After shopping I decided to get my car cleaned. I guess this is right before the manager leaves. They charged $45 for an interior & exterior clean. When I get my car back, I realize they didn’t even touch the inside of my car and they barely touched the outside either. I just asked for a refund and got my money back. I’m never coming back here.

He says they closed at 7:00pm, there were only two people and only one vehicle, I arrived at 5:57 pm and they told me that they were no longer receiving, very bad service and deception with the schedule.

Detailer opened 20 minutes late. The kid was so young I suspect they are using underage laborers. I paid $90 plus tip for this sloppy below average detail. Never again.

I am soooo impressed. I just had my car detailed for almost 3 hours by Keith and it looks amazing. Honestly, I’ve never seen it look so amazing in three years. Lol I was literally embarrassed to show up to get a detailed because it was so disgusting from basically living out of my car running from practice to practice with 3 kids. Keith made the car look new again. Highly recommend.👏

I was a little disappointed with my visit. It felt like the job was done halfway some areas didn’t look fully wiped down, and they completely forgot to clean the trunk. I even had to bring the car back, but still noticed things weren’t detailed to their full potential. For the cost of $150+ plus gratuity, I expected a much more thorough job.

I just get out of the service about 1 hour ago. I did pay the French Spa + 18% tip, which is their interior + exterior detailing service. I must confess that I was expecting more, after search on YouTube about detailing services and really find specialized people delivering amazing results, unfortunately none of them in Tampa area. Anyway, I left the car with them for 3h minimum, not a problem to me, I was expecting to be a long service, since it is detailing. When I came back first thing I open was the trunk, and guess what, nobody even touch it, it was the same way when I park there, I not even look for the rest of it, I talk to a guy there and he immediately apologized asking me for another 15 min. I said there is no rush, I just need a good service. Observation, their work place is dark, on the international Plaza parking lot. I paid and went to take some pictures then I realized many spots not even touched and here are some pictures. Disappointed considering the price and what was delivered.

I dropped my car off today, at Auto Spa located at International Mall. Keiffa washed my car and got all the spilled baby milk spots out of the carpet The wax job was phenomenal. His attention to detail was evident. My car smelled good and looked fabulous additionally it was ready when he said it would be ready. I highly recommend the Auto Spa at International Mall and ask for Keiffa!

Got the ultimate package and was happy with the results! Cory did the work and managed to somehow clean out the tough spots in my interior and got the crevices cleaned out. Even the sun/moon roof is clean. I would recommend this service

Really unhappy with this service. I came in today for an interior and exterior detailing which came out to $150 + 18% tip. It took over two hours and as you can see from the photos, there are a lot of areas that were not cleaned. I wish I saw it before tipping. It wasn’t until I pulled out of the garage that I noticed. I’m very very disappointed and would like to get in contact with the owner.

Unfortunately, this was my first time here and it was recommended to me by a friend. I just spent 145 on the ultimate interior, and as soon as I drove out, I could see all of the spots that were missed. There was absolutely no way to see this stuff because it’s all in a dark garage. I’m really disappointed. I would never come back here again unless they offered to make it right. I will attach photos so you can see. It says that it includes a full vacuum, and there are so many spots missed with the debris in my car. For this much money and 2 1/2 hours, I really expected a thorough job.

Heard from a friend how great this place was and they didn’t let me down. They installed a ceramic clear coat on my Tesla and even did some paint correction from the road chips. It shines like glass and my car looks amazing. I did some shopping in the mall and they called me when it was finished. 10/10 will be coming back

I took my Jeep in for a detail and a ceramic coating and I could not be happier. I dropped it off, went upstairs, grabbed lunch at Rocco‘s tacos, went shopping at a few stores, came back and my Jeep looks like new again!! Guys I have a BLACK almost 6 year-old Wrangler, that has been through the mountains, through the woods, completely buried in mud, scratched up, you name it.. It’s like they reversed all of it. Clearly, these guys know what they’re doing and I 10/10 recommend Auto Spa America for your detail and ceramic coating. The photos speak for themselves!!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Auto spa. $120 plus gratuity only to find less than quality job. When I picked up my vehicle, and looking it over from what I could see. Problem is, they are in a dark area, so everything looks good. Once you get out in daylight, you can notice all the uncleanliness inside your vehicle.You cannot really see the details until you’re out in the bright light. Arriving home and clearly see the lack of quality work that one pays for which is not justified. Everything inside the interior looked like it was wiped down with a damp rag, leaving spots,, and other areas look like it was wiped down with an oily rag smudge marks all over trim and dash display, everything that was supposed to shine was not. Another thing that was very perplexing when I try to call auto spa once arriving at home, I looked at the receipt and on the receipt the name was LAURA, I called the number left three messages. No phone call back, googled auto spa phone number and finally got in touch with the original person that I spoke to. He stated that he would refund me that I do not need to come in and it will be brought back to the card. Three days later that never happened. Disappointed and Disputed!!!
