTRIP. I did get a refund for the terrible attempt on the banner. Thank god. 3 trips 180 miles round trip each trip. Not helpful. They Disregard everything you say to them. Water streaks all over the doors. The owner(me) had to clean everything up afterwards. Highly suggest going somewhere else for tint. Took them over 30 minutes to wipe the door down just to have it as dirty as it was when it came back to me after tint.

Recently bought a used car and brought it in for a detail. After paying more than I ever had for a detail job, I was returned a vehicle that still had dirt and gunk on the center console and carpet that when you scrape it with your finger, junk still comes out. It looks like a quick vacuum and whip down with a wet rag was all my vehicle recieved. Do not recommend.
