I had been shopping around for a used Mazda3 Premium Plus in New England for quite some time, but they were very hard to come by and usually overpriced. Out of curiosity, I started looking at listings further from home, and saw Auto Express Mazda's listing for this car. Not only were they asking several thousand less than local dealers, they also had very thorough maintenance record for the car, and they had the best salesman that I had the pleasure of dealing with during my search for a car. I was about 600 miles away and could not immediately come to the dealership, but Adam made me feel like that was no issue. He was extremely helpful, helping me coordinate a pre-purchase inspection of the car at a local garage for some reassurance before I booked my trip to Erie. He answered all questions that I had, helped me put a hold on the car, and when I made my journey to Erie, he even picked me up from the bus station! At the dealership, they got me in and out quick. They made sure the car was ready for my road trip back home, giving me a full tank of gas and removing all the window stickers. I was able to buy the car and be home the same day. The professionalism I experienced at this dealership was outstanding. If they'll give me that level of service, I imagine that their level of service to people shopping in-person would be unmatched. If you are a local (or someone like me) looking to buy a Mazda, make no mistake; shop at Auto Express Mazda. Oh, and the car is fantastic too!

Patrick was a good a salesman on this 2023 carbon CX5 Dropped a star for not having ac at the dealership in July, as the finance department made us wait 3 hours with check hand while they gathered paperwork. Great car waited a few months to leave a review so we could get a good feel for the car.
