The biggest scam. The quality of service was horrible. Went for full service car wash and detailing. Paid $45 for my car to resemble a $15 car wash. They told me that it was $45 for there best service. I could have paid $25 dollars less and did it myself. It would have looked 100 times better than what they did. Please don’t waist your time at this place and do yourself a favor and avoid this company all together. After paying almost $50 dollars I had to go home and finish detailing it myself. Not to mention whatever products they used left my car oily and hard to buff out.

What an awesome experience! There's always something special about driving through a car wash. The rainbow colored foam hitting the windshield is mesmerizing. Best part about this car wash was the hand cleaned interior service afterwards. You can either do just the exterior drive thru option, or you can pay a few bucks extra for exterior and interior. I got the full package and I am completely satisfied! There were two young men who worked on my car and gave it great attention! Best part was it didnt take long at all! Thank you guys very much for your attention to detail. Highly recommended!

First time at this Autobell and the service was great, the wait was minute and the various pricing options allowed me to choose a simple ride through all the way up to an affordable detailing option. I chose the Manager's special that cleaned the inside and out, as well as shine up the wheels and a coating of rain-x. Sure brought the shine back into my dust covered and pollen-laden car. It took less than 20 minutes to bring my car up to a shine and the staff was extremely courteous.

Went to AutoBell today and while usually the service is great. Today was subpar mid. The people are polite but I didn't go there for polite. I paid to get my truck cleaned and I was not pleased. After pointing out at least 4 things, the guys stayed but the girl walked off. They were both new, never seen them before but unless your vision is impaired there was absolutely no reason that poor quality. These pictures are AFTER he vacuumed a second time....so it was worse 😞😞. They clearly just ignored the 3rd row...The outside pics are not clear because the sun is shining so bright but if my hand can wipe it off, your towel should have been able to wipe it off. F for Effort today. If I wasn't headed out of town this would have been escalated.

I’ve had my car washed at the Rock Hill, SC Atlanta, Ga Charlotte NC locations and no matter which package I selected my Vehicle was not really cleaned well. They hire friendly young folks that do not really care to work.

I recently purchased the premium wash service, which was supposed to include both exterior and interior cleaning. While the staff was polite, I found the overall service to be below expectations. The interior cleaning was not as thorough as I had hoped, some areas were left untouched, and the finish didn’t reflect the premium price. For the cost, I expected more attention to detail and a higher-quality result. Never coming here again 😪 😒

This is the second time that I tried your services both times with your premium package. So disappointed that it was a half done job on the interior with me having to point out crumbs and dirt on the leather seats and cup pockets that were so obvious! My girlfriend bragged on your other location so I decided to try the one code to me! I realize it not a detailing reality but it should at least look like an attempt was made to do more than vacuum the carpet!

Austin did an outstanding job on my car. He did excellent with the vacuuming and paid great attention to detail, especially in the cupholders. My car looked almost brand new. I definitely recommend having Austin take care of your vehicle if possible.

FIRE the entire staff and owner! They are very friendly but the service is poor! If I could give a 0 star I would! They don’t do a good job apparently they are not trained! They do more talking than what they should be doing! I paid for the full service and mind as well see I drove through a car wash only! The inside looked like it had never been touched and yet they want you to give a damn tip! Extremely dissatisfied after multiple times of trying their service! DO NOT COME HERE!

They didn't wipe down the interior properly the And it wasn't just my car that wasn't clean properly It was also a lady that was ahead of me who had to come back because they didn't clean her car properly It's safe to say I'll never be back to this autobell again

This Autobell location is truly one of the best places to get your car thoroughly cleaned. The service is consistently excellent every time I visit. Today, Xavier and Isaac took care of my car, and they did an outstanding job. They were attentive, detailed, and professional. They made sure everything looked perfect before I left. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. This location has a great team, and Xavier and Isaac definitely deserve recognition for the quality service they provide!

This was my first visit to Autobell, and unfortunately it will likely be my last. While my vehicle was going through the automatic car wash, a pressure sensor on my front driver-side tire was damaged and sheared off, causing the tire to go completely flat. An attendant brought the issue to my attention afterward. When I asked whether they had an air pump available, I was told they did not, which I found surprising for a car wash facility. Fortunately, there was an AutoZone nearby where I was able to get assistance. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of concern shown and the absence of any offer to help resolve the situation. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I went to Autobell Car Wash and paid $42 for their service, but I’m very disappointed. I pointed out multiple times (at least 3–4 times) that there were still dust and dirt spots visible on my vehicle, but the employees didn’t wash it properly. Even after they cleaned it, you can still clearly see areas they missed (see photo). For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this experience only deserves 1 star. I do not recommend.
