Very busy place during day ,,if you are here with RV ,,please don't try to stay here overnight.,, There is RV parking for free by casino and it's quiet over night ,,!! I stop here very often and is always overcrowded There used to be a good buffet bud not anymore it's been replaced with fast food restaurants Good coffee,,and welcoming staff

Takes a very long time to fill up on gas. The lady knows about yet stands there looking dumb. The pumps are garbage do not go here unless you wanna stand around for an hour.

Came to let the dogs out and go to the bathroom on the way west and there was a worker driving around and he decided to harass us for no reason. Telling us not to let our dog dig and that we better pick up the dog poop, when we just stepped out of the vehicle. My husband asked if he was having an okay day and he just looked at him mean and drove away without a word. Just very strange and quite rude. Doesn't make us want to even go inside ha

Had a really great shop experience here on 6/4/25 by the night shift before they left for the day. They were able to get us in for a federal inspection and get it done really quick, so I could get on my journey. They were super nice and friendly. Thanks, you guys!!

Don’t come here unless you want expired drinks and terrible food and service up front! First coming in today 12/31/24 the lady out front had an attitude right off the bat. Because I told her I needed assistance by the gloves. Due to them being locked up. So I tell her which one I wanted which it was under the price tag 5.99 but ended up getting charged 17.99 for them. The store needs to do better at making sure their employees are putting up items in the correct location. Second issue I had was with the lady up front checking me out not only did she have an attitude but she wouldn’t even let me type in my phone number to see if I had any points that I could use towards my purchase. She just completely skipped the screen. Then when I asked if she could go back so I can Type in my number she started arguing with me telling me there was no point and that it wouldn't do anything for me. That I needed to go to the kiosk to use my points. It was so obvious that she didn’t want to be there. Like if you hate your job so much please find a new one so you won’t go messing up others peoples day! Third issue I had was the drinks being out of date I just So happen to open one and drink it and looked down and saw it was out of date. I’m not sure if it’s a vendor issue or a store issue but either way any type of food and drinks need to be getting rotated properly for people’s health and safety!!! Then the last issue I had was their breakfast sandwiches sitting in the warmer. It was somehow hard and mushy at the same time! As if it had been there for a few days the meat on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was so nasty I wouldn’t feed it to a dog! I have had them before at well kept stores and it was never like that! They gotta do better in this store period! And treat the drivers better we didn’t ask you to take these jobs and we spend our hard earned money and are constantly up charges in these stores then add terrible service and bad food on top is crazy work! I don't recommend coming here at all save your time and just go to the Love’s down the road!

Showers were not cleaned properly, neither was the toilet. Attendant was very snide. Store was clean, Bathrooms were clean. All three of the fast food places(Arbys,Taco Bell, Popeyes) turn their online ordering off so you can not order online and get your exclusives or rewards…it’s crappy they treat Drivers like that ! Do better ! If TA/FJ/Pilot can offer rewards…so can the above named businesses! No line, No online orders !

Worst shop in America, I was trying to get an oil change and the mechanics said they don’t want to do a oil change right now I said “why” they replied “preference”. The lil boy at the front desk was rude and thought it was funny to try to gaslight me didn’t work. Very unprofessional behavior and rude I see this shop closing soon. The bays are empty for a reason meaning poor service. Stay away from this place go to loves across the highway

Pros and cons. The pros are, there is plenty of parking spaces available it has different food options to choose from the showers are decent. The cons are the pumps, there’s always a line to fuel and I don’t know why they always have pumps blocked off. Today I went and when I was pumping my satellite pump was not working so I was only able to fill one tank. And another con is the parking lot is dirty. At the end of the day it’s a truck stop and there’s a 80% chance you will find parking. Update : their pumps are bad and leak horrible. I will post my video of a pump leaking bad. There was no parking and there was only one and someone parked there personal car to reserve it. I don’t think that’s fair we pay our duties right and these guys get to park like that. I have seen that car over a dozen of times.

I don't know how rude or stupid.You can be, but it's pretty good. I free coffee is coming off of my app. I can't take it here because they can't print it. Because they're printer's down. Instead of give me a cup of coffee, the root gear says, you gotta pay for it. I said, okay, I poured it out and left.Guess who won't be back stupid.

Paid for a shower and ended up cleaning it and mopping it before I showered thank goodness she put towels but I dont think she care to keep her job she was on her cellphone the whole time and wasnt quiet about it ...No one needs to hear her business this is a her job not her personal business, I posted the videos where I had to clean before showering and cleaned after I had showered and once I was walking out you could still hear her on her cellphone, like I said I paid for my shower TA is where I take my 10hrs break and my 34-hour reset but ones like tbis one makes me want to keep moving to the next truck stop ..The hallway leading to showers smells like pee and im not kidding after seeing the kinda cleaning she does it doesn't amaze me she doesn't use clean water to mop them floors...other then that parking lot is well organized and trash cans are emptied and everything else look good...so before anyone comments im racist..lol im Hispanics/ Native American myself..as uou can hear in the video the lady is speaking Spanish...

Not a bad place!!! Has many parking spots but make sure u shut down early. Or u can park like the rest of the flip flop gang. The shop was friendly and the night guy was too busy playing video games to take care of customers. The restaurants were clean. The bathroom needed some attention. But If I needed too I would stay again honestly.

Very nice, big area for the doggies, restrooms and showers clean arby's and Taco Bell. Plenty of snacks a workout room big laundryroom, .What more can you ask!!??
