If i had the option for 0 stars i would and its not even the employees fault its the managers . makeing everyone feel so uptight uncomfortable. Always with attitude. Terrible. They need a new manager asap.

AmPm keeps the antifreeze under lock and key. I told the cashier I needed antifreeze and she asked me to wait a minute while she checked out a couple of people. Then a couple more people showed up and she asked me to wait. Then a couple more people showed up and she asked me to wait and finally I said, "Do you expect me to wait until breakfast?"

Only go here if you are paying with cash!!! It is the only modern convenience store I have ever been to that does not accept credit cards but will take a debit card and charge you 35 cents to use it. There is a scam going on here. Will never do business there again

Their employees are incompetent and so is the manager. My wife was charged two debit transactions that never occurred due to the employee not knowing what she was doing. A third was added because they couldnt over ride anything and didnt seem to care. Go else where.

The car wash at this location broke my side mirror off, and my information was taken. I called the corporate office and they request additional information and they are yet to reply a month later. Use the car wash here at your own risk, and if their equipment breaks your property...well then you are on your own.

Car wash has the Diamond service out of service and they have a sign in the entrance... but how I'm suppose to know when I buy the car wash at the pump. Told the employee and he didn't really help. Don't reccomend the car wash.

Dont recommend going to this place. Payed for car wash at gas pump to get a car wash plus a discount on gas and the machine itself stopped working. I went inside discussed the issue, manager unprofessional and didn't know what to do other the. pay for an additional car wash in order to get gas with the price it came with. I left with 15 dollar charge for 2 car washes. Which manager couldn't even help us out at all. Try’d to tell us how to pump gas which wasn’t even the issue. Overall horrible service.

I’ve had a car wash pass since you guys first opened. My card was recently skimmed and I had to get a new card. I visited two locations and no one could help me update my card on file. Thus, resulting in my pass becoming expired. I’m very upset that I got the run around and that they wanted me to pay the new pricing when I was grandfathered in. They told me at both locations that there was no way to update my card. Poor customer service all the way around. How hard is it to update a card in the 21st century without being forced into a new plan. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve called the number on the website with no call back. All I wanted was my car washed…like I’ve been doing since you guys opened. The guy in Coachella seemed to try and help me a bit more but only redirected me to go back to Indio where I initially purchased by pass in or around 2016. Went to Indio on 42nd and was told I couldn’t be helped with my grandfathered plan.

the prices here for food/snacks are legitimately INSANE. I get that it's a gas station & most places will charge a bit more, but this is the most expensive gas station I've been to quite literally ever in regards to snacks/candy/etc.

Stopped at this ampm and they had no water on the ice machine. I was literally going to buy a gallon of water, but the cashier still tried to charge me just to use the machine. No customer service at all — they’d rather nickel-and-dime than help. Won’t be coming back.
