Cant talk to anyone, only the service righter who wont talk about anything more than upselling you something and not listening to your needs... the detail building itself isnt for customers... good luck talking to someone who does he real work there

They did a great job detailing my car. Buffed out scratches, cleaned the dirt away, got the coffee stain off the seat. Looked and smelled great...until a day later. The upholstery hadn't completely dried when I picked it up and it began to stink. Thankfully it's been freezing outside and the smell has gone away.

On Tuesday, May 7, I dropped my car off for a detail. My car was pretty gnarly, so I expected it to not be perfect. When the service advisor stated, "I was told to make sure that you knew that your car would not be perfect since it's a 2014," the gaslighting started. I fully expected there to be a few stains that did not come out. What I did not expect were parts of my car not being touched. I was very disappointed, as this was a Mother’s Day treat to myself. I made another appointment today, Friday, May 10, to make the necessary corrections. Upon initial inspection, everything appears to be in order, but upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that they even missed parts the second time. It is unfortunate that I had such high expectations for a name-brand service at a reasonable price. But I suppose that with a reasonable price, "you get what you pay for." I included the original AFTER detail photos and then the photo from the correction.

I have a 2024 Porsche Cayenne that I took in for detailing. The car looked amazing when I picked it up! I almost didn’t recognize it. In fact, it looked so great, the latte stand I go to asked me if I bought a new car! The car looked newer on the inside and better on the outside than when I bought it new. Autonation Detailing did a fantastic job. I will definitely be going back!
