I came to this auto bell Friday with high expectations considering I paid $37 for service AND tipped both of the guys that worked on my car. By my surprise, when I leave I notice many areas not cleaned. Tons of crumbs still left on the driver side and door as well as my center console. I even had tire polish with my service and the tires looked untouched. The following day I go back to express my frustration, they redo it. It literally looked like they did not touch one thing. At that point I just left because I shouldn’t have to for a 3rd time show where the problem is. This was my 2nd experience at an auto bell and 1st experience was just as bad so I wanted to give them another shot. NEVER AGAIN.

Not the best place to get your car washed by a country mile. In fact, avoid all Autobell Car Wash locations. Even their corporate office doesn't care about your experience and doesn't respond to complaints levied. Stay away for your own sanity, I tell you. My experience: Got there on Saturday evening (5 or so pm) Kid cleans my car...must have been 16 or so but for sure below 18. When he is done, I point out to him the car isn't clean in the interior. If there is spilled soda on the cup holder, how come you cleaned the car and didn't see that? Before driving here, I was eating candy. The wrapper was in the cup holder and after they 'washed' the car and vacuumed, the wrapper remained untouched. How is that possible? Needless to say, I pointed this out to the corporate team and sent them these pictures and they haven't even acknowledged my message. You shouldn't get this type of service esp when paying $34+ for a single car wash. Obviously, there was no manager on duty when I asked. Torrid! I tell you...Torrid experience.

Ordinarily, this location has superb customer service. Today as the attendant returned my keys, I pointed our areas that were missed. The attendant saw none of the apparent areas such as the Kirkpatrick still with mud, the all weather mats still dirty with mud, no armor all on tire or interior which I selected, and door jams still still dirty. Each time I pointed out a deficiency, he seemed to get irritated. Rather than me escalating because I did not have the time to go over the remainder of the deficiencies, I left and detailed my vehicle myself. I will not be returning to this location. As you can see, these are the areas he went over and they still look the same.

Car Wash was great. Not a big fan of the no cash policy. I think it hurts the guys working on the car when you don't have the exact change.

Did a TERRIBLE job vacuuming my car. Literally cup holders and floors were still obviously filthy. When confronted about the issues the young man proceeded to get Defensive asking my husband “ what are you trying to prove”. He had a terrible attitude we will never return to this location. I appreciated you guys for hiring young men but please train them on how to actually take pride in their work and how to interact with customers better.

If I ever have to drive thru a car wash, I choose Autobell. I think they do a good job with the wipe down once the car comes out the wash.

Pay the most expensive car wash to end up asking the guys that work there to give me a wash cloth to wipe the dirt they missed in the doors. Disappointed. Find a better place.

My car was not clean doors were still dirty did not clean inside cup holders and also damaged the sides of my doors SMH 🗣️ I always get my car cleaned at auto bell. Definitely disappointed at this location.

Checked my car after going through their wash, and spotted multiple chips in my paint that were not there before. I typically never use a drive though car wash, and this experience reminded me why.

Got the best package on the menu and the interior looked like it hadn’t been touched. The exterior (including wheels and tires) were awesome! I have a dog and there were still little dirt paw prints inside. I had also spilt a drink in my cup holder the day before. I cleaned it myself, but there was some residue left. I assumed it would be washed out after the car wash, but it was the same. I went home and spent maybe 15 min with a rag and gentle dish soap and was able to get everything cleaned up so it wasn’t like anything was “impossible” to clean. Good for exterior - don’t recommend for a thorough interior clean.

I wish I knew Kevin’s schedule because I’d only come when he’s working! 😂🙌🏼 I stopped in today for a simple wash and basic interior vacuum ($30 total), and Kevin and his team went above and beyond!! He asked if there were any areas that needed extra attention, so I mentioned a spot on my seat and some sand from a weekend in Wilmington. When I picked up my car, it was absolutely spotless - truly the best cleaning I’ve ever had here, and this is my usual spot because its so convenient near my apartment.

5606 Park rd- I have lived in Charlotte for 3 years now and work in Charleston, SC. This review is for the Park rd location in South Park. It is clear that the employees at this location do not care about the car they are “wiping up” because they don’t wash it by any means. When they wipe up/dry off they take so much time and don’t actually look at what they are doing so my cars end up filthy (see pics). I should not pay $52 for a wash and have a car come out as my jeep did. The wipe up guys move slowly, don’t treat a car as their own, and definitely do not represent a business called a car wash. Now the James Island location in Charleston is amazing. Employees care, move swiftly, and I never have to do a walk around to double check. That place should receive accolades as the South Park location should get a lesson in what it means to get a car wash. Or maybe find employees that actually want to work as opposed to have a job where they get to clean their cars for free. Sorry AutoBell, this review is after multiple washes after 3 years. Service never got better than poor to mediocre. The pictures are literally 10 minutes after I left after waiting 25 minutes for the wash. Dust and dirt still on the headlights, windows, door jams , inside of the car not wiped at all.

It had been a long time since I had gotten my car washed, so I was very pleased with the work done. Joshua was super helpful and accommodating as soon as I got there, and him and Kevin did an awesome job cleaning the inside, and they were very thorough. I was happy to see my car after, it looked and smelled brand new.

I paid $38 for the special car wash, but I was very disappointed with the results. The surface finish was really bad—there were visible streaks and spots left on the car, and it did not look properly cleaned for the price I paid. I expected much better quality and attention to detail for a premium wash. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

I’m actually beyond frustrated. I went to this car wash yesterday. And paid EXTRA to have it cleaned by hand by the guys outside. Not only does the car not look clean there was zero effort in attempting to remove any of the dirt. Look, I understand I had a dirty car but when I pay extra to have something done by hand and this is the product they feel comfortable giving a thumbs up on? It’s awful. Why even offer the service if you’re not going to actually perform it?

They just raised their prices not even six months ago and now it’s $70 for the top wash. After a tip that’s close to $100 for a car wash. Now remind you, these are 16/17-year-old kids that if you’re lucky… Might do 90% of the car decently. Will never visit one of those locations again especially when you have to take it home just to wash it yourself afterwards.
