I like to go to this place just for the convenience of being able to pee outside without having to go in since new ownership has taken over they are not as pleasant to people to deal with is in the past so I would prefer not going inside

Got Gas About 9:30 .p.m. woman lock the bathroom? What letting no one use it? May Excuses. So I didn't buy anything can't use the bathroom not spending my money there. That's why.

I only stopped in to get a couple fountain sodas. New soda machine is nice and modern. Some employees are always on their phone talking and will ring up your purchase but that's it. They have no time for you or a question if you have one. Same way at the ampm on 18th and Nob Hill tho. Usually get in and out quickly because of that. Prices are that of a convenience store, over inflated, but that's all convenience stores. They are just a little more expensive it seems.

I regret to inform you that my experience with JoAnna, the gas station clerk, was overwhelmingly negative. Not only was she consistently rude and dismissive towards me, but she also exhibited passive-aggressive behavior towards another customer. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident, as I have witnessed similar occurrences on previous visits as well. From the moment I approached the counter, it was apparent that JoAnna's demeanor was far from welcoming. Instead of providing a courteous and friendly service, she seemed annoyed by my simple request for assistance. Her replies were gruff and lacked any genuine effort to make me feel valued as a customer. To my surprise, I wasn't the only one subjected to JoAnna's disrespectful behavior. As I patiently waited in line, I observed her engage in a passive-aggressive exchange with another customer. Her tone was sarcastic and condescending, leaving an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. It was evident that JoAnna lacks the basic customer service skills necessary to handle such situations with professionalism and tact. What disappointed me the most was the fact that this was not the first time I witnessed JoAnna's unpleasant demeanor. On multiple occasions, I have encountered her insensitivity and rudeness towards both customers and colleagues. It is disheartening to see someone in a customer-facing role display such disregard for basic courtesy and interpersonal skills. In conclusion, my experience with JoAnna, the gas station clerk, has been consistently negative. Her rude and passive-aggressive attitude towards me and other customers, coupled with a lack of professionalism, raises serious concerns about her suitability for a customer service role. I sincerely hope that the necessary steps will be taken to address this issue so that no other customers have to endure similar treatment in the future.

A nice place to stop for a rest stop when traveling. There are public restrooms, which are always clean. There is a Subway Shop, a Dairy Queen and a mini mart to get soda and other refreshments. Clean with very friendly employees. They know the value of customer service.

Lady cashier in the morning has horrible attitude. Was bashing the seahawks hard and being loud and obnoxious about it. Very unprofessional. No gas recipts were offered or available at the pump.
