I just had the best experience with Alex!!!"He literally provided recommendations and had that lets try it first attitude!! I have 4 kids and thats my A to B car but still essential to us. He was my superman today he was the 2nd person to come help me! I appreciate his timeliness, professionalism and overall cadence. I hope and pray he gets a raise for his hard work!! He changed my energy due to him walking me through on his process. I learned a few things :)

Chasity towed my vehicle and I back to my home today. She got to me in half the time I was told it would be, and she was super nice and friendly to talk to while we drove back to my home. Chasity’s #1 priority is safety, whether it is safety for the customer, safety for herself while hitching the vehicle and driving, or the safety of others. While we were driving back to my home, another person’s car was stalled in the middle of the intersection with 2 people attempting to push the car out of the way to little success. Chasity asked me if I’d mind pulling to the side of the road so she may assist in getting that vehicle out of the dangerous area, which I was more than okay with as that car needed to get to a safe area. Chasity was quick and helpful to get that 2nd car out of the road and into a parking lot next to the intersection while using the truck as a hazard so other cars would not hit them, and we were back on our way to our destination within 1-2 minutes. In the 15 minutes that I was in the truck with Chasity, Chasity showed me that she is a hard and efficient worker, a kind soul, and has a fire of determination. Thank you for your help today Chasity, you made my nightmare of an afternoon less stressful and surprisingly, fun!

I took my camper in to have the wheel bearings re-packed. They took it in promptly and the job only took a couple of hours. I had spoken to the tech about what they check. They also checked the brakes while the hubs were off. GREAT service and very friendly. The cost was very reasonable.

We take 3 vehicles for repairs or maintenance. Great customer service all the way around! I feel their techs are well rounded and always see all makes and model cars in for service. Yay, honest and close to home, can't beat that! We really use our vehicles traveling from state to state and lots of dirt roads along with ranch work. Apache Sands keeps us up and running!

This is one of the best do it yourself car washes I know of. It takes credit cards or money and does a great job. I don't like using brushes on my car and although they do have a bubble brush I can do a great job without it. Wash has engine cleaner, presoak,wax, polish available and a dryer hose.

I had a great experience with Apache Sands SRVC CTR thanks to Patrick, who truly went above and beyond. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. One small gesture that really stood out. He offered me a bottle of water. It may seem like a small thing, but in that moment, it meant a lot and showed how much he cares about the people he’s helping. On top of that, he made the ride comfortable with a genuinely friendly conversation, which made a normally awkward or stressful situation feel a lot easier. It’s clear Patrick takes pride in what he does, and it reflects in the quality of service. I’m very grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call Apache Sands again because of him.

*******Caution*******This place is linked to Apache Sands Towing and the two businesses resulted in holding onto my car for 2 weeks after an accident and after i had asked that it be released to the body shop. They told multiple different people different requirements to transfer the vehicle over to the body shop so nobody ever had everything.

These guys were great! It was a bit expensive, but they were willing to work with me on one of my many rv needs. I am very pleased with everything they did. They even dealt with a sudden dead battery issue and and last minute request for wiper blades. I will go back to them with future needs. Thanks again, guys. And look at these awesome tires! It was our first time going through the vehicle release process and we found ourselves at the Mesa storage location. First day there, we got off to a little rough start as the person we spoke to first wasn’t in the greatest of moods. We saw how they treated the people before us and I already knew how things were going to go. It got a little heated with the person and my family, but whatever, I can personally excuse their behavior The second time we went there, with all the paper work, I talked to Kenneth that time and he was so much easier and fun to talk to. He was very professional and clear which made the process a lot smoother. He even came up to us to apologize for the other guy’s behavior after he pulled out our truck. Kenneth is a great guy, knows his stuff. That’s five star service right there. Hopefully this is our last time coming here, in good way, but if we do I hope to see Kenneth. Thanks, have a good day.

Was there to deal with a car that belonged to family who moved out of state. Tim was great! Very friendly and helpful during the entire process. Was blown away when they tried to make me pay $400 to surrender the title to the vehicle. I guess getting the car was not enough money for them. The woman at the desk stated that "some cars are only worth $200 we have to recoup losses for storage." Well some cars are worth 20k so I suppose it comes out in the wash but not in their eyes. Given the fact that they have been granted a percentage of the abandoned vehicle fees by the state as a towing company for that exact reason asking for additional money isn't legal. Then again neither is putting a tow lien on an accident vehicle but that isn't stopping them either. Honestly it's obvious why literally nobody trusts towing companies with ones like this one out there doing shady business.

They have been good to us! It's a bit pricey but it's worth it for cerfied mechanic work and you can leave with peace of mind knowing your vehicle is fixed properly. The staff and mechanics are friendly and sociable, I would recommend them to friends and family. They helped me with my intior lights this morning and I'm supremely grateful for them being so friendly and informative
