Serge (owner) has been awesome to deal with, a true professional. He’s the first mobile detailer I’ve used where I could really notice his attention to detail and desire to do the best job possible. His prices are reasonable—not the cheapest out there but a good value relative to the quality and service provided. We plan to keep using him regularly as we’ve been quite happy so far. We don’t have crazy expensive cars but even so he cares for them like they are truly special. The ceramic coat he put on the hood left my car looking like a mirror, really quite nice. I also appreciate the ease of scheduling, just text or call.

I can not write a review that adequately describes what a great job was done on both of my cars. Each car presented challenges (age, grime, paint concerns, and a a detail-oriented owner), and all challenges were met. Serge worked very hard and held himself to a higher standard than expected - he is obviously driven and has a desire for excellent results. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Serge is an absolute gem. I called last minute and he got me in the same day. Serge is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. My car was in DESPERATE need of a deep clean— it was completely oxidized, and when I picked it up, it looked BRAND NEW, which I honestly wasn't expecting since my car is 22 years old; Serge managed to make my car look beautiful. He did multiple clay washes, pressure-washed the engine bay, deep-cleaned the interior, and even shampooed my carpets as a free bonus service! The attention to detail was impeccable—he cleaned every corner, dressed the tires beautifully, and even filled my low front tire without me asking. The results were jaw-dropping, the price was very fair, and the service was unmatched. It's been 2 weeks since my car was detailed and it still looks and feels brand new! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Auto Detailers Pros. This was my first time getting my Tesla detailed and the difference was night and day. The car was high-pressure washed, foamed, hand washed multiple times, and dried properly. He even did a complimentary orbital buff that brought the paint back to life and removed water spots from the glass. All the windows were buffed until they were crystal clear. The interior was spotless — carpets blown out and cleaned, leather wiped down and conditioned, and every surface looked brand new. What really stood out was the care and attention to detail. This was easily a $300+ job, but I received a student discount and still got way more than I expected. Very professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Auto Detailers Pros and will definitely be back.

***UPDATED AGAIN! (Aug. 2025)*** I've been bringing my 2016 Jeep Cherokee to Serge at Auto Detailers Pros for years, and he always does an incredible job. Recently, he used the Cerakote Ceramic Trim Coat Restoration Kit on my faded black plastic trim - and the results were pretty unbelievable. The trim has been restored to a rich, solid black and looks brand new again... And it will stay that way for years to come. Serge ALWAYS goes above and beyond, which is why I will keep coming back! <3 ***UPDATED REVIEW*** I loved my car detail so much, that I returned for a ceramic coating service to keep my car looking better, longer. Let me tell you, this investment was well worth it. My car has never been so shiny -- I added some pictures at the end, and you can easily tell the difference! This was my first time including a ceramic coating as part of a detailing service -- and once again, Serge and his team did an amazing job. I brought my Tesla Model 3 Performance to Serge at Auto Detailers Pros, and the results blew me away. The paint was oxidized, covered in tree sap, and the interior looked tired. Serge did a full detail and ceramic coating, and when he was finished, the car looked like it just came out of a showroom. I listed it for sale and the very first buyer purchased it. Serge is a true perfectionist and I highly recommend Auto Detailers Pros!

I had given up hope on that interior but Serge fixed it up better than I ever thought possible. They did an equally excellent job on the exterior too! The light rolls off the body work. I visited Auto Detailers Pros after bubble tea spilled all over my front passenger’s carpet while I was driving. I had to get some help fast, otherwise the drinks would stain my car and leave a lingering smell. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with Serge who was able to help me after hours. He is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful individual who cares about what he does to help his customers. Not only did he clean the stained carpet, he also cleaned my other mats and carpets as a complementary service. Serge was able to use professional equipment you would never find at an ordinary car wash. He did a full deep clean of the interior using OxiClean along with a foam carpet cleaner. This powerful extraction process was able to extract all the spilled drinks and eliminate the odor. By the time the process was complete, the whole front area of the car looked and smelled brand new again. I highly recommend Auto Detailers Pros to anyone looking for expert services. Serge has all the high technology materials and attention-to-detail skills to make sure everything is done perfectly.

I had an amazing experience with Serge! After a party, my black BMW ended up with significant beer stains all over my car that just wouldn’t come off despite trying various remedies. I went to AutoZone and even tried some DIY solutions, but nothing worked. Found Serge online and from the get-go I could tell he really cared. Made time to see me and was even able to work out a price that worked for the both of us. Serge was a lifesaver! He handled it professionally and my car looks as good as new. I never expected him to do this good of a job. I didn’t even recognize my car when I came to pick it up, it looked brand new! Highly recommend his services!

Do NOT trust this business with your car. I came here less than a week ago. After being pressured to take off car decor that was glued onto my dashboard, Serge asked for an extra $50 in addition to the car detailing price. I was hesitant to do this service because of the glue, but I agreed because I thought he was a professional. When I received my car back, my dashboard had many heavy scratches. Without asking, he damaged my dashboard to get the glue off and tried to charge me an additional $100 for the job. I didn’t even want to pay him the $50 because of the damage, but he tried to justify the additional cost because he claimed to do more cleaning work that was unasked for. I paid the $50 but refused to pay more because it was not what we agreed, yet he did not offer any additional help or compensation for this damage. After I brought my car home, I was so annoyed every time I stepped into my car and saw the scratches on the dashboard, so I messaged Serge about the damage, and he tried to completely gaslight me. He said that there were scratches prior to his service (there was not a single scratch before) and said that he used “gentle methods” to remove such as his fingernails and nail removal solution. But he very clearly told me in person he used a razor blade to scratch off the glue. Also from the damage, it’s also quite obvious it was not gently removed or there would not be scratches. Since then, he has not taken responsibility for the scratches and damages. Completely unprofessional and I warn anyone who is thinking about going here to go somewhere else.

I can’t recommend Auto Detailers Pros enough! Serge went above and beyond on my black Mazda — it honestly looks better than the day I bought it! 🖤✨ He spent hours detailing every inch — pressure washed, hand washed, buffed and polished the paint, even ceramic-coated the hood and cleaned the engine bay for free. The car had stubborn spots that wouldn’t come off, but he kept going until it was flawless. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. I'm really grateful that he did a $400+ job and only charged me $140. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism is unmatched.
