Has fair gas prices as well as good friendly service. 79¢ 32oz. Drinks normally well stocked hot deli, crushed ice, some wine selection and the Bathrooms are checked at least once a hour. All in all it has became a normal stop for drinks and gas so keep up the good work guys

Went to this gas station to fill up a U-Haul to the required amount of gas to return it. I asked the attendee for 6 gallons of gas and he said that was OK and started to fill the U-Haul. After helping a couple other cars he came back and gave me the receipt and quickly said "have a good one" as he ran away. The receipt showed he put in 8.5 gallons of gas. I'm not using the gas so I bought about $10 of gas I won't use. Not the end of the world but the attendee obviously didn't care he made a mistake. I won't be returning to this location

I find it very interesting that the owner only comments on the good reviews, and doesn't bother to try and fix the issues presented in the bad reviews. The turn over in employees is another indication of very poor management. As far as the goods offered, standard convienence store fare. Very often out of fountain drink syrup and warm food. And the bathrooms are hit and miss.

Gas prices are decent if you use the upside app. They need more squeegees for cleaning your windshield. When I came in tonight, there was only one. The rest of the windshield washing stations were empty.

Pretty much everyone in my family goes to this Arco, everyone who works there is super friendly especially late at night. They usually have good deals like 3 redbulls for $8. One of the best markets/gas stations in salem 🥳

I don't really want to review this place so poorly since this is my favorite place to fill up and all of the workers I've encountered have been super friendly and helpful.... until today. I pulled up to one of the "full-service" pumps and tried handing the guy a $20 saying "can I get $20 Premium". He says back "you have to go pay cash inside, I'm not allowed to go in there" ???? Not only does the guy work there, so that's ridiculous, but every other time I've been there, the attendant walked in and paid for me(Full Service). This isn't too big of a deal, so I go inside and pay, and when I come back out, he starts walking towards my car. There were other cars pulling into the full-service pumps, so I tell him "it's alright, I can do it" and he gripes back "this is a full service pump, I have to do it for you". So I begrudgingly plopped into my car and popped the gas cap for him. He grabs the pump handle and immediately presses the regular button before I get the chance to say anything, and I barely stop him with half the nozzle in my tank "dude stop, I said premium"(it wasn't even 2 minutes since I told him, inside was empty). At this point, he goes into the store to the cashier, presumably to reset the pump. Then he came out and just walked over to help the other cars before me instead of just plopping the nozzle into my tank and clicking a single button. And to top it all off, he almost forgot to put my gas cap back on. I hope the dude was just having a bad day or something, but in case this is his normal attitude, he was wearing an orange turban and shirt.

The employees most that speak English are wonderful an over worked very under paid.!. The cookies that they are claiming are made fresh case is always literally they tell me 2+ days old atleast old rock hard.

Sub par service, dirty location, staff always on their phones and not paying attention to the customers. And their card system puts very large unnecessary holds on people's cards, over-drafting their accounts, and then they claim its your bank doing it. I paid for $20 in gas. Their system put a $121.25 card hold on my account, overdrafting it by $16, and as I stood their trying to buy my Gatorade, they treated me as if I had done something wrong. I had plenty of money to buy the drink before they put the hold on my account. The worker tells me the money will be back in my account at some point In the day, who knows when. So I wait 10 minutes in their store, standing there looking like an idiot. And what exactly am i suppose to do to pay for stuff i needed that day? I eventually pay with my credit card. I spoke with one of your customer service agents on the phone. 100% incompetent. He told me the problem was my " bank put a hold on my card for the gas" which is a lie and 100% false. That's not how it works. You hold a certain amount to make sure the customer has enough to pay for it. You don't hold $101.25 extra. I speak with the bank and they confirmed its ARCO putting the hold on my car for the erroneous amount. It's YOU who did it, not them. Eventually about an hour later I finally recieved my money back. What a joke. If you can't do business like every other gas station in the state, then go away. Don't go away mad, just go away.

went to get gas at 10:00pmish after work. One worker there, nice and friendly. I tell him 20 regular in my front gas tank. He puts nozzle in and walks away, as my music fades and changes to a new song I hear dripping. I look out my window and see the nozzle isn’t in all the way and about 11$ in gas is on the ground. I ask the guy “what are you gonna do about the gas that didn’t make it in my tank” he tells me “ it’s your fault 👍😁” and walks away. I took a video of the gas that ended up on the ground and he notices that I do that (of course I’m the only one there how could you not notice) comes to my window and ask “ no complain 👍😁” I said “ No, I will complain👍, byeeeeeee”. Anyways Im still mad about losing 11$ in gas in this economy (btw his name is Javier).
