I know it's old but wow. First stall took my money, second one doesn't tell you how much time, and some features don't work at all. The soap was so runny that it got all over my shoes and stained my shoes blue.

All machines out of order. Unavailable. One vacuume no hose. Trash everywhere. Looking for a vacuum and carpet cleaner all self serve washes in kalamazoo are full of trash run down broken. Cork st, gull rd,7 drake/wmain. All terrible.

Terrible stalls are not kept up shampoo machines dont work not even haft the vacuums and when washing your car and switch to different modes it takes about 45vsecond before it even starts which takes alot tome and money waisted. My wife once came here and put in $13 in quarters in to wash her car and it didn't even start and was only give 5 carwash tokens which only covered $7.50 worth out of what she paid for. There isn't many self serve carwash here in town and I only stopped here because my carwash I go to is so much better on West Main called Drive and Shine but there were closed for the night.

Change machine never works. The soap dyes your hands an clothes blue. The brushes are worse for wear. The water pressure is a guessing games. Bays are always full of mud an trash. Parking lot is a joke. More pot holes then a golf ball. Vaxumns have no suction.

Car Wash is super clean and has tons of pop bottles in the trash for me to take back at the store.. unfortunately not enough people like to throw away their pop bottles so I have to take old receipts and scan them on my receipt scanner, however there are plenty of receipts that people like to throw away.. so I've never run dry on those rewards. Poor service. Time took way too long. The technician didn't replace the engine air filter back on properly! In fact the technician only placed 2 screws back in left one half done and didn't bother putting the rest in. On top of that they pinched the windshield fluid line causing it to be useless while I was driving on the highway and needed it most. I'm Shocked at the shear laziness and carelessness of the employees at the drake rd location in Kalamazoo Michigan. Who knows what other corners they are cutting.

There is a shortage of self serve car washes in our area. They're all automated and seem to be becoming limited everywhere. We are grateful to have you nearby! My husband's Jeep has components that aren't conducive to those automated car washes. Please remain the way you are and never sell to that fella who seems to be buying and knocking down all the independent car washes everywhere. This car wash damaged my car, because the trigger was broken on the self service wash, it started at full power, and proceed to blast off and fly into my car, which left a huge nasty scratch on my brand new car. Unfortunately this place is so unmaintained it ended up damaging someone's car. There's also trash and potholes everywhere, it's like nobody ever comes to clean it. I also had a few bays rob me of my change.

Large facility about 7 stalls, 6 self serve, one automatic and 6 vacuum stations However, it’s run down, no wax provided for washes, pot holes in drive ways, faded paint. The wash has a blue syrup that stains your hands. A shame, it could be a really nice facility with the right investor.

This car wash is in pretty poor shape. Almost nothing worked when I was there. The first vacuum machine never worked after I put my money in. After moving to another station, I found it only worked poorly with really bad suction. The area was pretty filthy with trash piling up and more on the ground. The wash bays were only a little better. One took my money but the dial controlling the wash was broken almost beyond use (you couldn't see what you selected) and the foam brush leaked all over the place. The second bay I went to finally did work, though failed to give me any warning sounds that my time was almost up. I don't plan on returning here anytime soon. It's a shame because it used to be a much better maintained car wash.

If you have a nice car and want to hand wash it don't go here. Just do it at home if you can. This is the worst self car wash I have ever been to. Literally drove in and thought "what the heck is going on here". I drove through each of the bays and the hoses are broken, money machines looks stretchy, and the brushes are just laying on the ground? Looks like the place is not maintained.

this place literally made me cry because of how frustrating it is. the bays are piled with dirt - and i used to pressure wash garbage trucks and the bays were never that dirty - don’t take card in the bays, only quarters or ‘tokens’ and you can’t get either quarters or tokens because the machine to do so is out of order. didn’t even get to wash my car, overall horrible time.

Went here tonight, one of the machines was just off, so I pumped 6 quarters I won't get back into that. Had to move down 4 stalls to get to one with a working machine. Got the rinse and soap cycles done, but no pressure for the wax and drying agent (basically a dribble). Largely a waste of money. **Update, I emailed them as they requested, then was ghosted. 1 start is the lowest i can go

The driveway is a blasting zone, the property has literally hundreds of pounds of trash everywhere, and there are deep piles of dirt in the stalls that work. I don't think there was soap in the high pressure soap, and the blue liquid that came out of the soapy brush didn't clean, but left my hands and clothes stained blue; even fast orange hand cleaner won't take it off.

The soap brush was out of order, I found out after I put my quarters in, and most of the bays were filthy with most bays were blocked with trash and debris, I thought the place was abandoned. I'm not going back

I’ve never written a Google review before, but this experience was such a disaster that I felt compelled to say something. Extremely poorly maintained facility. I had to try four separate bays just to attempt a basic wash, and still couldn’t complete it here. In the first bay, the brush was completely broken off the hose. The second bay was unusable because someone was sleeping on the floor. The third bay’s quarter machine had no display, meaning there was no way to tell how much time was remaining. The fourth bay initially looked usable, but the ground was covered with trash and debris—I had to pressure wash the floor before even pulling in. While the pressure washer itself worked fine, the brush wasn’t dispensing any soap, and the bay was out of both tire cleaner and wax. I ultimately had to leave and finish my wash elsewhere. It’s worth noting that many of these issues have been reported in reviews for months or even years, with responses from the owner acknowledging them—yet nothing seems to have changed. It’s disappointing to see such ongoing neglect. Until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and safety, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
