They are all great people here. Honest hard-working people. I had a non oil change question. He is happy to help with whatever he can. I would recommend Aqua Wash N Lube to anyone needing service on their vehicle. You get treated as though you're family there. So I've been come here for a few years for oil changes. Recently though, I allowed them to do work on my brakes. At the time of service, I was told my rotors looked good and did not need to be changed. I experienced squeaking after the brake installation and when all but one continued to squeak I contacted them and drove in several times. Still to be told it was normal meshing with the rotors. This last time when I went, I was told that my one rotor needed replacing despite being at 60%. Other mechanics say it seems this could be due to incorrect installation of brake pads or the brake pad was faulty. However, they are wanting me to pay for the damages that occurred by either a faulty brake pad or incorrect installation. I've requested to speak with the owner in an attempt to get this handled properly. Haven't been able to find resolution at this time. Will update.

This is what you get for the platinum wash service. I also had my cars oil changed, they didn’t bother to add any other fluids like windshield wiper fluids. When my husband told them it was not good enough they said it would cost more money if we wanted it to be better. As of a 105. Wasn’t enough for both services.When I called later they kept saying my phone was breaking up so I raised my voice so they could hear me clearly, then accused me of yelling and hung up on me. Would not use their service ever again. See attached photos. Beware of this place.

Low quality cleaning at high prices on car details. Employees burnt out. The monthly drive thru is ok. I can't imagine buying a vechicle from them lol.

The stellar customer experience by NATE and his team is top notch! I have been treated with respect, clear communication on work to be done how much parts and labor are and when it was very quickly available! The transparency and honesty is very refreshing! They pulled the engine apart for an oil leak from cracked gasket! Did a mini tuneup with hoses, spark plugs, etc! Wow steam cleaned the engine! I was told another 100,000 no problem now! This is by far the BEST place to take your vehicle! I have experienced amazing above and beyond service every time from the crew answering the phones to everyone working in the car wash, detailing section which includes dent removal and now vehicles for sale! The owner should proud! 💙This is a hidden gem in a Winter Haven💙

I recently visited Aqua Wash and Lube and was thoroughly impressed with their services. This place is truly a one-stop shop where you can not only purchase a vehicle, but also take care of all your vehicle needs at the garage in the same parking lot. After your services, you can even get a car wash to top it off! I went in for an oil change and a car wash, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their services. I must give a special mention to Marcus, one of the car wash attendants, who did a fantastic job on both of my vehicles. He aimed to please and his attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend Aqua Wash and Lube for all your vehicle needs. I will definitely be returning for their exceptional services. I no longer live in this area, but I still come here to get my oil changed. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I never feel pressured or feel like the staff are trying to upsell anything, but they are honest about anything they see with my car to keep an eye on. Oil changes are always fast, and well worth the trip.

I am so disappointed in the detailing for my car. I gave instructions to the gentleman to clean and vacuum my trunk not only paying him a $10 tip which I should’ve never did but that’s my mistake. I ended up getting the premium package which was $36.95 for detailing car wash, vacuuming doing the windows, etc. but really got me was they don’t do the inside of the doors or the middle council. They don’t clean that area that’s extra $$ which they never told that to me so not only that I had to clean that when I got home, I went and looked in my trunk to see if they follow instructions and vacuumed out my trunk and no they did not so I’m very upset. I definitely will not be coming back here to get my car Detailed vacuumed at all at this place I am very disgusted how they do their work not only that you have to pay for your detailing upfront, which is BS. And on top of that, you get to pick your a scent for inside your car I’ve picked black ice. I did not smell nothing in my car very disappointed.

Cleaned inside and out for me. Great job. Also very accommodating and friendly. Reena made sure to find the best option for our specific needs and when checking out, Donna was very kind. Price is very fair. If you can budget it and are tight on time, it’s worth letting these fine people help give your car the reset it probably needs. 5 stars for sure. Will come back!
