Came here looking to get a nice in and out car wash but left disappointed. I asked for in and out and they couldn’t even clean the windows nor the carpets properly I won’t be coming here again

Terrible car wash. I was better off cleaning my car myself. I went home and had to clean and vacuum my car after the wash. $34 down the drain.

Went to this car wash this morning and had the extra special for an suv. My car was in an out in less than 2 mins. Not only it was the fastest car wash I ever experienced my car looks like it wasn’t washed at all. I had to literally asked them to clean my windshield then still turn around and clean it myself with the microfiber I purchased. I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s not worth it. You would mostly likely do a better job washing it yourself.

This car wash is Trash. Paid $24 and my car was left with stains and dirt on the inside. When I asked them to clean it they wanted to catch an attitude and flip me off

Did an oil change a they topped off my other fluids and it comes with a rinse and wash for $88 not bad at all I have a compact suv so it’s a bit more for me but the price gets you a nice amount of service, Took about 20 minutes for everything.

Apparently the Extra Special deal gives you zero attention to detail: I was the only one in line, hence plenty of time to properly clean the car, but no. No cup holder was cleaned, dried water spots all over the place. Not to mention the car had grease on it when it came out: it was not there when I arrived. Check the pics out, they speak more than a thousand words. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is my new oil change place. They are super fast and friendly. The prices are competitive. It says you get a free basic car wash with the oil but they also vacuumed my car and washed the inside windows. Really nice.

I won’t go here again. I paid extra $30 dollars for hand wax and $27.95 for extra special. But I didn’t see them doing extra hand wax. And the car is not washed very clean. Quite upset with the service!!!

I should have moved my car myself... They don't care about your car when bringing the car into the wash track. The wash itself is very inadequately below average. Not worth my time going back there because they are likely gonna come up with BS reasons. Many other good washes in the neighborhood. Do your due diligence before going here.

These machine washers really don't do much other than move suds around. Paid for full interior vaccuum and there was still debris all over backseats and trunk. Spent 15 minutes with the spray bottle out front cleaning the car myself with how many missed areas don't get touched, mirrors, door wells, roof, etc Quality is really poor and all they are paying attention to is getting through the line.

This car wash is absolutely horrendous. My car came out with the same dirt in went in with and they told me it was too dirty after I watched her clean the dirt off the other rims. I also noticed a scratch that wasn't there before and the guy blew me off and said call the police. Their customer service is horrible and I will never take any of my vehicles here again.

Do not use this car wash they damaged my bumper. I have a full video of it. They blamed me and said it was a bad paint job. It was perfect and they destroyed it. Don’t ever use them

So I asked the guy when you drive up, what type of prices and packages they have? because I have never been here before. He informed me that for a good vacuum and the basic wash its $14.95 which after tax comes out to about $16. I was fine with that, but when my car came out, it hadn't been vacuumed at all. So I was informed by the lady at the desk to go ask for Walter, who is the manager of the guys. He took one look at it and said no that's not good, I'll take care of it right now. And he had another one of his guys vacuum my car properly. Although I was not initially happy with the laziness that occurred, for the package they told me they would be good enough. Walter did rectify it, once it was brought to his attention. And the gentleman who spent the time, to make sure my car looks good got a tip.

These guys are pretty impressive. Don’t be intimidated by a line or the narrow tunnel to the wash- it’s really fast. I wish it was touchless, but at least it seemed to be mostly so with just a few moments of rubber slats? Didn’t look like brushes to me which is a plus. They do a hand dry and hand wash the glass etc. Plenty of high end cars going through (jaguar, bmw, etc.). It was fast and thorough, will be back.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Deserves ZERO stars. I asked for the Extra Special wash ($32.34). The the car came out in less then one minute, through the same exact process all the other cars go through, and the result was the most ridiculous you can possibly imagine. Some areas on the car didn’t even get wet! The mops left streaks all over. Also, the license plate bumper got ripped off. When they left the car on the sidewalk, no one even acknowledged that, nor apologized. If you are still undecided, just look at some of the pictures I took. I complained and the answers was: “well, it went through the machine!”. Never ever again.

AVOID. I paid about $24 for a wash last night (I had parked a week under a bird poop ridden tree). This morning I noticed there was still bird poop ALL OVER my car, they did such a bad job!!! I called to see if they would wash it again because it isn’t clean. They accused me of “only getting a rinse,” which I guess means they don’t have to clean the bird poop if you only pay for a rinse?? But I have a receipt to prove I paid for a wash. When their accusations of a rinse didn’t work, then they tried to accuse me of parking it under a tree and getting bird poop all over it overnight. As you can see from the photos, there is no tree near my parking spot! I also have location tracking to prove I haven’t moved my car. And everyone knows there isn’t much bird poop buildup over one night. The lady was rude and hung up on me. She said I needed to pay $24 again if I want it actually washed. Find somewhere else to go!

Very bad service. Car wasn't clean and yes. I should go back for the tip I place in box not fare. A place you should avoid. Looks like it was never vacuum. My passenger dirty car so I have to wash daily. And have visit many car wash around the city. But this is not acceptable . Sorry for the lack of service. You provide. Atlantic car wash.

I want to be reasonable and not just flat out give a 1 star. But this has to be one of the worst car wash places I’ve ever been to. Right off the bat there’s some guys that don’t speak english that ask what you want and without explaining anything just punches in your order in a machine. I went in for a simple car wash and asked if they vacuum my carpet. It went from 10$ suddenly to 36$. Okay fine, maybe I could use a vacuum. Surprise, it was barely cleaned. Dirt, sand stuck in the seats that take one sec to wipe off is still there. Didn’t bother putting the mats in the right position, left their plastic floor mat UNDER my mat after they put it back??? Nothing was wiped down from the back trunk, dirt and grime everywhere. The towels they used to wipe down my interior is the towel they use to wipe down the exterior as well as every day that goes through there. The car smelled AWFUL after that. Lastly, with their 36$ package this guy comes and brushes your wheels with this applicant, they did it on wet wheels, how is that supposed to work?? Honestly i’m getting more and more frustrated, I can’t be mad because it is what it is. But if I can save even one person from getting robbed I would feel a bit better. Do not come here. Where should you go? I don’t know, brooklyn/NYC is forever doomed with half ass services. Maybe go to Long island or just somewhere in the suburbs.
