Worst ever, bought $49 package, service like shit. they wiped both the inside and outside with a towel full of cleaner but didn’t rinse it off with water. Now the surfaces are super slippery and have a strong chemical smell. Left my garbage still in the car..

So far so good. Haven't gone wrong yet. Customer service real nice and helpful, and as for their service I love going in the mornings I feel like the job gets done just right. My car ends up looking sexy 😁😂🤗 wait time is pretty good I mean at least from when they open to like 10am that I've gone it's great!!!

Got the interior detail for $250. They were able to give me a deal on it and the car turned out almost spotless (almost because some of the spots on there are impossible to remove since it’s an almost 20 year old car). Very happy with their work. Earned 5 stars from me because I was VERY happy to see that they took the initiative to fix my drivers side window switch that was completely broken and missing. They replaced the whole unit for free without me even asking and they didn’t mention they would do it before or even after my car was done. This was a VERY good first impression and they’ve earned themselves a life-long customer.

Bought the $50 special thinking it would be better but very disappointed. Still dirty after the car wash. If you plan to use the car wash don't pay for the top dollar. Good part is that coffee is good and free.

These past few weeks I've been coming here more. They polished and clay barred my Mercedes which is black and had some oxidation and got it all out and it stayed. The guys front and in the back are very great at what they do. I appreciate the guys in the front giving deals and the guys in the back leave your car looking new. Definitely my go to spot in San Jose.

Disappointed. I paid for the platinum wash, which includes vacuum and wash of all carpets. I understand I have a dog and not every single hair may be picked up. However, the trunk wasn’t even attempted to have been cleaned. Hair all over the place still and the back bumper dirty.

Came on a Monday afternoon and it was super crowded. In and out took about 40 minutes but luckily I had time to spare. Overall, they did a good job. They even lifted the all weather mats to vacuum underneath. There were still some dog hair stuck in the crevices in the trunk, but since it was the Silver Service, I’m not mad about it. One thing to note though is that the wash is not touch-less.

I thought I would give this a try seeing that they tend to be busy and ignore the reviews and given them a try. Let me just say I should have trusted the reviews. I purchased the platinum wash for $56 mainly because i wanted the inside cleaned which included “interior and exterior” dressing. I guess that means just a quick stroke of a swifter brush. There was still dirt on my seats and they completely ignored the truck space. On their website they say “100% satisfaction Guaranteed”…. Well unfortunately that is furthest from the truth. And to top it off they forgot to give me my air freshener. Bottom line, they pay very little to detail, not worth $56, and I have to redo my car again. 2/10 stars

$40.00 package is not worth it, the inside vacum was terrible in front seats were not vacum the exterior the miss a lot of dirt spots the tire dressing look good after it dry is look like shit. I will never ever go there, they do a terrible job.

Just took my car in to get a wash, and got the sliver special which includes dusting inside. When I got my car back there spots that are dirty and no dusting was done inside at all. It is not right if you guys are going to raise your prices please make sure you guys are doing a better job. I called in to inform them of my findings and all the young lady told me I can come back so they can clean the spots that were missed. I already just got home I am not driving back. What she should have said was they were going to give me my money back, I will not be recommending this place to no one. If anyone is reading this please go somewhere else this place is not worth your money.

I've had good to great experiences with Auto Pride in Palo Alto, so I figured I'd try their San Jose location since it's a bit closer to home...that said, I think I'll spend the extra time going to Palo Alto, next time. $40 later (plus a tip) and my car windows are still streaky with water spots, three of four tires haven't been dressed with the "tire shine" and the workers messed with the default settings for my infotainment and safety systems. That last bit I've had happen before, but this is not a $40-$45 experience. The check in process when you first drive in is slow as molasses. As an added bonus, the cashier working the register today gave off slightly strange vibes. I considered returning after the wash & dry was complete to point out the missed tire shine at least; but it had already been about 25 minutes since I'd originally left. All in all, they have a "satisfaction guarantee" but I probably won't be back to this location.

I paid for the silver service and even tipped $10 as a customer coming from Classic Car wash for many years. I pay for my car to be washed because I work 6 days a week. My tires don’t have dressing on all four tires just one or possibly just the back ones. They didn’t vacuum the shifter area or wipe down the interior, including the doors on the inside. The rims still have dirt caked on them. I’ll probably just wash my car myself or go to the Classic car wash in Campbell even though it’s super out of my way :/

I’ve only ever gone to this car wash because it is close to home. I realize inflation but when you are paying basically 40$ for a car wash and the thing that it is suppose to include, bare minimum are not done, then what? I don’t complain to them because then I look like a Karen. At this point, I will go to the Arco drive thru wash and save myself at least 28$. Today, my car was not vacuumed thoroughly, the rims are dirty, and the seats still have something on them because they were not wiped down. Pictures included..

I went to this car wash & detailing service expecting a clean car instead, I left with a dented front hood. There was absolutely no damage before I arrived, and the dent was obvious immediately after they “finished.” When I pointed it out to the staff, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and downright insulting no apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. To make matters worse, the “detailing” I paid extra for was sloppy streaky windows, crumbs still in the cup holders, and water spots all over the paint. I would never trust this place with my car again, and I highly recommend you avoid them if you value your vehicle. There are plenty of other places that will actually care about their work and won’t damage your car in the process. They didn’t want to repair the damage of my car If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

The most expensive package is a joke. They finished washing less than 10 mins. Even you point out the dirt, they still refuse to clean it and just left your car parking along the street and no one tells you the car is ready. Avoid.

I was really disappointed with this car wash. For the price they charge, I expected much better results. The exterior still had visible dirt and streaks, and the interior was barely touched. It felt rushed and careless, which is frustrating considering how overpriced the service is. Reviews matter, and based on my experience, the 1-star ratings should be taken seriously. I won’t be coming back. Mind you, this picture are from AFTER the car wash and interior cleaning
