Update to my last review: I am keeping my old review below in order to be transparent, and show that as business we aren't always perfect. But its how you respond during times you are not. After my review the Assistant Manager called me and explained the situation which I was grateful for. But what impressed me beyond measure is afterwards the owner himself called me and personally apologized. He gave me a discount for my trouble which was appreciated. But the thing that I noticed was the owner calling me on something I would have considered a small matter. That speaks volumes and tells me all I need to know about the integrity of this company. They have a customer for life. I arrived at 4:58 pm after driving way from Cedar Hill, TX and they standing outside talking doors locked. And the excuse for closing early was he had an emergency. So why you standing here talking then. I don't care how good the products are I will order from another distributor online and save myself the drive moving forward. Update: I have no idea who you are speaking of at 5:20 pm but I can assure you I was in a Grey Ford F150 there at 4:58 pm. Not only was I there at that time I had called several times before arriving letting your clerk know I would be there by 5:00pm and only needed to purchase the clean it all immediately. So when I arrived at 4:58 pm I was surprised to see them outside talking and the doors locked. And being told exactly what I said I was told. By a bearded individual. So is it always your method to respond to a review with false information. If you looked at the camera at the time I stated you will see my truck and me at the door in the front not back. So did you truly look or just trying to make excuses.
