This place is always a trip. Some guy sold me a ten speed for cheap. The employs are usually nice But sometimes they have an attitude. Bathrooms weren't to bad. Alot of paper towels on the floor but sink and toilet were clean.

Been coming here for the last 13 years & have always loved the friendly gas attendants. One older man in particular who has been there the entire time I've been a customer has never not had a positive, friendly, and caring attitude! Never once have I seen him without a big smile, I look for him every time I get gas because he brightens my day with his positive outlook on life. God uses people even when they are unaware, to bring light into a dark world, this man is a prime example! 🥰

This car wash guy with full beared,mustache,glasses and full hair took a picture of me while Im in the car going thru a car wash I did not know his name .very creepy looking Guy took a picture of Me thru My windshield while im sitting in My car without my permission I feel very violated. what gives him the right! He has no proof or rights! Is he the manager?,supervisor, security what was his job. anyway I feel very disturb for what he did. So I came back to confront him and He treatened me, He said He dont care about his job, He is violently aggresive with his behavior and He tried to assaut me and refused to delete the photo he took thru my windshield with me seating in the driver side with his personal cellphone. I almost called the police for attempted assault. This is more than a just bad experience. I'd like to reach out to the Owner Mr. Singh. This should never happened. This employee character and vehavior is very unacceptable, if this was my business I would never hire an employee who is violent and aggressive (Just saying) He maybe a Felon! Anyway my family and relatives has been a long time customer to this gas station getting gas and car washes and never had an issue like this till now, And it will end and the same with my family and relatives who does services there. He said he is never gonna do any service with Me so dont come back (wait!! is he a Co Owner). I'd like to get refund for my monthly subscription car washes and stop buying gas there and cancel my car washes subscriptions, I'll take my business elsewhere after this experience. I would like to reach out to the Owner. Please reply to my back to my email. Thank You Car wash Customers, watch out for this guy!!

This place has gone down hill in the last 6 months. Customer interaction has fallen and the ability to trust what the Attendant tells you. They will give you different answers depending on who it is and if they don't feel like doing it. Their hot deli has made me sick that last three times I grabbed there. Don't do it. It's not worth it.

Poor gasoline quality exceeds their “standards” for customer service. The night clerk is particularly wretched (not that he knows what it means or how to look it up). The staff ridicules customers and gossip to one another but they only do so in a foreign language because they’re COWARDS and IDIOTS who WON’T/CAN’T communicate effectively with anyone but each other. They are an unattractive, smelly bunch of dim-witted tools with empty stale air between their hairy ears. Puke! Beware consumers from all walks of life, because the guys @ ARCO are BOTTOM OF THE BARREL and will piss you off. Go to Ball 76 upinstead

Stopped here to gas my truck and I had the worst experience ever. My truck takes diesel which I know is self serve, but my husband usually fills it for me (I should probably learn how to pump my own gas). However I got off and asked one of the workers nicely if he would be kind enough to help me OR teach me how to pump my own gas and he proceeded to talk to me in another language and point at the self serve sign. I had no problem with that and continued to ask him if he would please help me. After when my gas was done pumping I waited for about 5 mins and realized he wasn’t coming back. So I got off my truck and figured out how to put the hose back, I then hear “ Why didn’t you help the girl?”. Mind you there was a car parked behind me and that worker who asked the other worker why didn’t they help me had just attended the car behind me. It made me feel like I was a bother to them, when I asked nicely and even asked if could just walk me through the steps if he didn’t want to pump it for me. While all this was happening the worker who had originally helped me was talking with 3 other store employees near the parking lot. Very disappointed in the customer service today.

No idea how the gas service is but the cashier in the store didn't price my purchase right for deals posted. Then didn't offer me my change back but just quickly said "have a good day" and immediately turned away and started to ignore me until he noticed I wanted it and seemed almost irritated or annoyed that I wanted it. Overall a basic gas station convenience store with basic customer service. Have had much better experiences with others in the area and will make sure to only go to them. Also find it funny that the "owner" leaves thank you messages on positive reviews but never addresses any negative reviews or experiences

It’s pretty shady that I can go down the road and every fuel grade is 10 cents more you plus is 3.80 and your premium is 30 cents more at 4.29 and no prices posted anywhere you guys no what your doing.

They will top off your tank even if you tell them not to, and today I watched them sell beer to someone who was so drunk he could barely stand. Both of these things are illegal, do better.

Quick place to get fuel. Has all your basic travel/driving food and drinks and offer a hot food section. The rib sandwich is my favorite. Mix n match deal on the hot sandwiches and burgers and breakfast sandwiches. Attendants and clerks are friendly and polite.

Maybe the attendant can not lean on my car and watch women in red bikinis on their phone while pumping my gas? Kinda disrespectful. 3 stars because otherwise usually good visits 4/30/25 @ 11:05pm

The service staff spirit is very bad, their attitude is almost don't need customers. many times they stand using electricity or talking, don't care about customers. I am very dissatisfied with this store.

Live in Keizer but have to go across town to find cheaper gas in Salem. Keizer was $4.09. Salem $3.79. Cash. Cashier could be friendlier.
