It's quick and efficient and it's hands down one of the very best live worker/automated car washes in Granite City. It has an automatic drying sequence at the end of the tunnel that blows every drop of water away leaving your car with a very dry and clean shine.

Gives your car a decent clean. If you have alot of bugs on it don't expect it to get em all off cause it won't. Free vacuum tho. Hopefully it will get towels to dry and clean the exterior and interior of your car. Overall it's not bad!

I bought the $25 a month membership and canceled it before I even left. Vacuums didn't work well, water spots were all over my car, they do not provide towels or cleaning supplies for drying off your car or cleaning the inside. Very disappointed. I did go into the office for a refund they canceled my membership yet to see if I will be refunded that money

Really cleans your car good, and the dryer, Really dries the car completely. Really like that a lot( lot less hand towel drying). Then they have FREE vacuums. Sold me. I'll become an autospa club member starting November. And I didn't see any scratches from the wash equipment!! Even better.

Your regular normal car wash. Couple dollars more than it should be but I also personally think it could deal some damages and scratches to your car. Then my biggest issue is no one answers the phone when it's the way to cancel the membership. Also be careful it's automatic unlimited renewal. So don't make myself thinking it'll be canceled on its own

I have two complaints. #1 step up the vacuum game. Half the time they arn't turned on and when they are actually running, they are clogged up and pretty much useless. Many car washes also supply cleaner and rags for customers but for some reason, you don't offer this. #2 you're operating hours are suppose to be 7AM to 7PM. I regularly arrive at 630ish in the evening to find the staff shutting things down already. On multiple occasions I've personally witnessed them shutting down vacuums and putting up cones as early as 610 or 615 even with customers present! This isn't right. I use this facility because my employer has a fleet subscription with you guys. If there was another alternative, I'm confident that Auto Spa would loose our business really quickly.

I visited this car wash as a newcomer to the area, drawn in by its appearance. After washing my car, I was told by an employee that I couldn't use the vacuum because it closes at 6:45 p.m. and it was 6:48 p.m. This interaction was rude and I will not be returning. It reminded me of the common excuses at fast food places about the ice cream machine being broken.

I pay for the club membership 3 months in advance and still have to go in to get them to open the gate. Dryers don't dry that well.

Giving only 1star because of my experience yesterday. I would normally rate it 4 stars. After I already paid $18 the employee told me that since I had so much mud on my steps that it they might not get it clean because the boss had informed them to spray and go because they were so busy. I didn’t say anything to the employee because they are just doing what they are told. After I went through the car wash my vehicle still had mud on one side, the other side was clean. If they had taken a few more seconds it would have been clean. But they had no problem taking my $$

this place is always closed before the time it says it's supposed to be closed and it closes at the middle of the day it was open today and the vacuums were completely shut off

The only star this place gets is for the guy who tried helping me yesterday. I went through twice and the car was still filthy. The water jets barely work, the dryers don’t dry hardly anything, and the scrubbers are definently not scrubbing. It doesn’t matter what wash you get, it’s not cleaning the car. Instead of spending money to create a car wash that actually cleans the car, they install a second car lane so 2 people can pay for a wash at the same time. Why? So you don’t clean twice as many cars now? Waste of time and money.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. My car was not cleaned well, and when I returned the next day (about 15 hours later) to request a rewash, I was told they would not honor it. I tried speaking with both the manager and general manager, but neither was helpful or apologetic about the situation. I also attempted to reach someone above them, but the owner’s contact information was difficult to find online. I eventually got in touch with another location, where the person I spoke with was kind and forwarded my concern, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or resolution. Overall, I’m unhappy with both the quality of the wash and the lack of good customer service. They do offer free vacuums that work most of the time. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to return and would not recommend this location to others.
