Vaccumed smashed window entirely for free. Car window was smashed the night before, which happens frequently around the location. Found Autobell nearby the hotel we were staying at and stopped by. They had amazing customer service and opened friendly conversation throughout service.

I got the most expensive package and specifically asked if they did the cup holder etc and I was told they do. When I got in my car they had not done them nor did they spend much time wiping it down. They didn’t clean my mats either. I put my tip on the credit card and wish I could take it back. Terrible service.

The absolute worst…even one of the guys cleaning car said it looked bad when I asked for his opinion. I thought I had found a place to keep my vehicle clean, but I thought wrong. Might as well have thrown that $50 out the window.

The interior doesn’t even look like they did anything to it. Finger prints all over the screens, dirt left in places where they just didn’t vacuum. Back seat wasn’t touched at all. I paid for armor all for the whole interior and they only did the doors. Would not recommend to anyone. I paid 40$ for their top in and out wash so this is just a rip off.

Slow getting cars in wash. Wash stopped twice while I was inside. Person running system seemed new. Had to ask for help several times. The dryer does not dry the car well. Still very wet compared to other Autobell locations. When you get done with the wash the way the business is situated you have to wait in line again behind cars that are waiting to be washed just so you can exit. Ugh

Not happy about this car wash. Bird poo still on outside of car, inside half cleaned at best. Carpets and seats half vacuumed, dash board literally half wiped down. You can see where the wiping stops and dust/pollen begins not to mention dead bee still in crevice. Didnt clean inside of door panels or wipe down handles, center console left nasty. This is the worst experience ever. Attaching pictures to show you. Wasted money.

I've been going here every time I come to town for 5 years. I've always loved Autobell. Usually, I just do the quick wash and interior wipe down and it's wonderful! This time, I paid $43 and some change for the full shibang (including all 4 mats, only 2 of which are rubber) since I was expecting an important client to town and I was left very disappointed. I was surprised when they came to tell me my car was done after only 15 minutes! The interior was so quickly done that crumbs were everywhere still, the dash was wiped so quickly that there are streak marks and soaked dust bunnies around the buttons. Spots are left. The back seat doesn't even seem vacuumed - the trunk definitely wasn't touched, though I'm not sure they offer that anyway. I'll just have to go pay a few dollars more to hand vacuum it. I also was surpised that I couldn't find the fragrance paper (though let's say it's my fault for not double checking when I purchased). I just thought Autobell was better than this. I would have mentioned my disappointment while I was there, but they've always done such a great job that I just hopped in and went to finish my errands! Autobell really should work to provide better quality - I was prepared to wait, and I'm sure anyone looking for quality service would be happy to as well. I'm not sure I'll be coming here for washes any longer.

I asked for a basic exterior and interior wash, which should have been $27.99. The person never gave me a total and just asked for my card. While I was going through the wash I looked and the receipt and I was charged for a rain package which is their most expensive package at $39.99. And then to top it all off they didn't even do a good job cleaning it! So not only was I overcharged, but then they did a terrible job. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This place always impresses! Quick, professional, and always does a great job. People can tell when I Auto Bell. The chef’s kiss is that my mirrors always get knocked off of alignment going through and the staff always make sure I’m right before I leave

I’ve been going to the Auto Bell in Huntersville for a little over a month now, with seven vehicles on their unlimited plan, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The cleaning attendants lack attention to detail and don’t seem to understand what it means to actually clean a vehicle. Instead of removing dirt or debris, they simply wipe everything down with towels, leaving streaks, dust, and grime behind. On multiple occasions, I’ve found cups, trash, and other items left under the seats after the “cleaning.” It’s clear that quality control and customer satisfaction are not priorities at this location. If you’re looking for a place in Huntersville where you don’t have to clean your car yourself, this location can get your car to a roughly clean level—but be prepared to check everything before you leave. You’ll likely need to follow up with the attendants about specific areas that were missed, and unfortunately, you may encounter attitude or defensiveness when pointing things out. For the price and the commitment level of the unlimited plan, the service should be far more thorough and professional. Management should seriously consider retraining the staff and improving oversight. Until that happens, I can’t recommend the Huntersville Auto Bell to anyone who expects consistent, quality car care.

9/1/25. I arrived 6:15 at night. I made the mistake of adding tip before wash since I didn’t have cash. Guy who greeted me was kind and considerate. It was the clean up job inside the car that left me baffled. They vacuumed maybe half of car. They did NOT wipe dash board or middle console but there was this blue spray left over for me to clean up? Thanks!! I ended up asking them if they vacuumed and they looked at me like I had 4 heads. No efforts to rectify anything. Picture shows how one half for sure wasn’t touched. For the 30+ dollar price I won’t waste my time here again.

They never wipe the wheels down and always leave streaks on the windows. The manager is never wrong either. My truck jumped off of the track because they put the roller on the front wheel instead of the back. He tried to blame me and said "I saw you hit the breaks" when I brought it up to him, knowing he saw my truck jumped aggressively and then I hit the breaks because I didn't want their equipment to damage my truck.

Sam’s Express was packed -so I tried Autobell Car Wash. $34 dollars later-$23 for exterior and $10 tip. 8 people standing around and 2 guys working. (Good kids, just not trained ). One guy wiped car and the others just stood around. Management - Please teach your people about team work. One person can’t really go over the car fast enough to ensure for quality. Cars should be all hands on deck for wipe downs. This is an easy fix to add structure to this part of the operation and improve results. The wash was worse than Sam’s, in my opinion, as at least they scrub down the front before entering wash bay.

This is one of the worst Autobell locations I’ve been to recently. I paid $39.99 for the top interior/exterior wash and left with my interior still dirty and my back row of seats left untouched. It also didn’t make any sense to me that the newer Lexus sedan, that was ahead of me and was being cleaned well before my SUV, was still being meticulously vacuumed and cleaned well after my vehicle was turned over to me. I literally had to back out of the line so that I could exit. It feels like newer vehicles, including the Bentley SUV that pulled in after me, get the best quality cleaning and older vehicles don’t get that same level of attention. My SUV was done being cleaned in like 6-7 mins. This was a waste of my time and my money. I would have left a really big tip to the crew who cleaned my vehicle had they done a better job. I don’t recommend this location whatsoever. Really disappointing as a resident of Huntersville. (I just added a few pictures of my interior but a have more I’m happy to share if needed). 6/29 Update: I reached out to Autobell per their request on this posting. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t heard back from them. From my view, seems like their replies to the poor reviews are for show.

These reviews are unfortunately true. This is one of the worst locations. I went last week and they shine half of my tires. I went today and my car is honestly worse than it was before I went here. My entire car has a nasty film all over it from the towels they use to dry the cars off. It looks awful and now I’m going to have to go somewhere else and get it washed again. It’s more of a frustration of time lost and time I’m going to lose again having to get my car cleaned again.

Just spent $40 ( including a $5 tip) on a car wash that I would’ve been better off doing at home. The windows are still streaked and dirty in places. They didn’t wipe the back or front of the car down. It was still wet and dirty. The tire gloss was almost non existent. They didn’t even wipe the door jams. Now I know why it only took them less than five minutes to finish the car I 100% should get my money back for this.

I have given this place several opportunities to do better, but they continue to fail. Every time I have gone, I have to ask them to actually do or redo something that is part of the service I have paid for. I am leaving there once again, noticing that my dash was not wiped down after asking them to re-clean my windows, and it barely looks like my car was vacuumed.
