Process was fast but quality was subpar. Not a fan of purchasing tip vouchers prior to svc that expire. Forced to give tips regardless if it was a good job or not. I did not have anyone available to wipe my car down after the wash. Waited over 5 min then left. My suggestion would be to terminate tip vouchers from expiring.

This is simple but appreciated. When leaving the wash bay, after a ride through only wash, one of the detailers flipped my passenger side mirror back out for me. Thanks!

Horrific service!!! Poor leadership. Buyer beware. AVOID at all cost. I visited this location today and paid almost $35 for a poorly washed and cleaned vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the manager and managing partner”Tim” who did absolutely nothing and allowed this type of service. I have been in the service industry for 35 years and can’t imagine treating a paying customer this way. I just wanted my vehicle cleaned as they advertised. The cleaning helper told me the vacuum was broke, they did not wipe door or dash. They did not provide scent I paid almost $5 for. So poor see pics

Gave this place a try because I was in a hurry and needed my car to be cleaned. It was very quick and the staff is polite but the job is not great. It is nice that they have a seating area, and it looks clean. I paid about $24 for their cheapest interior/exterior service. I wasn’t expecting like a detail cleaning service at this price but at least dusting and cleaning of the dashboard.

PSA. I’ve been going to Autobell for YEARS and have an unlimited plan on both cars. (It’s pricey). I was there over the weekend and I asked the guy to vacuum between the two front seats. He looked at me and said well, that’s a $15 up charge. I said you’ve got to be kidding me. Of course I declined. I went home and got the other car and went back just to see if a different person would tell me something different. It was the same story, $15 up charge to put a tool on the vacuum to clean between the two front seats. I called their home office on Saturday. They told me someone would call me on Monday. Of course they did not. I called again today and got someone and she verified that it is a $15 up charge to vacuum between the two front seats. I think this is outrageous! Am I alone in this? #autobell

I should have read the reviews before I came. I spent $29 on my service, paid extra to get the tires done. Barely had time to go inside and they said the vehicle was done. I even saved them time by telling them I didn't want them to towel dry the car, so you couldn't do more to make the parts that you did do correct? Very very disappointed.

Sooo, I have visited this location a few times before in my own vehicle and randomly decided to bring my son’s car for a wash. I was struggling with putting the win neutral. The team was so kind and helpful. The inside cleaning is not great but the exterior is wonderful.

Today was a busy day at AutoBell. I am an On Line ride through customer. This system is great. However today was busy, they were moving cars through the car wash, what seemed to be faster than usual. My pick up was not clean nor did the drier even have time to dry the truck. This not normal, today was less than satisfactory.

From a quick review, my car looks great. However, they failed to dry the inside of the car doors and failed to wipe the rocker panels clean. I showed the attendant what I meant and asked him to clean those. He wiped the inside of one door, but did not wipe the bottom of the door where it closes, which remains wet on Teslas unless you dry it. I asked him to do the rocker panels and he did 1/2 of one on one side and did not do the other one at all. That is not what I call a full service wash. The picture below is the towel that I used to complete the job when I got home. It is easy to see how dirty it remained.

Car wash was definitely of fast-forward so the car wasn’t close to dry, I get it, it was busy. More importantly 3 washers walked by my car without removing the blue tape from gas tank door, nothing new there, happens all the time. Unfortunately I just had hip surgery last week, so I had to get out of my car did it myself and slipped going back to the driver side but didn’t fall, however I definitely hurt myself trying not to fall, as that would have landed me in the hospital. Do better guys.

*Update* I paid $15 extra to their full service for extra vacuuming and they were done in 5 minutes and my car had dirt and food it in still from my kids. I keep trying this place hoping it gets better but it doesn’t. I ask for the most extensive interior service every time no matter what the cost. Here’s the result.

I went to AutoBell today and paid for the Super Polyprocess Wash. When I got my car back, it was not clean – there was still visible dirt and dust. I asked them to wash it again, and they did, but even after the second wash the car still wasn’t properly cleaned. On top of that, they didn’t put any fragrance in the car, even though that’s supposed to be part of the service. Overall, I left disappointed. For a premium wash like this, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I don’t feel that I received the level of service that was advertised.

My car has never looked this good! Jad was my detailer and he spent about half an hour with my car. He thoroughly dried the outside, vacuumed the inside, cleaned the mats, cup holders, and windows very well! The tire shine was the cherry on top. A very reasonable car wash with a great detailing job. I will be back!

I’m an exterior only plan customer. With and salt I decided to get a full service to have the interior cleaned as well as the mats. The cost was more than monthly fee which I was fine paying for. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the job. My windshield on the inside was all streaky like as if a dirty towel was used and no cleaner. There was still salt stains on the floor board - which I had ask the attendant to please remove. The vacuum job was not the best. I will still keep my mostly exterior service but will never upgrade again, it was a waste of money.

Terrible service, terrible company. Paid for detailing the inside of my car - ha - take a look at attached picture. They don’t give a crap, just teenagers without any supervision or care. Gave them a 2nd chance at a different location because they’re like the only game in town, that was a mistake. Try to go elsewhere if you can, trust me.

$32 car wash and $10 tip. Definitely not worth it outside was ok but the job they did on the interior was horrible. Windows are worse than when I brought it in. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Please don’t waste your time and money. The service here is awful. I paid the highest service they have PLUS paid an extra fee to get my hard rubber weather mats (front and rear) removed/washed/scrubbed. Not only did they not remove the mats, they also didn’t vacuum the mats themselves nor underneath the mats. The mats were wet like they had been wiped but there were still leaves on and underneath them all. My windshield had wipe stains all over it so I could barely see. I had to go home and figure out how to clean/vacuum my own car after having spent $60. I called corporate, they apologized and said “go back with your receipt and they’ll do a free wash for you”. Why would I go back to a place that didn’t clean my car at all in the first place? Never going back there. Or any autobell for that matter. Currently looking for local businesses that have good reviews. There’s a reason why all autobells have lower than 4.0 stars, trust me.

They did nothing for the cleanliness of the interior. I always tip in card and cash letting the team know that I have a large Great Dane and slobber and drool wasn’t cleaned at all for the top of the line wash this is unacceptable

I purchased the interior and exterior clean and added the premium Matt front and rear along with the master auto vac to clean spaces underneath and in between chair and cupholders. The total was 66.49 and I gave a 15% cash tip. The inside windshield was partially cleaned. The space between the car and the cup holder was not vacuumed. The cup holder had sticky coffee spilled which is why I brought it in for cleaning was still sticky. The dashboard is still dusty.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This review is for services received on December 1st. Delayed due to coordinating documentation, investigation completion and busy schedule at home. While traveling out of town, I decided to try Auto Bell and purchased their holiday special, which included three inside/outside washes. For our first visit, I upgraded to their top-tier "super polyprocess" wash. Between the package and a generous tip, I spent nearly $150, expecting a premium service before our long drive home. The wash itself was about a 3 out 5 with visible debris in the back that wasn't vacuumed. I didn't bother taking pictures because the car was clean for the most part. However, about three hours into our return trip, I was horrified to discover that one of the interior screens in my car had been scratched. I called the corporate office to report the damage. The manager at the location called me back about 30 minutes later, and I explained the situation. He somewhat understood, but was told that because we had already left and couldn't provide definitive proof that his staff caused the damage, Auto Bell would not take likely cover the repair. I was able to work with a location up were I live to get pictures taken and official documentation. After it was determined Auto Bell would not cover the damage, I explained that I no longer trusted them with my vehicle and asked if I could simply get a partial refund for the two remaining, unused washes from my holiday package, since would not be returning to any of their locations. The manager flatly refused. His reasoning was that it was not company policy to provide refunds and since he didn't believe his team damaged my screen, he had no reason to refund any part of my purchase. I am now out $150, have a damaged screen, and two worthless car wash coupons to a place I will never visit again. The complete lack of customer service is appalling, especially when dealing with a customer who isn't local. Save your money and protect your vehicle—go somewhere else.
