I had an amazing experience with this dealership. My salesman was Anthony and he treated me so so well. I was making my first big dealership purchase, he spent 5 whole hours with me making sure that I knew everything I needed and wanted to know. Never once pressured me to buy or said anything like "that color looks so good on you" 😂 He definitely went above and beyond. Even brought me snacks and suggested a nice restaurant for when I left. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming and fun to be around. If I ever had to buy another car I would go back to them 100%. I don't think I'll have to though because what I got is amazing!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our Crosstrek with Phebe. I reached out with minimal hope as I was seeking out a new 2025 Crosstrek and they appeared to be sold out across the city. Phebe followed up to advise they just added a listing that same day, and asked if I wanted to see it. Test drove the vehicle the next afternoon with Phebe, who was so knowledgable of all the features of the vehicle. It was a super easy decision to move forward, with no pressure or gimmicks on the sales side. So appreciate Phebe keeping an eye out and finding us the perfect vehicle!

Hunter was my salesman & helped me every step of the way as I returned my 2026 Forester After a couple of weeks. Hunter worked hard to find me a great car with low miles and very few of the electronic devices I do not like or want. There’s a lot of paperwork involved because of living in Montana. The whole dealership has been kind & understanding. We will muddle through all this together!!

It was very nice to have a loaner car, so that I didn't have any interruptions in my day to day life. They did a good job and for how big of a job my car was, they finished it very quickly. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that they now charge a 2% surcharge if you use a credit card. If I had known about this earlier I could have transferred enough money into my checking so that I could have used my debit card and not be charged this surcharge. I had quite a large bill as it was a big job, so the surcharge was a lot. Overall, I would definitely recommend Autonation Subaru, but just be prepared so you don't need to use a credit card.

I brought my car in for an oil change to then learn my battery needed replaced. Service was completed and I drove away only to get a few miles down the road to end up with my car refusing to stay running. I had to make several attempts to reach staff for help and a service rep did arrive but his training was limited and I had to return to the dealership hoping I would make it without additional problems. At this point I had spent 4 hours with Subaru instead of being able to do the errands I had planned. Once the service staff resolved the issue, I was sent on my way with a nice apology but no other acknowledgement of the time and inconvenience I experienced. I had expected better in the way of customer service. To be fair, the staff were nice and seemed to be a training issue.

9 out of 10 times I give this service department 5 stars. This time during check in, they were friendly and talked nicely about the condition of my car. I did drop off, car was done in 2 hours. It was washed, cost less than I anticipated and delivery to me in front. An enjoyable experience.

I had a great sales person, he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Was disappointed that my car had not been cleaned before I received it. I found gum wrappers and water bottles under the drivers seat, in the hatch area there was dog hair and muddy dog prints. I would have expected better treatment since this is the second car that I have purchased from Auto Nation.

Thank you to Taylor Kirby, who helped me patiently through the process of getting the engine in my car rebuilt. Him and the rest of the team, including the master technician Ethan, were very kind, helpful, and communicative. They are the most respectful shop I've dealt with in a long time! Their prices are reasonable, and they have a comfortable and clean lobby to wait in if you get an oil change or service.

I was recently put into a situation where I needed to buy a new vehicle. After a lot of research my husband and I found a car at Auto Nation Subaru. We inquired online and Amy called us right back. We set an appointment for the next morning. Amy was amazing! My husband had to go look at it and she let him bring it to our home for me to see it since I was working. They went back to the dealership made the deal exactly as we wanted and I brought the new car home!! It was literally the best car purchase experience I have ever had! ! Highly recommend Amy!!

Absolutely very displeased with this dealership. From lack of contact after repeated attempts to reach our sales guy Jack. We were going to buy a 26 outback wilderness, we are military and expect a business this large to perform with professionalism. Our credit is excellent, income excellent..and these guys couldn't put a deal together for the life of them. Empty promises and a complete cluster "f" from Matt to Mindy to the other people texting us with no resolve. We filled out a credit app..heard nothing back, day 3 we call 3 times leaving messages..no response. We get texts apologizing for missing our calls..I wonder by if these guys know how to dial a phone..call back. Next day we get a "text" you guys didn't fill out a credit app, so we are sending a link..mind you we got notified that they pulled our credit 3 days prior. Than they text again..wait..I did some digging, and than asks our name!!! Who are these guys?? We called Parker Subaru..ran our credit, and was approved in less than 20 min, paid $1000 deposit and secured the exact same outback, for $500 less and they are coming to the airport..that's service!!! Do yourself a favor and skip this dealership, call Parker Subaru. Update-the response at the bottom says they will follow up- NOT one phone call still. These guys are so unprofessional. I will never purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone.

They took great time to explain all of the details and answer my questions when purchasing my new car! AutoNation was about three hours away from me, but they made the whole process smooth and totally worth the drive. Josh helped me handle most of the details over the phone ahead of time, which saved me a ton of time and stress. When I arrived, Phebe finalized everything in person and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Hunter in finance walked me through all the paperwork clearly and efficiently. Huge shoutout to all three! :) Everyone was professional, friendly, and on point. They worked as a team and made what could’ve been a long, overwhelming day actually easy. Highly recommend!

My husband and I bought a Forester Touring SUV on 1/24/26 with AutoNation Subaru in Spokane Valley. The car was for me and I love my new car, especially all the safety items the car has. The 360 degree cameras are awesome! We had AMAZING customers service from everyone and also got a great price. Thank you to Tyler, John, Hunter. They all stayed late that day, ensuring everything got done. A few days after driving the car, we met with James thru their Love Encore program. James went through how everything on the car works and in words we understood. He also made in fun. What an amazing program, we have never had that done before on any car we have bought from other dealers. Best dealership we have ever dealt with. If I left anyone out that helped us, I apologize. Very knowledgeable staff and not afraid to tell you the truth without sugar coating it. I brought my car in for a brake failure diagnosis thinking it would be an easy fix. Turns out, all the lines are rusted and beginning to break. They helped me AAA my car back home so I could figure out what to do with it rather than pushing me to fix it then and there. I know that sounds weird but I really appreciated not being pushed into an expensive repair. If leasing becomes an option I’ll stop by and explore options, that new electric Subaru looks awesome!

My car blew its transmission on the highway litterally Two months before it was out of warranty, I brought it to AutoNation Subaru Spokane, and was given a loaner for almost 3 months. There was zero issue getting any of the work approved and it was such an easy proces. Jacob and Dan stayed within contact with me throughout the entire process of getting the car fixed I had zero issues with it being a warranty job and the car drives better than what it did when I bought it incredibly smooth very much so earned a customer and a future car buyer with your dealership.

I recently bought my first new car ever and can’t say enough good things about this place! I was at another dealership before I came in and the sales person was dismissive and not showing me anything I said I was interested in. My sales person at Subaru, Keith, nailed it on the first try! I had an exceptional experience with AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley. I emailed with Joshua Ankeny for months before even going in to the showroom. He was never pushy or overbearing. Once I was finally able to go into the showroom Joshua was off that day Steve took us out on a test drive I had my eyes on. Crosstrek the entire time. After driving it, it just wasn't what I wanted I was going to go a whole different route Make and Model different dealership. But after weighing all of my options I decided on the Outback Wilderness they had the exact one on the lot that I wanted. By the time I got there for it, it had sold. I was very very disappointed. They tracked one down that they could get to me so I went and started paperwork Of course by the time that was over that vehicle had already sold as well....Joshua tracked down another and had it onsite for me to pick up the following day. They are very thorough and have stayed in communication with me since my purchase to make sure I am adjusting well to the new vehicle. I absolutely recommend them.

My wife and I stopped in Subaru to speak with Josh the gm about my friends 60k service invoice. Josh showed us the signed list including highest service package and additional add ons. Service rendered no refunds. My take away if you have service with this company. Ask for base service and decline the rest. I'm extremely happy with my Idaho ram service and very glad they don't operate like this. Dealers like this make you want to take a shower after working with them. A friend of mine had her 60k service done recently. They charged her almost 4k. This place is like a bad dream. I asked my service team what a 60k service would cost for my 1500 ram. 800 to 1k. Absolute worst case 1200. I asked my team to review the work order. You will see their cost along side what was charged. Everywhere you see sdc.. It's an upcharge that is unnecessary for a 60k service. My suggestion. Shop around for better price. My friend will probably take this to Help me Hailey. Just tried to call the number provided to speak with the gm. Just led me in a phone tree loop. Useless

We were directed to this dealership through the Costco Auto Program. We were assisted by Phebe who we really liked. She was very patient and easy to deal with. We test drove an Outback and a Forester. We never picked up any pressure or sales gimmicks from anyone. We had planned to visit two other Subaru dealerships that day but felt so comfortable with the experience here that we decided to purchase a new Forester on the lot without looking further. Having already done a lot of online research I felt the offer on the table was in the ballpark of what I had planned to spend for this vehicle. We had a little back and forth over some options I didn't need but that was quickly and easily handled. We love our new Forester and are very satisfied with our transaction. If in the market for a new Subaru in the future we would definitely go back to this dealership without hesitation. I would like to add that James, one of the sales people, spent over an hour helping us become familiar with all of the features on our new car. I have also received a couple of followup texts from Phebe making sure we are happy with our new car and asking if we have any questions. They work hard to provide great customer service.
